They lie, lie lie, have proof in texts. Kept giving me the run around, and took weeks to get my money back from what was left from our down-payment. Would not refer them to anyone. If you can't get back to the customer and say, "I'm busy but haven't forgotten about you" or "I won't be able to do the work for you" then you don't have even a basic understanding of the most important business concept. We do not believe a customer should have to pursue a company to give them their business - isn't it supposed to be the other way around? Even if he came back to us now and offered to do the work for free, we would decline. Too many red flags with this guy!

He gave me a quote for seeding…read more(which I didn't ask for) then never responded after repeated attempts to receive a sodding quote. I even wanted landscaping help after the sodding was done. Apparently these guys don't care or are in a great position to turn down potentially thousands of dollars in business.
