I got window tint, Ceramic Coating, and PPF on my new Lexus here. I always had them wash it when needed, and took it nowhere else. One day I noticed some black stains and a dull look on my wheels, which were supposed to be Ceramic coated also. They tried to get the stains out, but couldn't. It looks like some kind of tire shine they used. They won't do anything about the damage, and of course said it was somehow my fault. I scheduled an appointment for this morning at 9:30 AM about a week or two ago for a Complete Interior. I have a 2020 Hyundai Kona which was frustratingly priced as a mid-size, not small, car. That meant an extra $25, which certainly isn't the end of the world but I do believe is incorrect. I was told it's because my car is an SUV. I looked up my car on the Hyundai website and it's a "small" or "subcompact" SUV. That aside, I really wanted to get my car detailed and H2O Auto Spa was the most affordable and highest rated option within my area. Now, my car was not very dirty prior to coming in (I recognize that detailing services are very thorough and even a "clean" car could still use a detailing every once in a while), so I'm very surprised that what I was told (and head read) would be a 6 hour service became a 7.5 hour service. Additionally, there are still several stains around my car (I've included photos). I brought this to the attention of both staff members I spoke with and was told to "come back sometime" for it to be taken care of. I do appreciate the opportunity to come back and get it fixed, but I'm irritated that after an extra 1.5 hours they still missed so much! I also would feel a lot more comfortable if another appointment was scheduled on the spot. I'm going to call back tomorrow and see when I can swing by again to have it corrected--I'll update this review when I do. ETA: I found two other spots where the interior of the windows were not cleaned. There is adhesive from my previous inspection sticker and something that had been taped in the back of the car when it was purchased. read more

Listen. My husband and I are goblin people. The inside of my car was the culmination of 3 years of complete neglect. I'm talking you probably could have made a show ready golden doodle replica from the masses of dog hair in the car. I once spilled 2 bags of garden soil in the back seat. There were French fries older than pandemic babies under the seats. One time my dogs walked in fresh asphalt and stomped all over my seats, covering them in black, tarry stains. Able to go through the bay with brushes but at a risk of damage which appears management is not concerned about. The owner has replied to my review and there Is a misunderstanding. My pinstripes are not aftermarket. They are the factory stripes that come on a two tone Ford truck. The stripes were damaged on the leading edge of every opening in the wheel wells. Repair or replace the stripes would be a suitable resolution. read more

Takes paint chips out of your car!!! Scratches all over. They have something wrong with their car wash. I have over a dozen NEW paint chips out of my car that were absolutely not there before. It's thousands of dollars to get my paint fixed. I consulted with them RIGHT BEFORE my car wash about minor scratch removal. The paint chips were obviously not there when I was talking with them. After the car wash, paint was taken off my car. In the same exact area we were talking about. They take no ownership of the damage or responsibility. It's not worth the risk damaging your car. This place is great! I brought in a 3-year old Hyundai Sonata that hasn't been washed or vacuumed in a while. I dropped my car off at 8:30 for the Brilliant treatment and they finished up around 5:45pm. Because my car had a lot of old water spots, the total cost was $300. I was really impressed at how clean my car was! The outside looked nearly brand new (except for a couple scratches that I would've needed to pay an extra $100 ish to treat). I was even more impressed with the inside! They clearly spent lots of time getting every nook and cranny cleaned up. The only improvement I'd give is for them to allow customers to make appointments online. I really wanted to like H2O, but I didn't. First of all the results were sketchy at best. I have a Pruis and it has pale gray leather interior. When we when over the job together afterwards they had to take it back to clean several obvious areas of dirt that were not touched. Even after going over it again, it was just "OK". Not great. On top of the mediocre job cleaning, they dropped something on the windshield that caused a crack across the windshield. They didn't say anything. I found it when I got in my car to leave. Didn't want just anyone cleaning up my baby, so I asked around and this place came recommended to me. I stopped in on a day off and they were able to accommodate me the next day bright and early. They have a waiting area with TV, coffee, and water. I had my car hand washed, interior vacuumed and wiped down, and an area steamed where dish soap had leaked out. I hadn't washed my car since I purchased in Sept 2013 and I had been doing a lot of long haul drives so I finally caved and made some time to get my car washed (sport compact car). I've been looking for both a touchless carwash and hand carwash to go to while I'm staying in Baton Rouge and decided to come here and check them out. Customer Service - Great! They were very attentive and hospitable and eager to help. Car Wash - I asked for a hand carwash and interior clean. The car came out squeaky clean, with no issues. I deducted one star because I was under the impression that the car would be washed with hand towels. I've been avoiding other mechanical carwash's and such because I wanted to make sure I didn't get any swirl marks on the paint from abrasive brushes,etc. From what I saw they used one of those brushes like the ones you see in the self service car washes (car port style). The car appeared to come out fine, and it was very clean; but for the price I really did expect towels for the job. Every other hand car wash I've been to has operated in that way (Houston/Austin). Again, they did a great job and that was my only concern; and I guess I should have asked about it before hand. Price - There is no price list posted that I saw; she looked over my car and gave me a quote. I'd say the quote was reasonable considering they cleaned it inside out ($20 wash/$15 interior). I was looking for something $20-25 where they hand wash the outside and vacuum/quick wipe down of the dash on the inside. So again, value wise... it's a go, it's more than what I needed, but the price was solid for the condition it came out. Overall, I would use them again the future and recommend them. I was happy with the service provided. Note: they have both a touchless and brush style conveyor belt washer that I think start $9 (maybe $6) up to somewhere just under $20. The leather and plastic work inside was great and outside was shiny again (for a 6 and 17 year old car). It looks no different or possibly better than used cars at dealer lots. Please bear in mind that neither of these cars were cleaned inside for YEARS (including 2-4 y.o. toddler), and I would gladly pay the money for the great work they performed.
