I've only ever come in the summer and early in the morning and weve always had a good experience. I usually reserve a bay online and order a few appetizers for my kids or the group we are with. Only once have I just shown up and asked for a bay, but still, no issues. There are definitely areas for improvement, more later, but for the most part the service is good, not always attentive or great,, but not bad. The food is a decent portion and the kids enjoy it. I really miss the hummus appetizer, I don't want 3 dips, I want all hummus! I did try the grilled chicken sandwich this last time and it was great! The drinks are free refills, hallelujah! And you can order kids sizes too. AND you can ask for a drink to-go when you're all done. BRING THE POOL TABLES BACK: I understand adding an arcade, but I don't get why the pool tables had to be removed. There was plenty of space for both, and the pool tables were a great social option for adults while waiting for a bay. Topgolf is expensive, but it's so much fun with the right crowd. You need to have a membership (a few bucks) to get started. Make sure to stop by the front desk to do that first. I also recommend coming Monday through Thursday as you can book bays online for half off. The food is decent but the service was slow. We enjoyed the Gochujang Chicken Sliders, Wings, and Hamburger. We wanted to continue ordering pitchers of beer but the server would only check up on us every 30 minutes or so. There are too many games to choose from which cuts into your time. Keep it simple, pick the same game every time, and just whack the ball. The technology is neat to where it tracks your ball pretty well. read more

We had so much fun golfing with friends. The game aspect of Top Golf makes the experience so fun and competitive. We had an amazing server who got apps and drinks out to us quickly! Came here with my son for two hours on 7/15. The technology in our bay was glitching. Told our server. She brought over maintenance, and maintenance guy kinda stared at it for a minute and said it couldn't be fixed. Server tried to help but nothing worked. No one offered to move us to a different bay. When the bill came it was for the full amount, in spite of the entire 2 hours being plagued by broken technology. I asked the server to adjust it and she came back letting me know the manager approved a paltry $15 discount and a card for $25 off a future visit. No future visits for me, thanks. Our server was genuinely nice but didn't seem to have received training on how to handle these situations. They should've moved us to a new bay or if they couldn't do that, proactively comp the entire 2 hours. I love this Top Golf location. I always have a great time beating my bestie! The staff is always friendly and when you subscribe to their mailing list you receive coupons on a regular basis. The bottles of wine are reasonably priced and the food is actually good, especially the queso and the homemade salsa. Delish!!! Oh yeah, five stars for this location! Everyone here was so nice compared to other Topgolf's we've visited. We had a large party and reserved three bays for our large family reunion. The two hours flew by as we swung, ate, drank, giggled, and caught up. Even my three year old had a fabulous time using her driver. The nachos are great and we really enjoyed the kids options. Spicy margs, beers, and other cocktails did their jobs. Thankful for the kind staff who take care of our large party with lots of kiddos running around. We had a great experience here! It was a first time for some in our party and although they were a little intimidated when they got here, they quickly relaxed and had a ball! They kept asking when we could come back! We didn't have a reservation, just winged it. Open spots were available on the lower level and that's exactly perfect for the kiddos. I think most people prefer the top level so there was a short wait if we wanted that. You have to pay a one-time $5 fee per person if you've never been in the system before. We didn't order any food or drinks since we had just had lunch, so our entire bill for 7 people (one golfing bay) was only $75 for the one hour of practice play. It was a fun time for all! read more

My daughter works the bar at this location :). Aside from the pleasure of visiting her, the very first time we came to Top Golf was definitely a huge hit and an on going addiction for our family! My sons are baseball players and they gravitated quickly, like an effortless swing:). We've been back several times. If it's colder weather, they have heating lamps, so it's not so bad but just layer up so you are prepared. There is a process to start your game play upon arrival, if it's your first time going but it's nothing you can't get help with from staff if you can't figure it out at your bay and setting up each player. Food has been a hit each time we've gone. The cheesecake bites you add filling to are good, the cookie skillet and the ice cream concoction that is served in a metal cup is also very good. The lighting is good enough to see but not so bright that it harshes the vibes. The "Captain America: Brave New World" game was by far the most fun, especially when you are inexperienced. The Angry Bird game is actually much more difficult so I wouldn't recommend that one. And best of all: KRYLINN! Our server was absolutely fantastic. She was very patient with my (drunk) MIL and was on top of everything. I'm amazed at how she was able to juggle all of the tables with expertise. She made the Top Golf experience even better. Not sure if it was because we visited on a Monday or a holiday or both, but service seemed very lacking. We sat in a booth at the restaurant/bar area to have lunch before we played and did not have a dedicated server. Even though the bar was not busy and we attempted several times to make eye contact and wave her over, she ignored us. We finally took our glasses to the bar to get refills and my husband had to get up again to get our check. Kinda strange! Same thing happened when we got to our bay to play. No one showed up to take care of us for a good fifteen minutes and it was not a busy day by any means! We had to hunt down our server a couple of times while we played which seemed unusual because by then there were three other groups playing in our area and two designated servers, but they were no where to be found! I do want to say it though, service aside, we did have an excellent time! We both ordered Cobb salads for lunch and it was hands down the best Cobb salad either of us have ever had. The bacon was freshly made and smelled delicious! All the ingredients were high quality and extra tasty. My only comment would be that it would be nice if you had the option of a low calorie salad dressing on your menu. We also loved the addition of the new Topgolf Callaway clubs to the golf bays. Fun team outing experience around lunch time. Checkin was quick and simple, hostess explained venue layout and navigation pretty briefly. We navigated to our bay and were greeted by our waitress very friendly but very hard to hear her speak. We made due nonetheless and enjoyed the variety of appetizers and meals orders within the group. We played a few different rounds of top golf from normal games to angry birds. The bays were spacious, with ample seating space and well suited with different club sizes, we also noticed others bringing in their own golf clubs. We thought all was good for our Sunday Funday upon arrival. We ordered food at it took a while, so when my daughter asked, "What about my nachos?", the waitresses response was "What about them?" Super inappropriate answer from a waitress. Our bill was almost $300 which was expected, but one full charge came out of our bank acct, and now it has been taken again as a pending charge. Very inconvenient for us. They did not tell us that would happen. If you're gonna go, don't pay with your debit card. It's been 4 days now and it's still not back in our acct. After 10 months of pregnancy, all I wanted was a nice Cadillac margarita (which is a beer inside a margarita). However, the waiter claimed she couldn't bring me two drinks at once. My husband ordered a beer and gave me a float on top of my margarita to give me the flavor I wanted. After about 45 minutes, when I tried to order another drink, the waiter refused again, stating she could only serve two drinks per person each hour. If I'm doing the math correctly at that time we only got served two drinks. Ultimately, she refused to give me my drink and walked away from the table, prompting another server to step in and assist us. Lousy system. Had to wait 90 minutes and then got assigned Booth 132 which is on the bottom and all the way on the right side corner. There were at 10 booths empty close to the middle. But they would not reassign when requested saying that they were reserved. But during my 1 hour there, the booths remained empty. Even during my last visit, even though I made a reservation ahead of time, I was assigned, booth 101 which was at the bottom all the way to the left. Again, there were a large number of empty booths closer to the center. Never saw a more lousy treatment of customers. Makes me wonder if there is some sort of discrimination... read more

Platinum member for over a decade. Sometimes there are delays reactivating this each month when the corporate office bills. This is common knowledge. MGMT usually comps a bay accordingly during Platinum hours. Today I was told they could not do this bc of "corporate telling management no discounts on father's day." A membership is not a discount and getting hassled regularly when paying this much is absurd. Fortunately I drove to Allen where they were aware of the issue, said the Colony was wrong and accommodated me.
