I had a horrible costumer service experience with a server named JACOB (young male). As soon as we were seated he came over and asked for a card, per usual but when he asked if we were going to split the bill. When we said yes he demanded that we all give him a card and that he will not be splitting the items to different bills, we either all put it on one card or divide it equally. He then said " you can cashapp,Venmo,Zelle each other I don't care" his service was UNACCEPTABLE. There is no excuse for treat anyone with such disrespect who just want to come and enjoy a nice evening. He was rushing us to find a card and being extremely rude. Visited Halloween evening. We had reservations and when your bay is ready they text the bay number to you. Bay was clean. Waitress was very friendly and helpful as it was our first time to visit. Only issue was the request for additional sauces or sides by myself to your server apparently went to the kitchen and was ignores as those sauces never made their way to my table. I paid for the $5 lifetime membership but have no idea how that works. If there was more information up front about the membership that would have been cool but overall I am very happy with the experience. First time here and really a very novice golfer. I think I've only hit a couple "drives" in my life. I was always there to drive the golf cart. And putt putt. I can putt but this is driving those balls long distance trying to hit one of 8 targets. It's harder than you think but super fun. Comfy couch in your bay with wait service for food and drinks. The wait staff is on point! They check on you quite often. You can bring your clubs or they have them for you. The system is very easy to use to keep score. Fun music playing, might be a little loud to talk to someone hitting the ball vs sitting next to you on the couch. Fans are blowing which makes it very nice. We are in Covid time so the bar and lounge areas are not open but hopefully by late summer we can have full run of the place. I give it two thumbs up. I went to Top Golf with family during the second week of opening amidst the Covid regulations. My review is two-based: food and activity. ACTIVITY: 4 stars If you have not been to Top Golf, it provides a controlled environment where friends/family can hit golf balls out into the open where you can play games by earning points when you hit specific open targets. Great activity for experienced golfers as well as those who never picked up a golf club. The staff was attentive and there was always someone available to answer questions and assist with technical issues. FOOD/DRINK: zero stars we ordered 3 items: pretzel bites, fried macaroni cheese balls, craft beer queso. I'm sure there may be some tolerable items on the menu but these three are HORRIBLE. Pretzel bites were meh, the fried macaroni bites were Tolerable if you dipped it in the buffalo sauce, but the queso was STIFF. you expect a cheese dip to be gooey, hot melted. You had to apply force when you dip the chip into the cheese. I thought we had dip that was sitting out and asked to reheat, which they kindly brought out a second queso out for us, but their queso is just that way, hard, bland, stiff cheese dip. We ordered 3 pitchers of beer which didn't come cheap ($21 per pitcher - Dos Equis) On top of that, our chips were stale. SERVICE: 4 stars Overall, if you're looking for the golf experience with friends and family it's worth checking out at least once. But come on a full stomach. While you wait for your turn to hit the golf ball, you'll likely be sipping on overpriced drinks and eating really bad bar food. 2 hour of play, 3 pitchers of beer, 3 horrible appetizers, purchasing their golf memberships = over $182 - not including tip. This is a super fun activity! Rent a bay for two hours for $50.00 and up to six people can play. It doesn't matter if you know how to play golf or not, it's fun!! They have a nice food and drink menu too! Very friendly staff that makes sure you are well taken care of! Highly recommend this as a date night, or a friendly competition between friends. They do take walk-in's, but I do recommend you reserve in advance. You will then receive an email that lets you know the next steps. If you give it a try, please let me know! First time at this location, but not to Top Golf. This location needs its sound system replaced and upgraded. The ambiance was boring. The music was very quiet and low and the playlist was like shopping at a Dillards. Boring. The service was just ok. The team member checked on us infrequently, I literally got one drink over multiple hours. The food was fine. If they focus a little attention to ambiance and the guest experience, this place could be perfect. When you call the number you get routed to the corporate office that has absolutely no clue what's happening at the location you're trying to contact. They flat out refuse to give you the phone number to the location because "the people there can't be bothered while trying to help customers". Excuse me, but I'm a customer, and I need help. Just because I'm not in the building at that moment means I'm less important? Also, the people at the corporate call center are incredibly rude. They literally just speak over you the whole time and don't listen to a word you say. Don't answer any questions, etc. Topgolf is fun, but the service is absolutely reprehensible. I've never heard of a business that I'm just absolutely not allowed to contact on the phone. Ridiculous, flawed system. It's so bad that I'm angry about it. read more

Been wanting to try one of these out for years. We had a blast. Neither of us are good at golf at all lol but it was still a good time. We came on Tuesday during half price lanes which I think is the only time we would return only because of the cost of everything else. The drinks (while delicious) we're definitely over priced. $11 for I'd say a 12 ounce (or smaller) mixed drink is overkill. If they were more $6 to $7 range I could see us coming back more often. Last night my girlfriend's and I went to a concert at the Walmart Amp. Afterwards we walked to Top Golf to order a couple drinks and appetizers. The bartender informed us because we had been at the concert he couldn't serve us drinks. It was very odd. I spoke to several managers and they said well you all don't seem to be getting crazy or anything, but he can't undo what someone else said. I just asked why wouldn't they serve us. No one could really answer me other than a manager (Andrew) said don't serve people from the concert. We had a friend who had not been at the concert show up and ask for a drink and they said they couldn't serve him either. He said I wasn't at the concert and I haven't had one drink tonight so they changed their minds and did finally serve him a drink. We even asked if we rented a stall to play golf would it be different. He said no. We left shortly thereafter. I would not recommend supporting this establishment. read more

We made a reservation for Top Golf on a Tuesday night, which is half price night. I expected it to be busy considering that and the fact that they have only been open about a month. We started our game play and then ordered food. One guy in our party ordered maybe 5 minutes before the rest of us did. His food came out, 30 minutes later still nothing for us. After mentioning to our waiter that we still had no food they finally brought it out 15-20 minutes later. It took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to bring us our food. By this time we had 12 minutes left on our bay and had to scarf down the food without even being able to enjoy them end of our game. My burger was charred and the rest of the food was sub-par. Will probably go again, but will not be ordering food. read more

Top Golf is always a fun place! We have been to TG's in lots of towns, but Rogers needs to get their walk-in process locked down, because currently it is challenging. I came in as a walk-in at 4:30 pm and they told me it would be a 45 min to 1 hour wait. My waitress cashed us out after an hour. I didn't ask her to, but I thought she must have known our bay was opening up, so I didn't object. After 2 hours of waiting, I went to the desk and asked where I was on the wait list. They told me I was #3 on the wait list, and they would be calling me shortly. The person helping me explained that the reason it was taking so long was because they had a bunch of platinum members come in. Then I waited another hour before I finally got called. My recommendation would be to send those of us waiting a text message letting us know the wait time is prolonged. We ended up waiting for 3 hours to get a bay. Now that being said, the management did make it right by us. Once they were aware that we were frustrated, they bent over backwards to make it right! Food was fantastic, and the environment is always a blast! So glad TG is in Rogers. I am sure they are just still working through some bugs in their process. read more

I have been a few times and have had excellent service from the waiters and management. Johnathon is the best, he is always checking in on us making sure we have everything we need. The food and drinks are all great. The different game modes for golfing are all fun and competitive. Even if you aren't golfing it is a great atmosphere with lots of TVs. Wow, this place is cool. But don't try and go there without a reservation, the doorman won't even let you look inside the place. Strict when it comes to their COVID-19 policies. Once you are able to get past the front door, the place is awesome. State of the art driving range equipment with very professional staff that explains it to you and help you set it up. Full menu available with tableside service that can be brought right to your "BAY". The server was attentive, checking in on me without being intrusive. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. While the place can be slightly pricey, they do have some outstanding specials that make it very affordable. read more

I've been to several top golf other part of USA and was very excited to visit one close to home. Had the worst experience ever. Rude and inattentive waiter. Felt almost not looked upon as we were the only non white customer. Food order taken with drinks and after waiting and multiple inquiries over 1 hr saying no one has actually taken food order. We have to extend our time to get food. Pathetic service. I'll travel to other states for playing on top golf but this one never again. The one in Minneapolis is the best top golf I loved. Place was nice. But not as nice as other top golf I've been to. You get tables and chairs whereas other places you get a couch and round table where you can really interact and have conversations. Food was good. Restroom was 90 degrees, this is why only 4 stars. I was literally sweating while taking a poop. read more

My friends and I had a reservation and when we checked in they did not believe we were sixteen. At first they said we could golf for thirty minutes only. Why? Your guess is as good as mine. After that, an employee by the name of Matthew told us to leave because we "weren't sixteen" even though there is know way for them to know that. This was our first time trying out this golfing and dining experience. It was so much fun! We were walk-ins on a Saturday morning with a party of four and were immediately sent to our stall to start our fun and food. Our kids had been there before so they showed us the ropes of how to get the game started. Our hostess was their quickly to greet us and take some drink orders and make sure we understood how to set up game play. I had a promotional credit on my account and she was quick to get some management staff to come and greet me and walk me through how we could use the credit. Both were super friendly and helpful. The golf games were super fun once we got the hang of it. None of us are really golfers, or it has been a long time since we golfed, but it was a great game for amateurs and pros alike. We went ahead and ordered some appetizers to go with our fun. We tried the chicken tenders and tots; the buffalo cheese dip; and the cheese fries. The dip was freaking amazing! One of the best cheese dips I have ever eaten. The tater tots and chicken were also pretty good. The fries were okay, but the other two dishes outshined them. Our hostess was very attentive for the entire 2 hours we were there. The only real downside of the experience was that our stall only had a tall table and chairs. For a big fat dude like me (6'3" and 440 lbs) they were not very comfortable and in fact really not functional. Too hard for me to climb up in those tall stools and with the arms on them could not quite squeeze myself into them. I know they have some other stalls with couches I have seen in pictures, so maybe we can try and get that next time. Overall, it was a great experience, and we look forward to going again soon. How do I leave 1/2 a star? I reserved two bays with food and drink($500). My client informed me someone on their team(day of) tested positive for Covid so we cancelled the reservation. Top Golf Rogers/NWA is still charging me the $250 deposit, won't reschedule, give us a % off, etc. They're stealing $250 and they'll double dip by selling those bays to other customers. You also can't make phone calls to the specific locations - they route you to someone in Texas. read more

Very very disappointed. I planned a birthday celebration for my husband. There were 7 of us as I did not plan to play and there was no information online about not allowing an extra person who was not playing. Shortly after we arrived at our bay, the manager came into our bay, while an intimidating man stood a distance back, arms folded, watching, as she informed us, without properly social distancing herself, one of us had to leave. I explained I was not playing, only came to watch and hang out as it was my husband's birthday. She showed no grace and said because of "social distancing" (as if you can properly social distance in a bay anyway) only 6 were allowed. She did offer to find us another bay, but there was no point as only 6 people were playing. We did not cause any problems and I left as asked, but the manager and her intimidating companion walked behind me to ensure I left. I did NOT appreciate the intimidation. Way to ruin my husband's birthday. My husband is a doctor and has been trained in PPE. Your bays are outdoors, yet you require employees and patrons to wear face diapers that are completely worthless against respiratory viruses. As my husband reported, the waiter was wearing a cloth mask, which is completely ineffective, and was in and out of the bay as a 7th person with no social distancing, yet somehow you could not see fit to let me stay. I find it ironic that you choose to enforce only certain policies while allowing other things, that if you truly were serious about covid should not be allowed. From my experience it appears breaking up birthday celebrations is more important than consistently following pseudo science. read more
