I had to try and contract the rep many times and finally contacted the manufacturer of the shingle to get it registered. We had another issue where they were installing a new skylight and didn't warn us about debris that would fall down into the bathroom below. Also, they worked until after dark and we had to follow up to get some small tasks completed as asked. All in all a positive experience and worth considering for the quality work at a competitive price, but you'll need to stay on the crew to make sure the job is completed properly.

There were however, problems with returning my exterior fixtures back to the locations that they were before the project began (flag mount hose mounts, solar lights, circuit breaker box ground wire covers) I think my feedback for them for their future work, would be to take video or pictures pre and post and compare to make sure everything is cleaned up and returned as expected (so The customer doesn't have to bring it up to them). ​

Their…read moregeneral manager Boston inspected and said it may potentially be a leak and pointed out several other new build issues and I signed a roof replacement for a roof that was only 6 years old for a deposit of $8502. I changed my mind shortly after to postpone a replacement because the most problematic area is likely due to condensation from the heat emitting from the blue tube (electronics room) and advised Boston of the cancellation. As I referred several homes that led to a sale for them, they communicated a full refund will be done. Their operations manager Francisco was also very helpful and said he would be able to cancel the material order for minimal cost that they would honor. I waited 6+ weeks for the refund check, first it got lost in mailing according to them, then their repairman quit and was unable to drop it off, then their Sales Director Ben phoned saying he would take over the processing of the check and someone would drop the check off. The following week essentially everyone at the company ghosted me after I offered to pick up the check and Ben replied by email they would only refund $6084 even though he just said someone was suppose to drop off the refund a week ago. This was extremely disappointing as I advocated and referred many people to them as Boston and Francisco were really honest and easy to work with. However they stringed me along, mislead me on two separate refund checks that were on the way just to be backpedalled 6 weeks later in a unprofessional way. I am now awaiting their official reply on how they will continue with the refund and likely will take this to small claims court as at this point I have no trust/faith in anything they communicate. My complaint is on how they managed this situation and utter lack of respect of their customers time and dishonest communication. Luckily I'm in tech and not in a rush to get back $8502 right away but if this would impact you, don't expect prompt follow ups for refunds. This review is not for the hard working contractors who actually know their trade and do high quality work here, I was looking forward to a future roof replacement done with best practices but I don't do business with dishonest people/management. He kindly knocked on our door to let us know it was at risk for moisture leaks, but instead of giving us a high-pressure sales pitch, he simply left his card and told us to call him in the summer if we wanted a bid. We had already received a different bid that felt incredibly high, so we decided to call Zoom. His quote--even with several added upgrades like a brand-new leaf guard gutter system--came in way below the competitor's price. Throughout the entire planning phase, Zoom was incredibly thoughtful, hopping on multiple calls with us to seamlessly coordinate the schedule. When it came time for construction, his hardworking crew knocked it out of the park. They completed the entire tear-down, structural decking and sheathing replacement where needed, composite fascia installation, and new shingles in just over a day and a half. The new gutters were installed a couple of days later and took only two hours. We are so grateful for the speed, efficiency, and incredible work ethic of the crew, but above all, we appreciate Zoom's genuinely caring, flexible, and zero-pressure approach.
