I liked that Brad took his time, listened and asked questions, he put effort into understanding what I wanted. That is where all good Custer service starts. The rest followed smoothly. The manager, a Mr. Harsh Singh insisted that not only did she need an oil change, he upsold her on a "fuel system flush," which consisted of them dumping a bottle of fuel conditioner in her tank and charging her 79 dollars for an item that I can purchase at my local auto supply store for no more than 10-20 dollars. This fine gentleman told her that the 79 dollars was half price. This vehicle has 34000 kilometers on the clock. Avoid this location and probably the company at all costs. They also refused to give my daughter a detailed invoice in an attempt to cover up their dishonest business practices.

They were friendly and helpful over the phone, understood my urgency and made time to inspect and diagnose my issue in very short order. They get my truck running enough to get me home (back over the Coquihala to Vancouver Island) without major issues. They identified the larger issue that couldn't be dealt with in my time frame, addressed what they could to make sure i got home, and also avoided me spending extra money that i didn't need to spend. to be honest they could have milked this for a bunch of stuff i didn't need, but they were honest and helpful, answered all my endless questions (thank you Enzo!) made sure i understood all my options. i would for sure recommend them to anyone needing help in a pinch.

To our surprise, they offer on site service call for a very reasonable price. A young service technician, Cam, came shortly after the phone call. He was very friendly and professional.
