The vacuum doesn't work either. Since the new management took over and rebranded, the place has gone downhill. I asked a worker a few weeks ago, and he told me it was broken. I reminded him it's been out of commission since May. I'm extremely disappointed and plan to cancel my membership. I'm baffled by the 5-star reviews; it's clear they don't care about their customers.

But, they put a plastic cover on your back windshield wiper and I feel my car is really getting washed when I go through here. The soap even smells good. I never wait in a long line either, which I love. I, of course, use the vacuums after. These are actually high powered and are always working no matter what station I go to.

I purchased the single Diamond car wash for $20 and was disappointed with the end result. There were streaks where the roller brush passed over my car and soap left on it in certain places.
