The only reason I'm leaving a review is because the young lady that greeted us(hostess?)when we walked in was extremely friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions with a big smile! Lame lame lame. No customer service. The bartenders seem really put out by taking a beverage order. I'm trying really hard to be nice here but when I patiently wait and ask to place a food order, please don't roll your eyes at me. Again, customer service is non existent. Took my 5 and 8 year old tonight on a weekday to avoid the crowds but it sure backfired on us. Told them when we got there that we needed something towards the middle for the little ones and they said no problem as long as we could wait a little while. 2 hours later we finally got assigned a bay and it was on the far end, too far for my boys to hit near any hole. I went back to the desk and told them it wouldn't work and meanwhile 2 bays opened right in the middle. They said it didn't matter since they were reserved and we'd have to get back in the queue and wait again. By now it was getting towards bedtime so unfortunately I made the call to try another night and had to listen to my boys cry about it the whole way home. Staff is on top of everything, food is good, and I really noticed how clean every area is on the site. I wasn't really sure how it would play out going here because I don't do golf, barely have went putt putting before. But my Dad was in town, and he really enjoys golf so decided to put on the list of things to do when he visited. I'm so glad we did, we all enjoyed it. My boyfriend and I aren't into golf, and good thing about it was that you didn't have to pay per person, just $20 for bay for during the day and I believe it is $40 for the bay at night, (which I cant wait to do one day). The atmosphere was good, chill, nice vibe. We went during a Friday afternoon, and there was some people there in small groups, or just with 2 or 3 people like us, and also looked like people could come there and have work gatherings so that's cool to know. Besides the golf, those wings they have, were some of the best wings I've ever had. Great size, breading the sauces on the Asian Sesame one I want the recipe for, dang they were delicious. So my parents are platinum members here, and the staff have always been very friendly and personable, the facilities are clean, and the food is great. The only reason I am giving this location 3 stars instead of 5 is because, due to construction of their mini golf course, the wheelchair accessible entrance was completely gated off. We ended up having to go around back through the loading dock entrance. The staff was apologetic, and one staff member expressed that all employees were very upset about the accessible entrance being blocked off. I understand construction, but the accessible entrance should not be blocked (especially when there is no visible construction to begin with). Think about wheelchair users who have no way to enter the building otherwise. read more

Then took about 30 minutes to come back to see if I wanted anything else to eat since she took the nachos back... Forgot our drinks twice. Reserved 2 bays online for $250 and it says be there early to get everyone situated by the time of reservation because it will start promptly at reserved time. I did not get our bay numbers until right at the time, which means we did not get signed in and ready until 15 -20 ish minutes after our reserved time and so we only got about an hour and a half of playing time when we paid for two hours. Wow! This place is pretty awesome! The wide openness and the friendly staff really makes this place a great place to come and want to hangout! I was actually here for business but while waiting for my meeting, I spent time talking with the staff who shared with me how top golf works and then to my surprise, when I mentioned I was from Las Vegas, they let me know that we had one near the MGM hotel! LoL I did not know that! They have a full bar and a nice menu with many good selections to choose from! I may plan on getting some of my co-workers together and checking out Top Golf location in Las Vegas! My cousins and I visited last night and this was my first time here in about a year. They have changed a few things and we had trouble with one of our bays. It took over 30 minutes to get the issue resolved and was then moved to the end where it was harder to get the balls in the holes. Overall the experience was good but the customer service was great. The two managers were very patient and nice. They never acted busy or treated us rude. Most cases the manager have attitudes and are trying to get back to their other tasks and these two did the complete opposite. I really appreciated that and it helped calm me down. While in town for a conference, my company booked our team building event here at Top Golf. To be honest, I wasn't looking forward to it as forced awkward conversation gives me the hives and golf has never really been my thing. Sure, I enjoy the occasional miniature golf game amidst fun obstacles and scenery, but the last time I actually did that (or held a golf club for that matter) was in middle school PE. We had multiple bays reserved for us, as well as appetizers, drinks, and a buffet style dinner. I grimaced at the thought of frozen pizzas and chicken wings, but some of the items weren't half bad at all! They gave us chips with salsa, queso, and guacamole along with glazed chicken skewers and some sort of toasted baguette with salmon, cream cheese, and chive. For dinner they set up a large mixed salad, macaroni and cheese, fried chicken cutlets, and bbq pulled pork sliders. I tried a bite of the mac and it was 'aight'. I stuck with salad and the pulled pork sans the slider bun. The meat was tender and quite flavorful. Much better than what I expected, that's for sure. When it's time to golf, you walk to the computer screen in your bay and select your name. You then pick the club you want (they keep them stationed there for you and even tell you which are for men and women to make it easy), and wave it over a sensor near the putting grass for the ball to pop out. The balls have electronic chips in them to keep score. The coolest part is playing at night when the targets light up and start to move to the tune of the music being played. I ended up having a blast and even won one of the rounds! Of course we weren't playing for prizes, but best believe I got bragging rights. *brushes shoulders off* The bar is expansive so whatever your position, they most likely have it. I was pleased they had Revolver Blood and Honey on tap which is my favorite local Dallas beer brewed in Deep Ellum. Their menu is large too offering everything from burgers, sandwiches, and pizzas to salads and desserts. This is definitely a cool place to come let some steam off with friends. Or simply to switch it up and try something different than your normal happy hour go to. We didn't pay for anything since my company fronted the bill, but I was curious how much it is so I looked online. You can pay by the hour with up to 6 people at a bay for either $20 or $40 depending on the day of the week and the time you are there. They also have membership cards you can purchase and reload online as you use them (both adults and juniors) that include free club rentals. Pro Tip: stretch before you play. This is the most brilliant concept. I have absolutely ZERO golfing skills. Actually I look hilarious golfing, but I don't care because it is so much fun! There are three tiers that you can golf from. Most people seem to golf from the top from the 3rd story, but I don't mind any of the bays. They are all fun. When you arrive at the front you reserve a bay and tell them how long you want it for. Each player must have a player card. I put $5 on each of the boys cards just to keep it active. The card is what will pay for the golfing bay. It costs $20 an hour before 6PM and $40 after. When you arrive at the bay there is a set of men's and women's clubs or you can bring your own if you actually golf. The point of the game is the get the ball into one of the targets. It's very similar to darts. The more center of the target the more points it is worth. The food is all really good. Our favorites are the cheeseburger sliders, queso, and chili cheese fries. Came here on a Friday and it was packed. We were there around 6:15 so we were still able to get a bay, but I've heard that it can be a 1 hour wait at peak times. Parking was easy and they also offer a valet option in case you feel the need. Some of the parking spots are far away if you are hauling clubs with you too. This was our first time, so we registered and paid the $5 card fee each. You can totally use one card, but then you would only have one profile and unable to compete against one another. I brought my own clubs but there are some for free at each bay. They aren't bad clubs, just some of the grips are in bad shape. We ordered food and was unaware that our time had started. We thought it started when we hit our first ball. This location is new so the facilities are nice and modern. As it got dark, the targets themselves were dark and light up on the outside with colorful displays. The interface was smooth although there were a few glitches experienced at times. Friends were in town and we wanted to chill but not be too chill...and laugh. I've been *meaning to try* Top Golf for years and decided, let's do this. Loved it. The six of us grabbed drinks and a little to eat while we waited for our putting green. I downed this drink called Tito's Pomegranate Mule (Tito's Vodka, PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur, Ginger Beer, Cranberry Juice & Fresh Lime) in seconds. I don't know that it was strong because I usually don't like strong...but it was tasty. My blonde haired boo laughed at me when I said it was a stiff pour; she said..."No Myia, that's sweet and sour!" I have know clue...but she might be right because despite drinking more than I normally do, I never really felt buzzed. We didn't wait too long before we were called up. I like how some game stations had high top tables, some had little sitting areas with coffee tables, etc. The game itself was great, easy to get started and somewhat addictive. I got a real kick out of seeing guys hit the ball over the net too. We ordered more drinks and the boys ordered more to munch on. The crowd was big all night...but not in a bad way. We also ordered a la carte, which I liked more than having a buffet style set up.
