Although I'm not a golfer in the least, I have visited TopGolf a few times and have always enjoyed it (without golfing whatsoever)! lol Most recently, I planned an event here with the help of Dustin (event coordinator). Great experience from start to finish. The food was great, the atmosphere was fantastic, the staff members were attentive and friendly, and everything was executed as planned and promised. I went here for a union function. It was my first time at Top Gold, and I loved it. The inside out design is top tier. We had two bays for my colleagues and I. The servers were friendly. The service was a little slow due to such a large number of people. We were there in the morning, so we had a breakfast menu. The food was pretty tasty. I plan to go back and take my family. They have a sample platter that feeds six for under $40! That's a deal to help ease the pull on your pocket. Definitely worth a visit. read more

We only stopped in for food, which isn't why most people come here lol. Service was slow due to not really having a server assigned to table. Lots of missing opportunities, such as no silverware, napkins, apps plates, refills, etc... Food for us was like bar food, nothing really stood out., except for my husband's burnt chicken. I decided to visit Top Golf on a week day to avoid the weekend crowd. Perfect idea. The vibe of the crowd was all adults and very nice. I reserved a bay online and was able to walk right in and begin playing. We ordered drinks and some appetizers for snacks while we worked up an appetite. All the appetizers were good especially the flatbread. I enjoyed my visit and can't wait to return. read more

I came in to have a few beers and the place was empty but I saw several employees coming and going like shift change. Sat at the bar for about 10 minutes with no one to come serve me a beer or say hello. Even few employees came to the bar registered on the side and didn't even ask has anyone helped you. I cohosted an industry event here the other day. It was my first time at this top golf and will not be the last. Our golf tournament got rained out so we had to rent out 70 bays to replace our original golf plans. The staff was incredibly accommodating to our group. The staff was attentive and took very good care of our massive group. It was a lot of fun! read more

Went for my first round today. I started out by putting my name on the call ahead waitlist. I got a text stating when the bay would be ready. Then soon after the text, I got another one saying that the bay was ready, and that it would be available for the next 5 minutes. When I arrived, I checked in at a the front. They said it was still in my name. So, when we went to the bay, it would not let me play. I had to go back to the front to get it fixed. So, if you want to be on the call ahead, make sure your in the parking lot because once it's ready, you got 5 min to get to the bay. The staff were very nice when getting everything setup. Once I got there, I did request a bay with the couches, but they said I couldn't get them. Most all of the bays had just tables with high chairs. If I remember correctly, Topgolf in B'ham had all comfortable couch seating. While playing I had the All American hamburger. It was very good!! My kids had chicken tenders and tater tots. It was also very good. Our waiter was super friendly, too kind care of us, and even explained to us how everything worked. read more

This place is fun, great atmosphere, very comparable to other Top Golf locations I've been to. Food is a bit pricey for the amount you get and the service is top notch. We did run into an issue with the ball not dispensing but we got someone to fix it within 5 minutes or so. Overall I'm glad we have one here in Mobile. read more

I've been here 4 times. Services is terrible, food is okay, but needs improvement. THE Christmas party I had planned in December was a disaster on many levels. We are here for NYE tonight and it's bad. The drinks are bad, the machines not working, they brought me warm champagne bottles with no bucket for chilling. So, obviously it was fun but they only take 1 card per reservation because it "makes it easier" on the servers in the system but it makes it harder for the customers when they go to pay and you have a 900$ tab and have to figure out who owes what. We probably stayed 30 mins after our reservation trying to figure out how much to Venmo/cashapp/apple pay the server when we were trying to leave. It was very frustrating and you also can only have 2 drinks per person PER HOUR. Are we in high school? I paid 300+ dollars to be here and had to go to the bar to get more drinks in which I was refused because I have a table. I get trying to maintain sober customers but only recommend unless you are in high school bc this is what it made me feel like. We have been here several times already and have really enjoyed ourselves. The two hour time frame does fly by though and I wish we could add on more time at the end. Food was good but took about an hour or so to get our nachos. Service was slow in general. If you're at a bay, you can't get a drink yourself at the bar according to the bartender. You have to wait until your server comes to your bay. Tried to charge us for the Upgraded clubs, tried to charge us for the Golf. Only bright spot was Hannah our waitress. I visited top golf for the first time with my girlfriend and kids Saturday night. The golf was fun. It's kind of like a bowling alley but more expensive. The seating was nice, and there were fans to keep us somewhat cool in the summer heat. The food, drinks, and service were horrible though. The waitress was very nice. But we saw her maybe twice in our two hour visit. She seemed overwhelmed with too many guests to take care of. Also, whoever the bartender was Saturday night does not know how to make drinks. I had the cookie butter old fashion for $16.50 first. There were no garnishments and it was served with multiple tiny melted ice cubes like the kind you get when you order a soft drink. The drink tasted watered down and gross. My girlfriend tried it and agreed that it wasn't just me. We both thought that it was just cheap bourbon with some small melted ice cubes. I asked the waitress to confirm that my drink wasn't just straight bourbon because the guy that brought the drinks back for the kids had the wrong order. The kids and girlfriend ordered two Dr peppers and two waters. The guy brought two dr peppers, a sprite and water. Also, our waitress came back and confirmed that my drink was the drink ordered. So I asked for a regular old fashion. I thought there was no way they could mess that up. I chose woodford from the list of bourbon. And it was served the same way...no garnishments with regular tiny melted ice cubes. An old fashion usually has a black cherry and an orange peel with a big block of ice. The large block of ice keeps the drink cool for longer without diluting so your drink isn't watered down and is more flavorful. It doesn't take much effort to make large ice cubes and garnishments for mixed drinks. Especially if you're paying almost $20 for a mixed drink. I guess I expected a little more. The kids ordered a pizza and it was ok. Overall, the kids had fun playing golf. But it seems a bit expensive for the level of service and overall experience. read more
