(My current favorite is Talleggio cheese, warm, spread on toasted baguette slices with hot pepper jelly. Repeat as needed until happy.) I used the self-serve check-out, and although the parking lot was mostly full, these lines were empty. The parking lot was a bit hectic, with drivers not looking out for pedestrians, but that's not something Management can control.

I noticed my mistake immediately after going through the checkout - and when I went to the customer service desk to make an exchange, I was told no. What? This is not the Wegmans I know and after spending 10s of thousands of dollars there per year, feel very used and insulted. It's not like I went home, used half the bag and came back with it melted. My goal was to grab one thing and one thing only. And that's the New York shopper bag. I went to Athens, Georgia last year and got some bags from that location. I decided to do the same while I'm here visiting New York. Instead of a key chain or a corny shot glasses, I know that these bags will be used. I love how colorful and sturdy they are. The registers were all pretty open. I headed to the closest one to me. The cashier was really nice! He rang me up and I headed out the door. This location is super clean and nice! It's really big too, a lot bigger than the locations back home for me. I'm happy I got a chance to go to one of my favorite stores in Syracuse, NY. It was the perfect ending to my trip.
