I went to Topgolf as a first timer when visiting Cleveland and it was so much fun! There were 3 levels and we were placed on the third. There are heaters above head to keep you warm that you can also control. The golf clubs are provided and there is an array to choose from. There are tables and couches on each floor. The games themselves are super immersive and can be fun and competitive. We decided to order food, but everything came out super cold. We were there at 10pm and there was a 1.5 hour wait, so we just weren't expecting that. Other than that, 8/10 experience! read more

This is a solid location! I've gone here on a date, for corporate events, and most recently to celebrate my dad's birthday and have always had a great time! There used to be 1/2 off Tuesdays and now there's 1/2 off Mon-Thurs so we came on a Wednesday! Without the promo price, it's simply too expensive to play. The extra $6 PER person "activation" charge is annoying as heck. Don't like that you have to put down a deposit to book the bays either but oh well. Staff is pretty friendly but not a fan of scan to pay. My fingers were pretty cold and I had to concentrate to input my entire credit card numbers instead of swiping it or tapping it. Some things cut into our play time as well like having to order food and asking questions when my turn was up (bad timing I suppose). But still, everyone here is usually friendly and chipper. I actually prefer these Top Golf's clubs to the set my BF bought for me. Their drivers are significantly shorter and can be wielded comfortably by me! Thank you for being inclusive to the shorties! The food--can be hit and miss, I've found. When dining in the restaurant part and ordering, I thought their burgers and fries and sides were pretty good. Out on the bays, a lot of their dishes were bland, lukewarm, not crispy. The boneless wings are great! Great portion and crunch and sauce level. The tacos were atrocious, lol. The wrappers were dry, inflexible, the filling was sparse, tasteless and crumbly. The peach pork sliders (from everyone's feedback) also was not great. I remember the flatbreads being okay though and the veggie and meat trays were fine. The games are fun and reward players who are very amateur so even if you're bad at golf, you might get lucky and score some points in a game! A last second gathering with some work buddies. Parking is plenty. We went on a Saturday, no reservations. Same for Friday. Three floors. Lots of bays to have your fun. There are servers that come around to get drink and food orders. She was very attentive and fun. Serving and matching the fun energy of our group. I appreciate that they had a couple non alcoholic drinks. I got the Mango Cooler. Fun glass it was served in. Good flavor. It was told to me as the favorite of the two. Glad I picked it! Very fun place that puts a new spin on a driving range. I enjoyed how Topgolf is very accommodating to golfers of all skill levels. Many of the golf games available to choose from allows golfers to hit the ball a short distance but yet feel like a winner. Fun environment. I've been here a few times and as a non-golfer, always very intimidating going. But once you're in your bay, you start a game, all the worries just goes away. This experience is just like going to a bowling alley. The staff is very nice and friendly. I downloaded the app ahead of time to reserve the bay but it's also used to control the TV and look at the menu. Overall, though a bit pricy, still a fun experience had by all. Kids loved it! We visited for a kids birthday party. It was great that they had the interactive games like angry birds and sonic. The kids really enjoyed playing and it helped make it fun and less about how far they could hit the ball. The kids all ate kids meals from the menu. They come with and entree, side and drink. I visited Topgolf on Tuesday, April 29th at 6:45 p.m. with a group of friends, and unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing due to our host's poor attitude and service. I won't name him here, but I do plan to call and report the situation directly. When we arrived at our bay, I asked if we could order drinks. He told us all orders had to be on one tab. I explained that I've been to Topgolf many times and that's never been the policy--it's also too difficult to track for a group. He eventually agreed to start separate checks, but said we couldn't order drinks until everyone was ready to order food because "he would get confused." So, we followed his instructions. The food was good and, as always, the game itself was fun. But the service continued to go downhill. When it was time to cash out, he completely mixed up the checks--my card was used for someone else's order and vice versa. We had to figure out the charges ourselves and send each other money to fix it. What really crossed the line, though, was his comment when some of us didn't leave a tip right away. He said, "It's okay--if you leave that tip line blank, don't be surprised when I write $20 on it. And there's no way you can argue it." We were shocked and upset that a staff member would say something so inappropriate and unprofessional. I've always enjoyed Topgolf in the past, but this visit left a bad taste. I know this host doesn't reflect the organization as a whole, but I strongly recommend he not be allowed to serve guests again without serious training in etiquette, customer service, and billing procedures. read more

Unfortunately, my experience today began on a negative note due to an interaction with the bartender on the second floor. When I approached the bar, she informed me that I needed to wait for my party and receive service at my assigned bay. I explained that my group would be arriving at 3:30 and asked if I could order a drink while waiting (it was 3-3:15ish). Her response was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Her exact words were, "I don't care. Sorry you're confused but I'm refusing your service." I was taken aback by her tone and lack of professionalism. Thankfully, when I brought the matter to management's attention, I was kindly escorted to the third-floor bar and serviced. The manager also apologized for the situation, and mentioned there have been prior complaints regarding that employee. Given that, I'm concerned about why she continues to represent the company in a guest-facing role. Aside from that incident, the rest of my experience was wonderful, the food and atmosphere were great. However, that one interaction left such a negative impression that I'm hesitant to return. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that it's addressed so future guests don't have a similar experience. read more

I attended an event for my sisters sorority a few months ago at Top Golf We were brought upstairs and they instructed us how to play the game and took our drink orders. They made the most beautiful, delicious brunch I have ever tasted! I was really impressed with how incredible the food was! As far as golfing goes, this was my first time here so I didn't really know what to expect. It was actually so much fun and I think if you have a large party or event this place is perfect! Nacho average nachos - definitely average with respect to taste and portion. Nothing worth mentioning. Crispy chicken strips - fries and chicken strips were cold as if it's been cookies first but sat there to be served all at once. Time management skills could be defined here. Paying full price for cold food is the worst experience. Top Gold is always a fun time - as an activity. It's definitely cheaper to go during the day. People bring their work laptops every time I go. The steak was good but the chicken was dry. The Queso was dry. The attendants were helpful and the old fashion was well done. My only recommendation is the Parking is awkward and knowing where to enter- from the back parking you're walking past their dock doors. It doesn't seem safe. From the time you walk into the lobby and go to your assigned area, the levels of customer service are very high. The Topgolf team from management to maintenance has been very friendly. We booked a couple of bays for a family hang a few months ago. Dad and Brother in law had some gift certs, so we thought we'd use them up. We were so confused on how the minimums and everything worked, but when I called, they were super helpful in explaining. We arrived and were checked in immediately. The service was top-notch every step of the way. Our server was so nice and super fast. I can't believe how quickly our food and beverage arrived each time. The manager came by and explained the bill and was also very helpful and professional. We loved the menu- great drinks, appetizers, and entrees. We really overdid it on the snacks, but all so delicious. I loved the pretzel bites and my Bloody Mary. Husband had 5 Long Island Iced Teas- Enough said. I was so impressed by the atmosphere. It was so spacious and comfortable and easy. There was tons of seating and tables and room by the bar. My niece called the couch in our bay 'Paradise' because it was so comfortable. There were 6 of us in each bay and we were not at all crowded. Beautiful breeze, and fans kept us comfortable. Most of our group are not golf-literate so they were nervous to play. We ALL had so much fun. We had the kids too (12 yr old boy and 8 yr old girl) who really enjoyed themselves. It was easy to use the computer and understand the games. The greens were pretty and everything was in excellent, clean shape. We've been hesitant to book because it seemed like an expensive afternoon. Our bill for all 12 of us, with golf, and LOTS of food and drink was about $760 before tip. (seriously, though, we ordered like 18 drinks).
