When a warning light came on right after I drove away, I phoned him and asked if I could return. He said "Oh yes, please!" even though it was quitting time on a Saturday. (I would expect most people to say "Are you sure?" or "Just drive and it'll go away.") When it turned out to be a problem they didn't have a part for, he gave me a hassle-free loaner car and promised to work on it first thing. I was impressed with his commitment to getting the job done right.

The staff at Cavell are helpful, thoughtful and genuinely care about their customers. I have to say - this is the only place that I walk into and I don't feel like I'm about to get robbed or swindled. Hard to say that about other auto service centers. And this is the only place (outside of dealerships) that have a courtesy vehicle to transport you to your place of work etc. Huge fan - keep up the great work.

Afterwards he showed photos and explained issues that would require follow-up in the future, a photo showed the serpentine belt in good condition, but it had required a tension adjustment by changing the angle of the alternator. The wiper fluid was replaced. I'm very pleased with the results, the reasonable charge, and learning what to pay attention to in the future. A Very pleasant experience.

Been dealing with fountain tire for close to 20 years. Always helpful service…read more Wife decided to get a lift done and tires done by by them. Under 3 month later we were back in with worn bushing on the new parts they installed. Understandable sometimes part are faulty... but they don't warranty their work so had to pay the install labor on warrantied parts. ???? So over 500 bucks later new drag link and aligment included. We make it half way home driving sloppy as hell. They forgot to tighten up the bolts!!!! And steering wheel is at 10 o'clock when driving strait....so what did I just pay for??? Got a we are sorry, fixed up and sent on our way.... unfortunately this experience has left us with no confidence in their quality of work or qualifications to do the work. I now have take it eleswhere to get thier work inspected due to this lack of confidence. Lesson learned only deal with shops that have the confidence in their work to warranty the install for as long as warranty on the part they are installing.

The staff at the dealership agreed it should be a warranty issue and sent us to the body shop of their choice for an estimate which they in turn sent to the Toyota dealership. The dealership said they would send it in and should have an answer in a week. No phone call. Went back to Kelowna Toyota dealership had to remind Cary what the issue was. She couldn't even find our file on it and had to send back to the body shop to resend the estimate and photos. Oct 2025 Soon afterwards they told us they needed MORE DETAILED photos to make a decision. Marek came out to our house to take more photos and he said it was definitely an issue! Turns out seven other people at this dealership alone (maybe more by now) are having the same problem! Several calls later with Marek but still no approval. Dec 2025 Was promised a call from Casey for Tuesday Dec 9. no call received! Today is Dec 15 and still haven't heard anything. Time for more calls, this time to HQ. Worst possible service , brand new vehicle with a malfunctioning rear liftgate and a full warranty worth nothing!! Still love the Sienna just really hate the service. We certainly tell everyone about the poor service and recommend if they want a Toyota they should shop elsewhere! So far this is the fifth month since we first applied to have it repaired and I have contacted or attempted to contact the dealership 20 times. Left messages on peoples recording and Marek is the only one who has ever returned a call and even then making promises that are not fulfilled. This is totally unacceptable !! We expect no more delays!!!This needs to get full attention and get fixed!!!!! NOW!!!!!
