When we called Designs in Concrete and talked with Kyle, he explained the process and gave us a price over the phone based on a FaceTime call. Kyle fit us into his schedule on short notice and got our new floor done before we moved in. The crew did a great job, and the garage floor looks fantastic! Highly recommended!

I called a 2nd time and actually got the son of owner. He agreed to come out...he did...and said he would mail me estimate. Wks. again...elapsed...so I emailed firm. No response. Emailed a 2nd time and received a blow me off response..."Check your voicemail". I never received any voicemail from this firm...and I emailed them again. After couple days, received an email saying, "We cannot provide you an estimate!". What an outfit. I wouldn't recommend them to worst enemy. My job was not a cheap one...It amounted to over $3500 at more trustworthy firms. Don't waste your valuable time trying to give this firm any business.

These people have no respect for your property. I have to wonder if they've paid for their google…read morereviews. I know they've gotten my review hidden there. I wonder how many others. The quality of their work is shockingly low and they did a LOT of damage while in my home. Their website gives an impression of expertise, but beware. I hired them to extract insulation so I could have the attic inspected. I told them I left bad reviews for people who did sloppy work and didn't fix their issues, but this was the first time I experienced this ridiculousness. As for the ceiling, I heard a very loud bang when they were doing the insulation removal, but I still had them replace the ceiling. They charged me for replacing 2 drywall sheets in the ceiling and suggested I not be there when the did it due to my allergies. When I realized later they hadn't done any more than jack it up and screw it back in (and popcorn over the screws), I also realized they just wanted to make thousands for an hour's work. They did a terrible job and did more damage to my house than the job was worth - not just the paint they got all over the siding, deck, and patio. They duct taped plastic to my painted walls, stripping them of paint taking it down. Who does that? They scraped my stairwell ceiling with their equipment and then painted a stripe over it to try and hide it. The attic sealing they did was no where near sealed. Check out the picture of the chimney pipe they said they sealed. Foam on one side is sealed? They covered an opening into the living space with vinyl planks instead of wood - but they told me they did wood. They left gaps and insulation went down into my air return. How much? Who knows. I'd say they owe me money.

All turned out beautifully. The workers were friendly and arrived on time and the job site was always cleaned up at the end of every day. Any problems or concerns were addressed in a timely manner and were followed through until resolved. We would contract with JD Coussens again in the future.
