What a disappointing experience!! My fiancé and I have never been to Topgolf so we decided to give it a try. We were warned ahead of time that if you don't reserve a bay you will have to wait. So we paid the $25 to reserve a bay a week ahead of time. Show up, they can't find our reservation which took a while to straighten out. Check us in and inform us we will receive a text when our bay is ready. We wait for roughly 15 minutes with no text, ask if there is an update on when our bay will be ready and we are told to just wait and we will receive a text. After waiting 45 minutes we finally get our 15 minute text let us know they are preparing our bay. We get assigned our bay, when we arrive there is still trash and someone had to come clear it off.(why did we get a text saying our bay was being prepared if no one was following through?) The waitress shows up starts our time and then proceeds to tell us how everything works(this is our first time), so we lose 10 minutes of our time. We did enjoy our time, food and drink were good. Just the whole reservation and check-in process really put a damper on the evening since we did have plans for the rest of the evening. I guess I don't understand why you have prepaid reservation if you don't have anyway to follow through with it. I could understand a 10-15 minute wait but a 45+ minute wait on a reservation that you had to pay for while 20+ people get their bay is terrible service. They wouldn't comp the reservation fee into our bay price. Seems that the reservation process is a scam, with the amount of people that got in before us I could've saved $25 and just showed up. Overall horrible experience, management was nonexistent and the other employees couldn't give me a straight answer. It will be a while before I visit a topgolf establishment, when I make a tee time reservation I show up and play golf. read more

We drove 45 minutes and waited an hour and a half for a bay to enjoy their services only to find out that we needed to be accompanied by an adult after 9 p.m. This rule was mentioned nowhere on the website and we were extremely disappointed by the poor service and were looking forward to a fun night out but instead were turned away without hesitation. Today I went to Top Golf, and had a horrible experience. I went with some of my best college friends, and all of our moms. Apparently a glass of wine to a college kid gets everyone kicked out. Disappointed is an understatement! Nobody seemed to care that guests waited for over 2 hours only to be nonchalantly told "oh it'll be another 2 hours" not to mention the server in the restaurant took other orders while we waited for water and coke. Finally after multiple attempts we got multiple orders of water and pop...but no food! We left without playing a game and cold food. Instead of trying to accommodate more people than they can service optimally they need to revisit their business operations. I visited this location with my daughter and a few of her friends on her 16th birthday and everything was fine until the point where we decided to leave. My daughter and her friends wanted to take the elevator down to the first floor. The elevator became stuck between floors. Once I received the call from my daughter that her and her friends were trapped in the elevator, I immediately told a staff member. Several minutes went by before we had to flag down another employee to help. No one had any training on the elevator system whatsoever. The police department and fire department were called. Eventually, Topgolf had to call the elevator company to come and fix the elevator. While we were waiting, the manager apologized profusely and told me it has never happened before. Meanwhile, I was told by three employees and a police officer that is was at least the 5th time it has happened in the last 9 months, and that included the time that the location was closed due to Covid. Obviously, if this is a reoccurring situation, employees at that location should have been trained on what to do in such a situation. When they finally got out of the elevator, as we were walking to the car, I was approached by the manager who took my name and telephone number and assured me that I would be receiving a call from the director of operations. Six days have passed and NO ONE has even bothered to reach out to me. This company is extremely unprofessional!!!!! If there was less than one star, I would be giving it. read more

I brought my daughter here to celebrate her birthday, along with her friend, 2 sisters, and my mother. We hadn't made reservations, so the wait for a booth was 90 mins. We decided to eat at the restaurant, and we're told that the servers were on the 3rd floor. The 1st floor, you would have to order at the bat. We opted for the 3rd floor. The table was a bit wet, so we waited on a server to wipe the table down that never showed up. So I went to the bar to get a towel and wiped our table myself. Other patrons told me that they hadn't been waited on. So I took matters into my own hands. I took my party's orders in my cell phone, and took it to the bar to place my order. 4 of 6 of us ordered salads. 1 hour later, we finally got them. They are obviously short staffed in the kitchen, and at the bar. I just don't want to hear that Covid is the excuse. And we are still waiting on a booth for the golf range. read more

Bad & TERRIBLY UNSAFE!!!!! Got robbed at gunpoint maybe 200 feet from the front doors. They stole my car and everything that was on me. NO SECURITY AT NIGHT OR ON BUSY WEEKENDS! On top of all of that! Topgolf hasn't even reached out to me for so much as an apology or an effort to help or with new rules or security in place! I've contacted topgolf more than 3 times with ZERO RESPONSE. The suspects were ROAMINF THE PARKING LOT FOR AN HOUR IN A GROUP! If topgolf has security my life would be much different right now. They do not care about their customers and be careful because someone could rob you too! They do not care at all!!!! Go at your own risk because they have no cameras close to the parking lot and no security that watches the HUGE AND NOT WELL LIT PARKING LOT! Went there last night for the first. It was crazy busy over a 3 hour wait for golf. So we have them our number and waited and got some food and drinks very poor experience the waiters could not keep track of their tables and seen them walk to every table and ask if it was there's. Would not recommend anyone going there until they fix everything. read more

Came here the same week they opened, felt like me an my friends were being watched the entire time. Came back a week later on a Sunday with all of our mothers and to have a nice afternoon and we were treated extremely rudely. We were told all 10 of us couldn't have a bay because you can only have 8 people in each bay, meanwhile 5 of the mothers were not participating in golfing, just purchasing drinks and food for the group, paying. There was a man and his son playing in a bin next to us and very nicely told us we were allowed to sit in his bin since not all of us were golfing, to which the staff had a problem with. The manager William asked the guy if we were really allowed to sit there trying to cause trouble for us and to get us to pay for another bay for no reason. they were watching us the entire time. One of the mothers bought a drink and my friend took a sip of his moms drink and they were not happy with this so they cancelled our food orders, kicked us out, and tried to make us pay for everything. The waiter gave us a hard time from the start and ended up crying. The manager who tried to pull all the bullshit was shaking signing his receipts by the end. Not sure if I will be coming back here anytime soon but If I do I hope to God I'm treated like royalty. The manager William needs to learn how to manage because obviously he can only manage one bay per day if he's so concerned with what was going on with us, which was nothing. Would give 0/5 stars. Paid $15 for a reservation and 50 minutes after our reservation check in time we were still not seated or given a straight answer on when a bay would be ready for us. Was given all the excuses in the world about events taking up bays and a third party being responsible for the reservations. Top golf clearly knew they had a problem this afternoon and as opposed to being honest with customers about wait times they choose to make excuses. With two small children it takes a lot of planning to do anything as a couple, after a wasted reservation fee and an expensive beer we left after we were told that we would be "taken care of." We got a call on the way home filled with more apologies and excuses basically saying that with the amount of people they screwed over this afternoon they wouldn't be able to offer anything to us for our time wasted or poor service. Great place to have fun with family and friends!!! The first time we went had some issues with score calculating appropriately in our bay level 3. Management was very visible and happened to stop by our bay. I mentioned that the score was calculating slowly and immediately he was willing to work with us and offered us free golf time on our next visit. Food was good, reasonable! Service was great! Worst experience I have ever had at a top golf. I have been to several top gulfs including the ones in Phonix Arizona, Tampa Florida, and Columbus Ohio. It took two hours for our food to come, even on their slowest night since opening. Workers did not help what so ever nor did they care. We asked several times how much longer til the food would come and we simply got "IDK" and shrugs. Finally once the food came out it was cold. We also had to wait 30 minutes for our checks. I am truly disappointed I came here for a fun night out with my friends when they were in town. Ok if you're going for a corporate event, then that's fine, otherwise, I would steer clear. If they tell you 45 min, it's over an hour and a half wait. They will do nothing for you if the wait is 2 or 3x longer. Not just me....there were multiple others with the same experience. Manager did nothing. Food was slow and cold and sub par but expensive. Service was slow. Took 35 min to get drinks and appetizers. Bill for 5 (kids only had apps) was over 100 dollars. We never golfed. Finally gave up. Again, fun place of you get invited to a corporate event but if you want to go and hit some balls, find a local course. This place is a poorly run, poor service establishment that will just leave you frustrated. Heck, find a bowling alley. Although this is a very fun place to spend time with family and friends, it is extremely expensive. Another down fall is that there smoking area is right at the entrance. It is disgusting waiting for your stall outside or even inside as the smoke lingers into the entrance of the building as well. They really need to tell smokers to smoke away from the building. read more

Top golf itself is quite a unique experience. Very great atmosphere and very kind employees. My only complaint is their smoking area is right at the entrance so anytime you walk in or out of the Venue it reeks of smoke. The smell also get inside the entrance and is very disgusting. They should move the smoking area to a more secluded area away from normal people. read more

Went on a Saturday night and expected a wait. Checked in and quoted 3-3.5 hour wait. Plenty of seating for food and drink. We decided to eat and not wait. Finally got a text that our golf bay was ready nearly 5 hours later! Need a betteer system in place to manage wait list and times. read more

We decided to give Top Golf a try. Our group of four took two lessons with Tiana Jones. She was an incredible instructor. Broke down the basic golf stroke in easy steps. We plan on continuing our instruction so that we might find the courage to try our skills on a golf course. So happy to have found her. Great facility. read more

Came for the first time tonight the wait was about 30 minutes they said 2 hours so that was fine. The food was a bit salty however was tasty. They opened up at a pretty good time winter break. It took 2 hours to get our food. It was cold and overcooked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for the full 2 hours we waited. The manager was nice but didn't offer to come any food. I'm so very extremely disappointed with my experience and the venue in general. First off what a great concept this place is. Finally, a place where I can work on my swing and practice all year long. So I thought. We ended up waiting for 4 1/2 hours which is irrelevant besides the fact that the wait can be avoided with online booking. Which they do do but have so many stipulations that it is very difficult to do so, purposely I assume, because they want you to wait and order over priced drinks and mediocre food while you do so. The service wasn't any better and was very slow. I had a buffalo chicken flatbread, which had potential but was executed very poorly (seemed to be a theme). I also had 5 crown royal and ginger ale drinks at $8 bucks a pop the whole 6 hours I was there (important to note amount and time). There was a ton of people packed in very closely at the lounge area. There was also nowhere to store your golf clubs while you wait so I was forced to walk down the 3 flights of stairs and about a half mile back through the parking lot and return my golf bag back to my car. I returned and made the voyage back with only 4 loose golf clubs which I stored by tucking them between the bars of the stool next to me only to have them kicked over by a stumbling man who was immediately served another drink. Finally after the 4 1/2 hour wait we were sent a text and notified of our bay . They changed our server and she set the game up for us and very poorly explained how to play was bothered by any questions ask and then rushed off and disappeared for 20 minutes. Leaving us guessing how to play as our 50 dollar an hour clock ticked away. We got through about half a game (hit about 15 balls) which turned into just a regular driving range because we had no idea how to work the machine or the objective of any of the games. The server still hadn't shown up so I went to the bar myself to get us a round of drinks. After waiting at least 15 mins watching bartender after bartender ignored me and also whisper to each other about me and make faces at me I was notified that we have been cut off. I was baffled as I was one of the more composed people there. I asked why and explained that there had to be some mistaken identity. The bartender sent an early 20 something very untrained and unprofessional young lady out to talk to me and she offered no explanation other than she thought I was intoxicated and she then proceeded to hover behind our bay to "monitor my behavior". How infuriating that this is how I was being treated after waiting almost 5 hours and spending so much money at this establishment and doing nothing wrong. I asked for some type of explanation as to what exactly I did and was given nothing but a poor attempt to place me in an "intoxicated" box of stigma. I asked to speak with a better trained manager and she sent a police officer over in an attempt intimidate me. After explaining to the officer the situation and that I just asked for a better trained manager he laughed, shrugged his shoulders and told me to try to enjoy the rest of my night. This young lady came back over and I once again asked for an explanation so I could avoid this situation in the future and she finally told me we were cut off and being monitored because I stumbled and knocked somebody's golf bag and clubs over. Finally an explanation that made sense for me deserving this treatment. EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT THAT WASN'T ME!!! Or anybody I was with for that fact. The other manager came over at this point and basically insinuated that I was lying and refused to look at the security camera footage kept trying the same tactic as the intoxicated box of stigma the other manager used and also couldn't explain to me how I "misbehaved" or how I lost my composure after having a whole 5 drinks in what was now over 6 hours. Refused to give me a refund for the now 2 hours of bay time tgat was charged to me when I only got to hit 15 balls then had to deal with this nonsense when I was the most composed person out of their entire mostly undertrained, frantic and clueless staff. So about 7 hours, over $150, some mediocre food and over priced drinks (that you're apparently not allowed to drink, no matter how well you "behave", without being talked down to and placed in an intoxicated stigma box) later; I can't seem to recommend this place for any purpose. Unless you want to be treated like an uncomposed criminal after spending a lot of money and wasting a lot of time by a bunch of uncomposed undertrained staff with poor judgement. read more
