However, it's a sad state of affairs when you use the ladies room and an employee is ON HER PHONE in the stall next to you on speaker and/or facetime!!! It should go without saying the obvious and when I brought this gently to the attention of the "manager" on the first level I can't say I was encouraged that he even cared or would do anything about it. Its not too much to ask to use the restroom without being broadcast on someone's call. I know you can do better, Too Golf. Please encourage your employees to use their phones in one of the many available spaces and NOT THE WOMEN'S BATHROOM!!! read more

Most top golf's are pretty much the same but I liked this location because I shot the highest score ever here Service was good and I liked how they kept giving us water. We ordered a cookie pie with vanilla ice cream that was topped with marshmallows. It was very good since it came fresh out of the oven and was all melted. read more

My first time at Top Golf for a last minute Girls get together. I love miniature golf but this is different. More open and more Tiger Woods swings then I have(I could only get to the center yellow area). But it was still lots of fun. Tuesday nights are half off which is even better for a 2 hour time slot with 21 swings per person.for 21 swings and a 2 hour time window. We ordered a large Cobb Salad, Chicken Wings and a Bur but the food was only "okay". I had a few sips of thr water but it had an aftertaste and my Sisters said their sodas were "flat". I would definitely come again for the golfing part because it was fun. It is huge so it makes a great place to come with a large group of friends. read more

The golf bays are high tech and I like paying by the hour versus buying a bucket of balls. The waitresses are very attentive and come by often. We opted for the picnic tables on a nice day. The waitresses swing by the tables way less than they do the bays. The service was slow. Slow to order drinks. 15 minutes to get the drinks. More time to order food. The food took about 30 minutes. Looking forward to trying the mini golf next time. The food was good and the only downside was the turnaround time to get drinks and food. read more

Came here on a Friday night to celebrate a friend's birthday. Excellent choice! I can't believe this was my first time ever coming here. I have been to other locations but Friday nights adventure was a first at this location for me. We had a reservation for 9pm and were directed to our spot down stairs. For some reason I would've preferred to have been upstairs but it's all good... Playing the game of golf was great and the couple next to us gave us some great pointers. Went to top golf for fun. Did the reservation for the bay online and checked in by phone. When we got there, I just made sure I was checked in. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. As we waited, we got some drinks and went downstairs to wait for the text for our bay. They were playing really great music, the second floor is a little loud, so if you want to wait without the blasting music in your ear. I would say go downstairs. We got our bay, and we went to it and picked our game. We ordered food and they were great! Mac and cheese bites: 5/5 Margarita pizza: 3/5 (I liked it because it was a whole Flatbread pizza. This review may be a bit bias as I was attending a golf clinic with my daughter for the first time through excel. We had the downstairs bays and although chilly the overhead heat made it more tolerable. The heat is not throughout so in order to get some feels of warmth you have to be directly under the heat. Also, parking is horrible here they only have about 20 spots directly in the same vicinity as the establishment, after all are full you must park across the street. We had about 5 kids on each bay and went on to play a competitive game that although we didn't think it was scoring correctly the kids still enjoyed themselves. read more

Hosted a small corporate event here last Friday and the team was awesome! We reserved 3 bays, with a food and drink package and everyone really enjoyed themselves. The planning and coordination was seamless, when people arrived, everyone was directed to the right bays and the food was actually REALLY good! The young lady who tended to our party was also great (and I'm bummed I don't remember her name) along with the young ladies who helped us with our drinks and a food. We were able to sync all of the bays so we could get some good competition going. Surprisingly enough, the space heaters were great so it wasn't too cold being outside. This is a good Topgolf experience at National Harbor. I visited on a Saturday afternoon shortly after opening and it was not packed. Strategically I booked the reservation for this reason. After a couple hours it began to pick up with customer traffic as I was leaving. Overall the customer service was good. The host who escorted us to our bay was pleasant and kind. Our waiter was also very courteous. The food menu is typical American bar food. The drink menu was also customary and adequate for a sports bar. The gameplay on the golf bays is very simple and fun. I believe all of the bays have heat radiating posts operated during the colder months. But understand, when it is freezing and windy outside, those radiators are ineffective, so plan your ocassion accordingly. If visiting for the sports bar aspect, the indoor setting is perfect with TVs and such. Indoors is also closed off from the outside, so it is temperature controlled. Overall a very good, customer-focused investments at this Topgolf location. read more

When we arrived as a walk-in, we were quoted an hour wait but the wait was actually only about 30 mins. Pros: The customer service from everyone (including our server) was great. The wait to get a bay wasnt too long. The bathrooms were clean. The food was tasty. Its an overall good time. Cons: It took a little while for the server to come to our table and longer than expected for the food to come out. By the time the food came, we only had 11 minutes left in our 60-minute game so we were forced to pay for 15 additional minutes, just so we didnt have to give up the table (in order to eat the food). The overall rating on Yelp is quite accurate. Id give it a four for ambiance but 2 for food and service. We enjoyed playing top golf on a cold winter day. It was nice and warm at our bay but the food and service were slow. Our table itself was not clean and when we asked to be moved to a free table next to it, the host said they'd go find out but disappeared and did not come back. Our drinks never showed up either. I haven't been back for about a year so decided to stop by on a Tuesday afternoon since I was in the area. They had a over for half price game play so figured I would take advantage of the deal. I met a Yelp friend here and we didn't have a reservation so expected a little bit of a wait. After checking in I was quoted a 45 min wait. Wasn't a huge amount of time so we went to the bar on the second floor to grab a drink and some appetizers. After robot 15 minutes I received a text that my bay was ready. Nice that it was sooner than expected but I was still waiting for my nachos. It wasn't a big deal to text them that I wanted to wait 30 more min. I received another message and got my bay reservation without needed to speak to a live person. Once I got to my bay I was able to set everything up since I have been before. A short time later my waitress stopped by to check on me and took my drink order. After playing for 30 min I made my food order for a flat bread pepperoni pizza. Surprisingly the pizza came out well before my drink. When I asked my waitress about it she went back and got it. I only ordered a beer and our bay was right by the bar so don't know what the hold up was. When it arrived I noticed it was not very cold so it probably had been sitting on the bar for a little while. Overall service was a bit slow. Waitress did now check on use frequently. Halfway through our session the waitress left and we found out the waitress had been in training and now someone else was taking over the section . She did a pretty good job so her mistakes and slower service are more forgivable. It was still and fun time and not bad on half price days. read more

While my party had a good time because it was like a mini reunion for us and we hadn't seen each other in forever, many years for some, the service here was mostly horrible. Another yelper couldn't have been more spot on when describing it as chaotic and disorganized. Mind you I have been to locations in both Dallas and Birmingham, so I'm not sure if this one is fairly new but didn't sound like it from my friends. Our visit was on the evening of Easter Sunday with about 9 people total, but not all at one time, because a couple of friends closed out their tabs and left before playing. I know large parties aren't always easy, but there should be certain level of communication at least. Also Top Golf appears to be designed for groups. While waiting for our bay, we sat at a table in the dining / bar area. My friend had to ask at least 2-3x for water, and we had to hunt down / flag down the server just to get in orders. They took forever to come back and check on us. Meanwhile I see all the female staff members in the corner by the bar giggling, and then one young lady getting an attitude storming off. Some sort of drama & confusion was going on that night. The fastest our server moved was when it came to our checks, which she said she'd transfer over to our bay. This Top Golf seems to have all kid employees. (Maybe high school or early college age) The server who set us up in the system for playing was patient as we came in and got settled, but not warm. Pros: - The food tasted pretty good once it finally arrived (notables: macaroni bites & queso dip) - Ample parking, some - Outdoor heaters Pain Points: - Unprofessional and unattentive servers - Slow service - Orders took very long but even no update on the food in case the kitchen was backed up - Basic requests for sides or straws often took long or got forgotten - Bay Server had a bad attitude - No comp or discount offered for all the inconvenience The check came altogether in one. This also took a while. The server asked me to write out how it should be split and I was going to, but my friends took it and went to the front desk to work it out. By that time the majority of our party was pretty much done dealing with her. You never know what people have going on and maybe it was her first day? No idea. Luckily, Vicki, who was a manager, not even our server, was great and quite helpful with a nice attitude. A tall skinny white gentleman working the front (Xavier maybe?) is who ended up helping us with our checks at the register. Two star rating is: 1 for Vicki, the other for Xavier. The food was better than most chain golf locations and it came out super fast. I am a drink person and that expresso martini was bomb! Didn't taste like alcohol but I definitely felt the effects of it. The bartender was great and helpful but I was a little annoyed with the server who was accommodating the party I was with. We wanted to order food separately from the party and we were told we could not do so but 10 minutes later we saw her give someone else in our party a separate check for something he ordered separately. Myself and a co-worker had the pleasure of attending a vendor sponsored event here in a private area and we both really enjoyed it. The staff at this location was spot on, extremely attentive, very welcoming and friendly, no complaints what do ever ..... The food that was provided was well presented and perfect. I made a reservation for 6 people, which is the maximum for one bay. I wanted to add two more people to the reservation, and needed to update my reservation. The website says to book two bays together, so they can be next to each other, and cancel the other reservation. However, the website also says cancellations are non refundable if made within 24 hours... this is very misleading. I called asking them to add a bay without having to cancel, but they said it cannot be done. I have to cancel my existing reservation and lose my money, then rebook. This is a ridiculous scam. Why should I lose my money if I am coming anyways? I am very disappointed. read more

First time coming to this specific TopGolf. We came on a Tuesday so it seemed like a pretty busy night. Reservations were at 8:30pm but got there a bit early so we ordered drinks and watched TV at the bar. I ordered a Mulligan, which was very good, although I wish it was a bit larger for the price I paid. Once we were given our lot, we were met by our server right away and ordered drinks. The drinks came by quickly and we were also brought the chips and queso we had ordered. We played for about 90 minutes with a group of 6 people. However, our lot was a bit small for 6 people as we kind of had to play musical chairs every time someone got up to hit. Worst service I've ever gotten. My group and I went on a Thursday night around 8ish, and was seated close to 9 o'clock. No one came to serve us or provide drinks until I went up and asked a worker if my table could have a server. We got a serve pretty fast but she had the worst attitude ever, maybe she just had a bad day, I'm not sure. But we ordered waters and one soda, took about 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and we still weren't asked for our food orders. I had to wait and pull her aside as she was walking up and down the hall. My group ordered two sides of fries that took forever to come out. Once our first plate of fries came there were no plates or napkins provided to us, and I had to go ask someone for those things. We never got our second plate of fries even though we asked two random workers. Eventually our server told us that they just canceled the order and took it off our bill instead of just giving it to us. All in all, awful service, nice course, but wouldn't go again. read more

We made a reservation and checking in was super easy. They do take walk-ins, but the wait could be at least an hour! Our guy, Xzavier, was amazing! We came to celebrate a friend's birthday. The staff was kind and helpful in serving our food and bringing out of drinks such as soda and tea that were included with the event. Party platters were ordered for the event. The platters consisted of chicken fingers, Mexican dip, tortilla chips, salsa, sliders and meatballs. Unfortunately the food was not good. The chicken fingers were over cooked, the Mexican dip was bland and watery. The chips were bland: The meatballs were not good either. The sliders were the best food item that I tasted. The bun was soft and the sliders were served with lettuce and tomatoes. In spite of the food not being good we enjoyed being able to golf indoors with friends and play the various games in our lanes. We were told by our server that 5 chairs were allowed to be in each bag but there were four lanes reserved for 24 people so the math does not add up.
