They couldn't get it glued back correctly Then told me to bring it back when I have more time and they would fix it correctly along with a couple other spots above the glove box so when I picked it up that time, they said they could not get the silicone out and didn't wanna mess it up anymore trying to get it out And claimed they fixed the loose spots above my glove box but obviously they are not fixed as you can see in the photos I feel this was a pathetic and rushed job by the installer

They were kind of wishy washy and told me that Josh was not available to look at my vehicle that they. BM did not tell me he no longer works there. I asked them for a price and they told me they would need my RX all day for a simple black out. Told them Josh was always able to do it in a few hours. I started calling around and Fast Signs told me they don't do wraps and referred me to Excalibur. I called Excalibur and Josh answered the phone. Asked him are you the same Josh that used to work at BM and he responded yes and that he and his wife opened their own business. Josh wrapped the parts I wanted wrapped and was out in about an hour and a half. Highly recommended Excalibur. Josh is also the only wrap person that I'm aware of that is officially certified by 3M. Must have been my lucky day that Fast Signs referred me to Excalibur

First of all, Andrew and Meri…read moremade sure that I was able to get in immediately when I explained that my car had been in a body shop being repaired for two months following an accident and then had mold and mildew growing inside when I picked it up. I have three children, including a 4 month old baby, so they were beyond sympathetic and accommodating for my situation. They worked for 7 HOURS immaculately detailing my vehicle's interior, and I know this was one of their more difficult jobs being that my car was essentially a biohazard. However, they went above and beyond, and my car looks and smells INCREDIBLE. Further, when I went to pick up my vehicle, they showed me and explained everything that they did, including an ozone treatment, steam cleaning, and using a dehumidifier to draw out any remaining moisture, among other things. Also, Andrew, Meri, and the detail technicians are some of the nicest and most genuine people you will ever encounter. They restored my faith in humanity. Seriously, I will recommend them to any and everyone. I'm so grateful!

I decided not to subject my new convertible Mustang to a drive through car wash just to be on the…read moresafe side with the soft top. This prompted me to look for someone who would come out to my house to wash and detail the inside and outside. I was hesitant at first because A&L didn't have any reviews, but he was close by and I wanted it done fast. Adam showed up the day I called and brought his mobile rig complete with water tank and power washer. He worked and worked for almost two hours into the evening and paid attention to every detail inside and out. I could tell he really cared about the quality of his work and knew this would not be the last time I hired him. The next day he called to see how satisfied I was. Being a perfectionist myself, In the light of day I did notice a few minor things and since he asked I shared my honest comments. Adam insisted on coming back out the following day and proceeded to rewash the entire car for no charge. This was so far beyond the call of duty that I knew in that moment that Adam is one-of-a-kind. He didn't hurry and didn't seem stressed or worried about the extra time, he said if it wasn't right he'd think about it all night. The car looks AMAZING and to say Adam stands behind his work is an understatement! I can't wait to call him again. A&L delivers 7 star service!
