At Tops they cleaned out the doors and replaced the linings on all 4 doors, making them look brand new and matching the same stitching elsewhere on my car. These guys were supposed to be replacing the leather on my dash and my limited longhorn 2500. They replaced it with vinyl several spots were loose so I brought it back to them when I picked it up two loose spots they just put black construction silicone on and said that's all they could do. They couldn't get it glued back correctly Then told me to bring it back when I have more time and they would fix it correctly along with a couple other spots above the glove box so when I picked it up that time, they said they could not get the silicone out and didn't wanna mess it up anymore trying to get it out And claimed they fixed the loose spots above my glove box but obviously they are not fixed as you can see in the photos I feel this was a pathetic and rushed job by the installer read more

Tops installed the leather seats in my new vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my car from the dealership, they informed me that Tops had returned the car to them with a defect in one of the headrests, and they had pulled some sort of connection loose that caused a short in the sensors for the airbags. I had to bring my car back to Tops to have them fix the problems. They agreed to take my car right away and correct both issues. It only took a few minutes and I was on my way. Although I was surprised that they would let a car leave their shop the way mine did initially, I was pleased with the way they made things right. read more

An interior flap on my convertible top was not going back into place when you put the top up. I went to Tops Unlimited to ask if they could take a look at it. I was quickly and courteously greeted by someone who came out to my car to view the issue. He called over to someone else who assessed the issue. Once I partly opened the convertible, he saw the problem and made the repair in less than two minutes. I definitely know where to go if I have any other issues with my convertible. I recently got a hole in the sunroof of my Honda Civic and got sent to this business through my insurance. I can positively say that I had a wonderful experience with them. The women that greeted me at the front desk was friendly and helpful. She quoted me about an hour and a half to two hours to get the glass replaced. The men/women in the back were able to do the work in under an hour. The glass looks great and mechanics work wonderfully. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends/family. read more

The owner, Mike, and the woman who works at the front desk are both incredibility rude (yelling and cursing at customers) and the service is bad. My father and I dropped my car off to get the headliner on my sunroof replaced and the headliner surrounding the windshield re-glued. When I picked up my car, it was not glued on in all the areas that he said he would glue, the car was a mess, and Mike broke the handle on the sunroof. He tried to glue the plastic he broke off back on but did an extremely lazy job. If he couldn't have fixed the sunroof headliner without breaking the handle, he should have clearly communicated that before I left my car. I would have taken it somewhere else to get the entire sunshade replaced. My sunroof gets jammed now and does not open smoothly. There were foam pieces of my ceiling all over the seats and floor of my car that he claimed were already there when I dropped my car off. He also spilled glue or something in the interior of my car without cleaning it up. Once I saw the condition of my car, I asked him to fix the headliner and replace the piece he had broken. He refused to do both of those things and he refused to even try to glue it back on properly. He kept insisting that the handle was already broken before I brought my car in. When I asked for a refund or partial refund he started yelling at me to leave. Overall, the service he did was poor and incomplete, he broke my car, was extremely unprofessional, does not communicate, and does not care about customer service. We tried calling back and were put on hold. They then refused to pick up our next call. After yelling at me and demanding I leave the owner told me, "Go ahead and write me a negative review. My name's Mike and I don't care." He won't care about taking care of your car either so don't go to Tops Unlimited. I went to Tops Unlimited after All Star Volvo recommended there. After my negative experience, I called All Star Volvo who said they will no longer be recommending this shop to any future Volvo customers. read more

Had five broken pieces of plastic after leather install. Owner was rude and complained about how much three pieces cost.

An 18 wheeler cracked my sunroof! After spending hours at the dealership they were no help. The dealership wanted so much for labor because they would have to vacuum up glass. Went to TOPS and the owner vacuumed all of the glass for me and had the guys cover the hole with protective wrap for me. This was before he knew I would even be getting my car done there. He did it out of the goodness of his heart. The price was half of what I was quoted at the dealership!! I'm very impressed and will recommend everyone! Thanks TOPS read more

I got my headliner done and they did a great job! Team Honda recommended this place and I'm so glad they did. My car is 9 years old and the headliner started to come unglued. You would think that you could just get some Gorilla Glue and fix it yourself but trust me, you can't. You're supposed to call and make an appointment so you can drop your car off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. Well, I actually didn't have an appointment and the owner was really, really nice and took my car in anyway. It was ready in about 4 hours which was really quick considering I didn't even have an appointment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a new headliner. read more

I had a shattered sunroof. They replaced the glass and it worked great opened closed and everything. Well i got back to my house and tested to see if it leaked. It did and it was leaking from the seal of the sunroof. Well I called and got attitude and was treated like I was stupid but the mechanic (not sure of his name but he is a older man) reluctantly agreed to let me bring it in and look at it. Well I brought it in today 06/15/20 and they looked at it which included drain tubes, tracks, everything. He nicely cleaned out one of my drain tubes (front right) with no charge which I was great full for but said they couldn't find my leak. Well when I came to pick my truck up they had parked it on the side of a ditch on an incline. When I walked in to get my keys I asked if I could show the mechanic who was the one who had my keys where I was talking about and do a water test to show him. He once again started treating me like I was ignorant and like I was stupid and refused and said it was just dripping in the drip pan when it wasn't and was leaking onto headliner and causing water damage. Then gave me my keys and said have a nice day. When we got back to my house I checked again to make sure everything was working. And now it's leaking even worse than before up top and water is now dripping on my back floorboard and one of the drain tubes he was checking is now profusely leaking into my fuse box and all over the floorboard on the drivers side. They were very rude to me and told me the first time with the leak it really isn't their problem since all they did was "install my glass". I would not recommend this place. They installed the sunroof nicely but didn't do the rest of the job and caused another problem I will have to now fork out more money to fix. read more
