The workers who arrived (Lars and Damien) were phenominal. They worked hard every minute they were here, understood their work, offered suggestions and answered questions with ease. Everything was cleaned up very nicely. I was even able to add a last minute powerwash of my bricking despite having a busy schedule. Their prices are very reasonable and worth every penny plus. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend this company and would use them again without hesitation.

I called for a weed and clover issue in parts of my yard. I took over 2 weeks for someone to come…read moreby and they killed my grass in all the areas they treated for weeds and clover leaving yellow patches throughout my back yard. This treatment was on 9/4/2025. I called back on 9/16 about killing my grass and never heard a response. I called again on 9/19 and supposedly talked to a regional manager who said the earliest he could come by was mid morning on 9/22. I waited till 1:00 and never heard from him. I guess he did stop by later that day, but I wasn't there due to another appt Never heard back from him on what he found about the issue. I spoke to 3 people in the office and sent pictures to them on the way my lawn looked and they said they would forward the pictures and someone would be in contact. Once again no one called and it's been 3 weeks. This has been a 2 month ordeal with no response from Nature Scape to resolve the problem. I told the earlier that I need a refund for the last 3 applications which 2 of them haven't been scheduled yet. Terrible customer service and poor results. All my neighbor's yards are green and look good and none of them even treat their yards. ???

The one I got was rude and said just txt me your info and I'll try to come out today. Never messaged me back. He didn't bother asking if we could schedule a time. Which I would have been more than happy to have done. Felt like I was bothering him and his huffs and puffs while talking to him made it to where I didn't want to use them. I dont recommend them. I ended up calling electric doctor.
