I really wanted to support this business, but after this experience, I will never return. An older woman working there was incredibly rude and argumentative with me regarding my professionally trained service animal. She repeatedly argued back and forth with me, refused to even look at his service animal identification card, and immediately claimed he was "fake" simply because he was not wearing a harness. Legally, service animals are not required to wear a harness or vest, and her ignorance and attitude were extremely upsetting and discriminatory. To make matters worse, she took our discount card, refused to apply the discount, then said, "No, I'm not changing the price, that's it," and threw the card back at us in a disrespectful manner. The entire interaction was unprofessional, hostile, and embarrassing. Businesses should know the laws regarding service animals and treat customers with basic respect. I will be filing a formal complaint regarding this experience and taking my business elsewhere read more

Stay away! Our daughter with Celiac was glutenned and very sick AFTER asking about the ingredients and explaining that she can't have gluten. The owner specifically told her everything was gf - either lying or simply because he didn't understand. Either way our daughter was sick all day because of it. Stay away! read more

Really great yogurt flavor options as well as a lot of great topping options. I wish they would have strawberry Boba or other flavored Boba, but I was still able to find a lot of things that I liked. I chose the Cap'n Crunch cereal, flavored yogurt and it was a great choice. They have a lot of seating options inside as well as a few out front. There is no dedicated parking lot, however street parking is pretty easy and plentiful in the area. We were able to find a space right out front. Overall, it was very good, and I definitely will be back in the near future. read more

This was such a nice find in the neighborhood! Here is some of my highlights: Pros: - diverse selection of flavors - yummy yogurt - not too sweet but just right - diverse selections of TOPPINGS! - very clean place - friendly service - lots of space inside and outside to enjoy your yogurt - very affordable price for the area. My yogurt with all my toppings were around $6. - my favorite: their spoons change color as it gets cold from the yogurt!!!! This was so cool!!! Made me feel like a kid again Cons: - street parking - I went late so plenty of spots up front - they close around 9:30PM on weekdays so their hours on Yelp are inaccurate - they put the toppings on for you because of COVID, so it's harder for you to control how much you get on it. The prices are by weight so unless you're specific with them, they may give you more for a heavier weight. I told them to stop when appropriate and they were very nice about it. Lovely neighborhood froyo place ran by a sweet couple. Will definitely be coming more often! read more

Although it was fifteen minutes before closing the machines were already being shut down. Luckily I like Tart and chocolate, but my companion had a mere squiggle of his favorites. Otherwise it's Kosher so don't expect some of the toppings other yogurt places have. No boba, no mochi and a little limited on everything else. read more

Delicious yogurt for a reasonable price. The traditional tart yogurt was my favorite and I love that they have fresh fruit available as a topping. Each of the yogurts pictured cost around $5, which felt like a reasonable price. The shop has some indoor seating and metered street parking nearby. Terrible customer service and stale cheesecake bite toppings. I came in because I was craving frozen yogurt. Guy at the counter was really friendly and when I asked for tasting cups he gave me a spoon and said I could just pour directly in my cup and use a spoon to try the flavors. He didn't give me a limit of the amount I can try. I tried 4 flavors (latte, pink lemonade, tart, and Greek honey) and I have to hold the handle down a few seconds for the yogurt to actually drop in my cup. I guess one other employee (owner, maybe?) was looking at me do this on my 4th flavor - I thought he was just another customer at first - and starts yelling at me. No warning that I was trying too much or that I should stop in a normal tone of voice. He just yelled at me saying that I can't have any more tastings... he even stood there behind me for a few minutes just looking. Anyway, I filled my cup a quarter of the way. Got a drizzle of chocolate syrup and 2 scoops of cheesecake bites. It was still $4.50 and the cheesecake tasted stale. Horrible experience. I would have been happy to stop or not try any at all but getting told it was ok by one employee only to be yelled at by another was awful. read more

This is an amazing, family owned, self serve, frozen yogurt shop! The location is so close to my house that I think it adds a little extra positive bias to my review. I started going here just for the ice cream and fresh toppings but soon fell in love with the dairy free options they provide. They always have the traditional chocolate and vanilla in dairy free but they also have limited time flavors on occasion like pomegranate! Now do not think it is only dairy free, they also have full dairy products as well like my favorite cookies and creme. Another aspect of this place that makes it a 5 star shop is the management. The family that owns this place is extremely nice and they remember the return customers. They also reward repeat customer, on occasion, with money off coupons for their next order. I cannot recommend this place enough! Whenever I have guests visit, this is a must go yogurt shop. read more

This place has delicious and creamy yogurt. I got the cafe latte and cookies and cream with some fruits and enjoyed every last little bit of it. It's very affordable especially given the location in Bev Hills. Our cups were each 6$. It's run by a couple who are very friendly and helpful. Happy to come by here again for sure! read more

Love this place but don't come here on a Sunday, the local residents who have cabin fever pour in with their million kids who scream and run all over the place and take up all the seating inside and out. The rest of the week is great and the staff are lovely. read more

Just moved into the neighborhood, and as it worked out, my daughter told me about topping yogurt. I used to go to Yogurtland, but they went out of business in Brentwood where I lived. Couldn't be happier with toppings. The selection is good. The taste is good and the store is nice and clean. Really happy I found it. I highly recommend ! read more

You don't feel full after you eat it maybe because it's kosher it's awesome you feel like you've been to the best ice cream place you could go to, but you don't have all the fat stuff that goes with it and the fat feeling. The couple that own it are so sweet people and it's just a lovely place to be everyone's happy, but most of all it taste so so good!! It taste so so good !!!!!!!!! read more

I've been to a lot of FroYo places in LA and this is the best. The cookies and cream flavor is amazing. I get that with Oreos and cookie dough and am very happy. The couple that owns it is also very nice and work very hard for long hours. Support them! read more

They need to let people serve themselves. The lady (assuming it was the owner) totally ruined my ice cream by dumping Reese's all over it. When she started scooping it I said I didn't want that much and she literally ignored me and dumped it right on top of my ice cream. I won't be back unless they let us do our toppings. read more

I work nearby this establishment, and only a handful of times I walked through in order to use the pedestrian crossing (instead of around the entire block and then some, just to get to my car a few blocks away). Not trying to say that I was in the right at all, but the elderly lady working there spoke to me very rudely. She talked to me as if I was incompetent. She could've asked me not to walk through in a more kind manner, and I wouldn't have had a problem. I had planned to enjoy some of their yogurt, since I've had it multiple times before. Though especially after this experience, they won't need to worry about seeing me around ever again. Anyway tonight in particular, this other couple decided to bring both their dogs into the establishment. Usually I don't care as long as the dogs are well behaved. This dog in the photo kept trying to jump on the counter WHERE THE TOPPINGS ARE CHILLING OUT IN THE OPEN. I finally had to ask (tell) the owner to get his dog down. Like wth is wrong with you? That's gross AF. And why do I have to tell you how to train your dog? So yeah. Don't be like them. Either one of you wait outside with both your dogs and take turns or give your order to someone.

It turned out that in addition to the 8 people in line, the online orders were coming in at the same time. The two workers were not enough to make all of the online orders plus the in person orders. While we sat there waiting for an hour, we watched multiple people walk in to pick up their online orders that were all being made ahead of ours. There was no way to know that there was going to be an hour wait to get two ice cream servings with only eight people ahead of us in line. There should either be some type of warning of the actual wait time or they need to add more workers. The two servers who were there were very nice and were certainly doing their best, but it's just not set up well. I would never have chosen to stay if I had known the actual number of orders that were ahead of us in line (it was a lot more than 8). Maybe that's why there is no warning. But as a result, I would never go back to Holy Roly nor would I recommend anyone else go there (unless they have a lot of time on their hands). I appreciate when businesses care about customer experience. That does not seem to be the case here.

This past weekend I was discriminated against by the owners of this store due to my needing a service animal for my epilepsy. When I entered the store on Sunday around 4:15 pm I was immediately told to take my service dog Mitchum outside. Since most people assume he's just a pet I kindly said 'oh it's okay, he's a service dog for my seizures', to which the store owner refused to accept my statement and ordered him out again. When I said I have a doctor's letter to prove it she demanded some kind of legal card-- which I don't need, per the laws in the Americans With Disabilities Act. She again refused to accept my doctor's letter or my assertion my dog is a service animal, to which I cited my rights under the ADA and she replied 'I don't care'. The owner's husband then told me to leave due to Mitchum's presence, also refusing to accept the laws that allow and require me to take Mitchum with me everywhere, lest I have a seizure and need him to bark for help. I have never encountered such aggressive discrimination by anyone anywhere. There are serious legal repercussions of violating the Americans With Disabilities Act and I intend to pursue action against them for violating my rights. Please reshare my post, spread the word, and contact the Justice Dept. and ACLU to notify them of my encounter. Thank you all! read more

I have been a fan of this place since it opened up a few years back ( i think in '09) The owner Jay is such a kind soul, listens to advice from the costumers always make them feel comfortable and as if we were a part of his family. The froyo here is incredible, i come here for lunch sometimes but one thing that most people dont know they have or dont order as often is their WAFFLES. Holy. Moly. it's delishhhhhhhhhh. If you are not a froyo person (honestly what kind of person isnt) then i do suggest their waffle. It's huge and fluffly and for an extra dollar come with a side of froyo. There are other options with equal, or even better products. Let's practice kindness to one another by NOT SUPPORTING businesses such as this that propagate close mindedness and cruelty. I love this place. I come here to treat myself to some organic (kosher) yogurt. Mind you that I come 2+ times a week. LOL! I only wished they had mochi toppings as an option. The owner is super friendly too. The price is cheap to average for what other places that sell yogurt. But this yogurt place doesn't leave a weird taste in your mouth. Makes me feel like I am eating something good for me. ;) Attention to those that are lactose intolerance. I can't eat Yogurtland or Pinkberry because it makes my tummy hurt and I have to literally run to the bathroom. :( Toppings Yogurt doesn't do that. YAY!! read more

Went last night - and all I can say is - TART COCONUT PINEAPPLE --- Heaven!!!! Love that for 2.93 I got a ton of yogurt, got to choose 3 different flavors and how much of each I wanted. The self-serve yogurt shops are a TON better than old-school "hole in the middle of your yogurt" shops, ahem, we know who those are! You get a lot more bang for your buck and I loved how they also had traditional frozen yogurt, I got strawberry banana flavored. The mango tart was awesome too, but I think I'm heading back for tart coconut pineapple TONIGHT! read more

I live within walking distance and I am a Toppings Yogurt addict :) I like that they are open late and open on some holidays - for example, I was there on Christmas day :) They sell their yogurt and toppings by the ounce. I have yet to try their waffles. I'm a purist and always go with the plain yogurt with berry toppings. Compared to Pinkberry, I find the yogurt a little less creamy, not better or worse. The people who work there are always nice and helpful. read more

Toppings Yogurt in Beverly Hills is a good spot for frozen yogurt, though the topping variety isn't the best and sometimes they seem a bit old. My kids usually prefer to enjoy the yogurt on its own rather than with toppings. Despite this, they still love coming here for the fresh yogurt and friendly service. This place is nothing like Yogurtland. They use a very cheap brand name yo-cream and are not all that. Sometimes I wonder if they wash their machines every day. Pinkberry is the only Yogurt place with the new machines that turns off if they are not washed. Just make sure they have washed the machine before buying it. You get sick. read more

I love this place! They have a wide variety of tarts and sweet yogurts. They have a lot of "toppings" too, hence the name. It's a nice place if you have kids, if you want a less "kidd-y" setting I recommend sitting outside. Something else really nice about it is that once you buy 9 yogurts, the 10th is free! read more

As a customer who was staying at the establishment, I found this inappropriate and unwelcoming. What made the situation much worse was her reaction when I went back and asked why my cappuccino had been served that way. Instead of listening to my concern or simply explaining what happened, she laughed and joked about it. I found that behavior disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I have worked in the hospitality industry for many years, and customer service is just as important as the product being served. Mistakes happen, but laughing at a customer who raises a legitimate concern is unacceptable. I sincerely hope the owner or management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the situation. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. Based on my experience today, I cannot recommend this place.
