Had a small service performed that resulted in some minor accidental damage. They took full responsibility immediately and this issue was resolved quickly with my complete satisfaction. The headlight restoration was exceptional as well. read more

I got window tint, Ceramic Coating, and PPF on my new Lexus here. I always had them wash it when needed, and took it nowhere else. One day I noticed some black stains and a dull look on my wheels, which were supposed to be Ceramic coated also. They tried to get the stains out, but couldn't. It looks like some kind of tire shine they used. They won't do anything about the damage, and of course said it was somehow my fault. I definitely can't recommend this place to anyone, and I won't be going back... read more

I scheduled an appointment for this morning at 9:30 AM about a week or two ago for a Complete Interior. I have a 2020 Hyundai Kona which was frustratingly priced as a mid-size, not small, car. That meant an extra $25, which certainly isn't the end of the world but I do believe is incorrect. I was told it's because my car is an SUV. I looked up my car on the Hyundai website and it's a "small" or "subcompact" SUV. That aside, I really wanted to get my car detailed and H2O Auto Spa was the most affordable and highest rated option within my area. Now, my car was not very dirty prior to coming in (I recognize that detailing services are very thorough and even a "clean" car could still use a detailing every once in a while), so I'm very surprised that what I was told (and head read) would be a 6 hour service became a 7.5 hour service. Additionally, there are still several stains around my car (I've included photos). I brought this to the attention of both staff members I spoke with and was told to "come back sometime" for it to be taken care of. I do appreciate the opportunity to come back and get it fixed, but I'm irritated that after an extra 1.5 hours they still missed so much! I also would feel a lot more comfortable if another appointment was scheduled on the spot. I'm going to call back tomorrow and see when I can swing by again to have it corrected--I'll update this review when I do. ETA: I found two other spots where the interior of the windows were not cleaned. There is adhesive from my previous inspection sticker and something that had been taped in the back of the car when it was purchased. read more

Just picked up my '17 Corvette and it looks fantastic - I don't think it looked this good when it was delivered almost eight years ago! Got the "Vivid" wash and detail with the additional option to treat all the water spots that had accumulated over the years. Well worth the add - not a single spot on the car! The staff was very professional and courteous and made sure to answer any questions that I had. I'll definitely return when my next detail is needed. read more

Touchless wash is amazing! Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I am considering the ceramic coating for my car because a few others there had it and looked amazing. Would definitely recommend this place! read more

It was the little things that bother me the most. Paid over $500.00 for a detail. No explanation of what they did ! Three you the keys. Found lots of white wax residue everywhere. The inside was still dirty in a few crevices! I'm in the service business and rely on repeat customers. So I won't be returning or recommending! read more

The laser touch free wash was horrible. It did not wash the car but partially soaped one side and rinsed the other. My truck was covered in soapy water and water spots from the spot free rinse and so called air drying. It was the deluxe package that cost $20. I could've paid my 11 year old nephew $10 to do a better job. read more

Listen. My husband and I are goblin people. The inside of my car was the culmination of 3 years of complete neglect. I'm talking you probably could have made a show ready golden doodle replica from the masses of dog hair in the car. I once spilled 2 bags of garden soil in the back seat. There were French fries older than pandemic babies under the seats. One time my dogs walked in fresh asphalt and stomped all over my seats, covering them in black, tarry stains. These people performed a herculean feat cleaning my car. It smells nice, no dog hair or drool marks in sight. It looks like a normal car! I am very grateful. I finally have a car I dont grimace at! The workers here are true professionals. A+, changed my life. read more

H2O was amazing! The customer service was great, they were very nice. They explain how the process works, and makes sure your comfortable with pricing and outcome. I came to get tree sap off of my car window that was smeared all over and they left it so shiny, like brand new! Definitely coming back for a car detail! read more

I am probably gonna leave the best review ever!!! My husband and I are extremely happy with our ceramic coating that we had done on my ST EXPLORER 3 weeks ago!! It performs exactly the way they advertise!!! Nothing sticks to it!! It's like driving a freshly washed and waxed vehicle every day!! I've been out on the Highway in rainstorms several times the last 3 weeks and my car was barely dirty today.. we washed it and it was the easiest wash job we've ever tried to do!!! We love clean vehicles!!! Our dreams came true with H2O ceramic pro!! Not to mention the inside... totally amazing! Thanks Julie for all your helpful information that helped us make up our mind to do this!! We are perfectly satisfied customers!! read more

We accidentally forgot some raw fish in our vehicle for 5 days and you can imagine the results! Not good. We brought the car to H20 and Trevel took care of everything! Never believed we'd be able to get rid of that odor! Everyone was very courteous and the price was very reasonable. Check them out, you won't be disappointed. read more

Best car wash in the city and Any city I've ever been to. They have a choice car wash you can get your car hand wash and not only that they have towels and free vacuums to use after you go through the drive-through touchless car wash! H2O Auto Spa - Touch-less drive thru - Auto Detailing Near Me - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Damaged the pinstripe on my truck. Called to speak to manager who did not return my call. Car wash is advertised as being useable by dually pickup trucks. Able to go through the bay with brushes but at a risk of damage which appears management is not concerned about. The owner has replied to my review and there Is a misunderstanding. My pinstripes are not aftermarket. They are the factory stripes that come on a two tone Ford truck. The stripes were damaged on the leading edge of every opening in the wheel wells. Repair or replace the stripes would be a suitable resolution. read more

Takes paint chips out of your car!!! Scratches all over. They have something wrong with their car wash. I have over a dozen NEW paint chips out of my car that were absolutely not there before. It's thousands of dollars to get my paint fixed. I consulted with them RIGHT BEFORE my car wash about minor scratch removal. The paint chips were obviously not there when I was talking with them. After the car wash, paint was taken off my car. In the same exact area we were talking about. They take no ownership of the damage or responsibility. It's not worth the risk damaging your car. Go to a better car wash. This is absolutely ridiculous. The car washed right after me was damaged as well. read more

I had the worse experience in this place. I felt like they want to get rid of me and not address my concern.

This place is great! I brought in a 3-year old Hyundai Sonata that hasn't been washed or vacuumed in a while. I dropped my car off at 8:30 for the Brilliant treatment and they finished up around 5:45pm. Because my car had a lot of old water spots, the total cost was $300. I was really impressed at how clean my car was! The outside looked nearly brand new (except for a couple scratches that I would've needed to pay an extra $100 ish to treat). I was even more impressed with the inside! They clearly spent lots of time getting every nook and cranny cleaned up. The only improvement I'd give is for them to allow customers to make appointments online. I have a lot more pride in my car after bringing it to H20 auto spa and I will definitely become a return customer! read more

Took my new car in after a road trip with three kids. I swear they gave it back looking and smelling newer than new! Thanks guys!

I really wanted to like H2O, but I didn't. First of all the results were sketchy at best. I have a Pruis and it has pale gray leather interior. When we when over the job together afterwards they had to take it back to clean several obvious areas of dirt that were not touched. Even after going over it again, it was just "OK". Not great. On top of the mediocre job cleaning, they dropped something on the windshield that caused a crack across the windshield. They didn't say anything. I found it when I got in my car to leave. I would not recommend H2O. read more

Have been at this location several times and something is always broken, wheel sine, vacuum, etc. Today I stop by and wanted to get my car ready for a drive by with boss. Again, vacuum is broken and I actually knocked on door to inquire as several people in building and lights still on, was told problem with parts and still waiting. Done with this location. Several times paid for wheel treatment and nothing is working. read more

Didn't want just anyone cleaning up my baby, so I asked around and this place came recommended to me. I stopped in on a day off and they were able to accommodate me the next day bright and early. They have a waiting area with TV, coffee, and water. I had my car hand washed, interior vacuumed and wiped down, and an area steamed where dish soap had leaked out. I was too excited when my car came out. Beautiful inside and out (pics of exterior attached). The spot is gone. Very pleased. Staff was very kind. Well worth the cost. Will definitely be back. read more

My appointment was at 9:45 this morning and I did not get my car back until 3:16. Was told a seat cleaning and hand wash would take 2 hours total. Got my car back with a dent and scratch marks on the bumper as well as it being in almost the same condition I brought it in after paying $95. The cost was reduced by the manager as I was extremely dissatisfied, but after further assessment when I got home I shouldn't have paid a dime! This place sucks. H2O did such an awesome job in my car!! I'm the years I've had it, I tried numerous times to get the stains out of my seats and they finally managed to get them out. I feel like I just drove my car off the lot for the second time! H2O is the best there is. I have taken my car many other places to get detailed, but this is by far the most phenomenal it has ever looked. They even got a 2 year old red drink stain out of my light tan carpets! I had tried every tip, trick, and product to try and get it out but they did it! I will never bring my car anywhere else. read more

A little pricey but very nice! I will continue to use this car wash. Like it a lot! Very courteous staff as well!

I hadn't washed my car since I purchased in Sept 2013 and I had been doing a lot of long haul drives so I finally caved and made some time to get my car washed (sport compact car). I've been looking for both a touchless carwash and hand carwash to go to while I'm staying in Baton Rouge and decided to come here and check them out. Customer Service - Great! They were very attentive and hospitable and eager to help. Car Wash - I asked for a hand carwash and interior clean. The car came out squeaky clean, with no issues. I deducted one star because I was under the impression that the car would be washed with hand towels. I've been avoiding other mechanical carwash's and such because I wanted to make sure I didn't get any swirl marks on the paint from abrasive brushes, etc. From what I saw they used one of those brushes like the ones you see in the self service car washes (car port style). The car appeared to come out fine, and it was very clean; but for the price I really did expect towels for the job. Every other hand car wash I've been to has operated in that way (Houston/Austin). Again, they did a great job and that was my only concern; and I guess I should have asked about it before hand. Price - There is no price list posted that I saw; she looked over my car and gave me a quote. I'd say the quote was reasonable considering they cleaned it inside out ($20 wash/$15 interior). I was looking for something $20-25 where they hand wash the outside and vacuum/quick wipe down of the dash on the inside. So again, value wise... it's a go, it's more than what I needed, but the price was solid for the condition it came out. Overall, I would use them again the future and recommend them. I was happy with the service provided. Note: they have both a touchless and brush style conveyor belt washer that I think start $9 (maybe $6) up to somewhere just under $20. Great for a quick exterior wash. read more

Fast prompt service. Utilize the hand wash it is far better than the touch less wash! I receive a car wash and then I did the vivd package! I am back for a car wash to maintain the vivid treatment! Ask for Julie! My person of choice for washing and preserving my cars illustrious shine in Antonio, very nice through young man! Hold up I spoke too soon!! Today's visit on 12/6/16 was horrible! Road film was still on front fascia of my car and mirrors were not washed I could see the grime once inside car. Even though Julie was accommodating to have car washed again it still has areas that were ignored a second time. As the old saying goes fool me once shame on you fool me again shame on me! I won't feel comfortable having my auto washed three anymore. When I pay for something it expect it to be done correctly and done consistently! I will be looking for another premium car wash! read more

I love that they have a detailing option here now. Seems like they keep the cars because they seem to take their time. I found this place on Google and what a hidden treasure! I know Auto Spa you're thinking is this just a wash. But it's def worth the experience. The customer service is excellent. I like that they provide a clean area to vacuum & towels to detail your vehicle yourself. The vacuum pressure is excellent, the towels are super soft and absorbent. I chose this place because of the touch free wash for my AMG. The post wash dryer activates & completes all in the same bay. Nice spot, clean grounds at this location. The detailing staff are always working on a car under canopies in the back. read more

Pros - they have a touch free wash Cons - didn't answer the phone when I called, basically ignored my Dad when he came in to ask questions to the staff members. First time Yelper here. I have lived in Baton Rouge for 3+ years and never got a proper car wash! But now I'm moving out of town and wanted my cars in pristine condition for private sale. Got the Brilliance package for both cars in and out and I must say that it's well worth the money and I see the return when I sell my cars (faster, easier sale). The leather and plastic work inside was great and outside was shiny again (for a 6 and 17 year old car). It looks no different or possibly better than used cars at dealer lots. Please bear in mind that neither of these cars were cleaned inside for YEARS (including 2-4 y.o. toddler), and I would gladly pay the money for the great work they performed. The guys take great pride in their work and both ladies and who greeted me initially were kind, attentive and knew exactly what I was looking for. Very professional and I would recommend others if they value good service and dependability. read more
