It wasn't worth the money and they still just didn't make it right, even after we said we were only doing the second year out of obligation due to the contract. We kept our contract. I called a ceterfied arborist witch confirmed there was no problem with the tree as burr oak trees heal wounds on their own as it was compartilizing healing itself. and there was no rot into the main trunk!!!!!! They said it could last for years Idid send this moron a text right after and telling him this and said nothing against you but glad I got a second opinion. At that time this crook blocked my phone and I had no idea. But when I called him this spring to let him know he missed over 70 % of the dead limbs after the tree started budding out I hired him to remove. my call would not go through. Finally I used my wife's phone and the excuses started because he answered. He then had the audiaciy to tell me he did a wonderful job and my tree is dying !!!!! I told him to come down and bring your arborist certificate and pictures you took in the fall and look as the dead limbs over my house are still dead for 3 years now are still there!!!!!!!
