I really wanted to support this business, but after this experience, I will never return. An older woman working there was incredibly rude and argumentative with me regarding my professionally trained service animal. She repeatedly argued back and forth with me, refused to even look at his service animal identification card, and immediately claimed he was "fake" simply because he was not wearing a harness. Legally, service animals are not required to wear a harness or vest, and her ignorance and attitude were extremely upsetting and discriminatory. To make matters worse, she took our discount card, refused to apply the discount, then said, "No, I'm not changing the price, that's it," and threw the card back at us in a disrespectful manner. The entire interaction was unprofessional, hostile, and embarrassing. Businesses should know the laws regarding service animals and treat customers with basic respect. I will be filing a formal complaint regarding this experience and taking my business elsewhere read more

Stay away! Our daughter with Celiac was glutenned and very sick AFTER asking about the ingredients and explaining that she can't have gluten. The owner specifically told her everything was gf - either lying or simply because he didn't understand. Either way our daughter was sick all day because of it. Stay away! read more

Really great yogurt flavor options as well as a lot of great topping options. I wish they would have strawberry Boba or other flavored Boba, but I was still able to find a lot of things that I liked. I chose the Cap'n Crunch cereal, flavored yogurt and it was a great choice. They have a lot of seating options inside as well as a few out front. There is no dedicated parking lot, however street parking is pretty easy and plentiful in the area. We were able to find a space right out front. Although it was fifteen minutes before closing the machines were already being shut down. Luckily I like Tart and chocolate, but my companion had a mere squiggle of his favorites. Otherwise it's Kosher so don't expect some of the toppings other yogurt places have. No boba, no mochi and a little limited on everything else. read more

Made me feel like a kid again Cons: - street parking - I went late so plenty of spots up front - they close around 9:30PM on weekdays so their hours on Yelp are inaccurate - they put the toppings on for you because of COVID, so it's harder for you to control how much you get on it. The prices are by weight so unless you're specific with them, they may give you more for a heavier weight. I told them to stop when appropriate and they were very nice about it. Delicious yogurt for a reasonable price. The traditional tart yogurt was my favorite and I love that they have fresh fruit available as a topping. Each of the yogurts pictured cost around $5, which felt like a reasonable price. The shop has some indoor seating and metered street parking nearby. Terrible customer service and stale cheesecake bite toppings. I came in because I was craving frozen yogurt. Guy at the counter was really friendly and when I asked for tasting cups he gave me a spoon and said I could just pour directly in my cup and use a spoon to try the flavors. He didn't give me a limit of the amount I can try. I tried 4 flavors (latte, pink lemonade, tart, and Greek honey) and I have to hold the handle down a few seconds for the yogurt to actually drop in my cup. I guess one other employee (owner, maybe?) was looking at me do this on my 4th flavor - I thought he was just another customer at first - and starts yelling at me. No warning that I was trying too much or that I should stop in a normal tone of voice. He just yelled at me saying that I can't have any more tastings... he even stood there behind me for a few minutes just looking. Anyway, I filled my cup a quarter of the way. Got a drizzle of chocolate syrup and 2 scoops of cheesecake bites. It was still $4.50 and the cheesecake tasted stale. Horrible experience. I would have been happy to stop or not try any at all but getting told it was ok by one employee only to be yelled at by another was awful. read more

This is an amazing, family owned, self serve, frozen yogurt shop! The location is so close to my house that I think it adds a little extra positive bias to my review. I started going here just for the ice cream and fresh toppings but soon fell in love with the dairy free options they provide. They always have the traditional chocolate and vanilla in dairy free but they also have limited time flavors on occasion like pomegranate! Now do not think it is only dairy free, they also have full dairy products as well like my favorite cookies and creme. Another aspect of this place that makes it a 5 star shop is the management. The family that owns this place is extremely nice and they remember the return customers. They also reward repeat customer, on occasion, with money off coupons for their next order. I cannot recommend this place enough! Whenever I have guests visit, this is a must go yogurt shop. read more

I work nearby this establishment, and only a handful of times I walked through in order to use the pedestrian crossing (instead of around the entire block and then some, just to get to my car a few blocks away). Not trying to say that I was in the right at all, but the elderly lady working there spoke to me very rudely. She talked to me as if I was incompetent. She could've asked me not to walk through in a more kind manner, and I wouldn't have had a problem. I had planned to enjoy some of their yogurt, since I've had it multiple times before.
