I hired Ruther Construction to tear off my roof and replace it with an owens corning roof…read more They started my job within just 2 weeks and did a complete tear off of layers that had to go back to the early 1900s when the house was built, must have been 2 layers of shake and 2 layers of shingles, and replaced it with a new owens corning roof with all the trimmings on my 2 story with attched 1 story addition in just 3 days. He was even willing to negotiate details of the job that other roofing companies would not consider to lower the costs, such as my providing the 30 yard dumpster and haul away. His crew made sure that they did an efficent job cleaning up and making sure that all trash and debri made it into that dumpster as well. I had been taking bids on that roof for over 2 years and Derrick took pride in outshining them all with first his price and then his performance. The job was completed on a Saturday except for 1 roof vent with a manufacture defect that we could not purchase until the following Monday. Even though Derrick had been paid in full for the project, he showed back up personally and installed the vent him self without having to be hounded to finish it. I needed a new gutter installed after that and i was so happy with Derricks performance on the job, Derrick and he had proved to me that his companies reputation and that my satisfaction was his number 1 personal concern, that i just gave him the gutter work no bid. I highly recommend this company. anyone who knows me personaly knows that this was a hard earned and well deserved review

Unfortunately, Backyard Oasis was not a reputable installer & Latham made it very clear afterward, even though Latham certified them they had no ties to Backyard Oasis. Backyard Oasis damaged everything they touched, stole from us, lied trying to bury their detrimental mistakes & abandoned our project. We inquired with multiple other pool installers on our situation. The professional consensus was that everything we had was damaged & in need of starting over from scratch. Then we got in touch with Lawns Unlimited! Right away I took note that Brett's pool knowledge was second to none! What he said just made sense! Becky's communication/updates & follow-through were greatly appreciated, especially after our Backyard Oasis experience. Lawn's Unlimited was able to repair damages caused by Backyard Oasis, salvage what was salvageable, make our home safe again & get our children swimming. Lawns Unlimited did NOT cut corners correcting the absolute disaster we handed them. I hope no one has to go through the Hell Backyard Oasis put my family through, learn from my mistakes, please make Lawns Unlimited your first call, I promise you will be time & money ahead. Remember, it is good business to do business with people that want to work with you & Lawns Unlimited does!

They had serviced my irrigation for years as well. I did have one tree that was dying early on. They gave me some advice on what to do and asked me to trust them as the process of trees adjusting to their new location is not always easy on the trees. We followed their instructions and all have thrived. We were amazed the drainage worked as it was designed, as was our skeptical neighbor. We have been here 12 years now and have enjoyed their beautiful creation.

He was very communicative with scheduling (which as you can imagine is somewhat up to weather conditions), He had great creative ideas and suggestions, he even met me at the supplier so that I could see first hand the product and not rely simply on photos. His expertise and lengthy resume of beautiful past jobs is why I chose this company and I couldn't be any more pleased. Seeing all the 'unseen drainage' that went into the wall surprised me, and it was done with great care. The wall is beautiful and his crew made sure the entire area was well cleaned when finished. I enthusiastically recommend this company for your next project...even if you don't know exactly what you want, with Mark's eye for design, creativity and really hearing what his customer is saying, I am confident you will create the perfect end result together!
