I am a huge fan of top golf, and I am so sad that there isn't one near me since I've moved. I haven't visited this location in about a year, but my guess is most of the things are the same. So, I am the person that hates sports, gets embarrassed easily, and hates being on display, and even I love top golf. It's a game that doesn't require too much skill so even a non-athlete could win - ME! They have great drinks and food (try the mushi- yum!). Bathrooms are pretty convenient. Starting the game and continuing to play and all that simple. A few cons: 1) it can get expensive. You think you'll play a game or two and end up playing 5 and drink prices can be really high so ask if they aren't listed; 2) the place gets busy so get there early! The crowd can impact getting multiple lanes together etc. it's like bowling so you get the picture; 3) parking has been a nightmare on a crowded night. I definitely recommend trying this place if you haven't yet. Deducting a star based off the cons I've experienced. read more

Attended an event at TopGolf (Katy, Tx location) this past Saturday to help with a good cause for sheltered animals. In the process of transferring items back into the agency van, a load of items fell out of a bin and onto the side walk. A employee of TopGolf by the name of "Ray" came by to assist. He could've walked past us, but instead, he stayed behind and helped us pick up every item that was scattered onto the sidewalk. Hands down a great place for food, drinks, fun and awesome employees who know how to take care of their guests! read more

Really nice top golf experience! There are plastic barriers to separate the bays to help increase social distancing. The service was pretty good. Things came out pretty quickly and I didn't have to chase our waitress down for service. There were also sanitizing stations and the clubs were disinfected before our rounds. Def liked this location. read more

Great service, the food was great and the experience was one my husband and I won't forget.

Visited it for the first time the other day, and I absolutely loved it! I had stopped by the one in Dallas a couple years ago, but I only used the batting cages. It is a great way to change up the driving range and encourage you to work on your procession shooting skills. Bar staff was courteous and quick, although they auto gratuity'd me(don't know if it was because I was there for an event) for my individual tab. Jokes on them because I would have tipped a lot more than 18%. This was an event for my alumni association so I did not have time to golf a full game, but I am looking forward to coming back and getting a couple rounds in. The parking was terrible (unless you valet like I did). I did think it was ridiculous a majority of the parking lot was valet and they charge you for valet. You are already paying a mint to play, eat, and drink here. It was not even that crazy full and the parking lot was at capacity (except for valet) and people were parked all along the road before you enter as far as I could see. As I drove out, all those people getting parking tickets from the policeman. This place would get 5 stars if the parking situation was better. A batting cage would also improve this place (like the Dallas location has). read more

You can make reservations which is really nice. You just have to pay for the first hour when making it. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The food is pretty good. We had the pretzel bites (pass on these) and beer queso that comes with guacamole and salsa. I would get this one again. It's a really fun time but definitely go with a group. We had 6 people and it was good. We ended up doing 2 hours which was good. I really enjoyed it and would definitely go back. read more

There always seems to be an issue with something when I visit a particular location. The first time, my bay was given away although I had a reservation and the second time there was something in my drink. Third strike and they're out! read more

So, let me preface this by saying I have never had any service that was this horrible at Top Golf. The extensive process they go through to hire people and this server WAS still bad. And the worse part about it, is she was training someone. 1. We get to our bay and someone checks us in promptly and gets us started - GREAT! 2. Maria was the waitress and came to get our card, she was adamant about holding the card until they figured out the situation (another waitress had picked up the table) and it took us 15 MINUTES to even order a drink. 3. She took the drink orders and food. 10 minutes later we get drinks. Food comes....no plates, no napkins, no silverware. 4. My bf had to get cocktail napkins from the bar. 5. 15 minutes later when she returned, everyone's drink was out, I had to go to the bar to get refills. 6. Not once did she ask if we needed any extra plates, napkins or silverware. But the WORST part, was at the end when our time ran out, she informed us "you all have to leave since your time is out now so I can prepare the bay" mind you there was NO wait and her other bay by us had been empty for at least 15 minutes. It's amazing how she was never around or attentive, but as soon as it was time to go she was ready to put us out. Please, do NOT have Maria as your waitress. And Michael, I hope you learned what NOT to do. It was my bfs last night in Texas before reporting to camp for football, and she almost ruined the night. read more

I came back to Topgolf with friends who had never been, and they really enjoyed it! This time I got here at around 10:10am on a Sunday, and we had a very minimal wait for not having reservations. I also got food this time - ordered the chicken and waffle sliders, had some cheese fries, free chips and salsa, and a mimosa carafe. Overall, not too bad! The chicken to waffle ratio is a little off (too much waffle), but overall the flavors are good, mixing the syrup and gravy (I'm a savage like that). Cheese fries were ok; free chips and salsa are always a plus in my book, and you can't go wrong with mimosas. Plus, Topgolf is much cheaper from 10-12 on Sunday, so for a party of 4 chilling for 2 hours at $20 per hour, it was crazy reasonable, especially since we weren't crazy about golf (lots of missed swings...). The food is really affordable, (the chicken and waffle sliders was $9, and with the chips and salsa it was honestly enough). Always a good time at Topgolf - when you don't need to wait for a bay! read more

best idea EVER! What I love the most is that they have games so it adds some competitiveness to the typical driving range. Came here for my birthday a little while back. Spent well over 1200$ and got crucified for bringing one personal drink inside to have my special birthday shot they didnt carry. And since that happened the management was extremely rude and watched us like hawks making sure to get on us about any little thing after that. Being loud even though music is blaring. Vaping even though were outside and rented out two whole sections. And not once did i get offered anything special for my birthday by the staff. Not to mention everything is super overpriced. Thanks top golf for a shitty birthday. read more

This was my husband and i's first visit to a top gold location! The check in/sign up was very easy to understand an navigate. The front desk staff was very informative and started the experience off on a very positive note. Our bay for golf was clean. I am not a golfer, year still had a blast here and some really great laughs as well. The beer that my husband and friend got was a great price and tasted good! My margarita was a tad bit weaker than expected for the $9 price, but overall it was good. read more

I like Topgolf I enjoy the food and the atmosphere but I was really disappointed going there the last two times. I understand about a wait I get it but once you are sitting down and sitting there for more than 30 minutes and a server walks by you after checking in a group of people who came after you seems strange. I asked the server can I get some assistance he shrugs and does nothing. I then wait for another server and ask for assistance. Mind you the whole time that I was sitting there before even seeing the first server all the waitstaff is just chilling at the bar and pretending to not see you there. The second server was helpful but I did tell him that it's ridiculous to come here and it's not that busy @ 3pm and not be acknowledged. He apologized and he assistant moving forward. I don't blame him as I saw him just walking in for his shift but topgolf customer service is awful at Katy. You sit yourself and pray a server will come by. There are too many kids working there no customer service at all. The manager I know will ignore this review just like he did when I sitting there over 30 minutes. I won't visit there again two times is enough for me. read more

Food: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Decor & Style: 5/5 This was my first Topgolf visit ever. The concept is amazing and I had an amazing time. Only complaint is that the golf games on the screen can be confusing! And the screen's touch response is poor. Also, getting the user to access their account is not efficient as we had to get help a few times. Food is good here for typical American bar food! read more

Great idea for a group activity. We came here on a weekend with a group of friends. Structure: $45 per hour per Bay. Each Bay can accommodate a max of 6 players. You keep score on an electronic score card ($5 per card, can be used towards future games. You can share cards if you'd like). Food, bar service included at your bay. Food: typical American bar food, nothing too exciting, but overall decent. Price is decent as well. Our group got the buffalo wings (small portion, but well made), the burger with tator tots (the tator tots are delicious!) and Nachos (again, small portion). Service is top notch. Accommodating, prompt, polite. My watch fell during one of my swings, and fell into the range. After telling my waitress, they retrieved it and returned it to me within 5 minutes. Impressive! We all really enjoyed our experience, and I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Will definitely keep this in the back of my mind for future group events! read more

This was my first time experiencing Topgolf! The place is amazing and the staff is very friendly. We were explained the process as we arrived and the staff made It very simple. The server at our tee box was great. He made a suggestion on beer that was perfect for what I was looking for. The fact that Topgolf is practically a restaurant and bar on a driving range is awesome! What a terrible experience! We come here on occasion because we like to golf and it's usually a solid 3 star experience. But apparently as the only game in town they don't have to try. Started by showing up at time of reservation only to wait nearly an hour to get seated at any of the 30 open bays! Ordered food and it showed up with no utensils, no salad dressings, no condiments. Asked the person who dropped off the food for these items, but didn't get it. After 20 minutes went in and got it myself. The burgers are mediocre to start, but pretty unacceptable after they've gone cold. Final straw was ordered drinks with 45 minutes remaining, asked several times where they were, never got them. It's fine if they don't want to sell drinks, but can't let kids sit in 93 degrees without a water for an hour! Guess I need a new hobby! read more

For a first timer here who doesn't golf at all, I had a fun time here overall. The exterior look when you're parked in the parking lot looks huge! It's very inviting with their very well lit and flashy sign. Climb up those stairs to get into the entrance and you'll see the lobby. (Elevators available too). My friend and I hung out at the bar until our third friend arrived. We ordered a round of drinks and some loaded fries. The service is really good. The staff is friendly, attentive, and they use a tablet to place your order for the kitchen immediately. When your bay is available, you are ready to start playing. I really had a great time at this place. I bought some gift cards from Costco and saved 20% off the cost of $100. I went with about 10 friends and we played golf upstairs on a Friday night. It's recommended you should make reservations ahead of time. There are some pretty waitresses around for you single guys and girls (if you're into that). It's a little pricey at $40 an hour for golf. But we were able to split it up. Food and drink prices are reasonable. read more

$50 + tax to make a reservation- that money does not go towards your last bill. YOU LOOSE THE MONEY- service takes forever, waiters just want to make money. It's easier to add time to your line that moving around with your food. We order 3-5 minutes after we arrived, and our food came about 30 min later. We did it get napkins and they brought the wrong items to the table. Of course I needed to add time to the section otherwise they ask you very consistent is you're ready to move and clear the section. There is also a "membership" fee. You can bring 8 people and all sit in the same line to play. If you want to add their names to the game, you must pay at least $5 per name to add them of the game. WHAT A RIPOFF. Total bill, $54 for reservation, and $150 bill (including, 1.5 hrs of game and food/drink for 3) plus $30 tip for a diva who didn't do s%}+ and provided a bad service. ~$235 There are better ways to spend the day and waste $235, just saying, keep your eyes open. read more

4 of us visited Top Golf on a Saturday night. The parking occupancy could be best described at being at 100%. It took us about 10 minutes to find an open spot. Once we walked in and went to the front desk we were told there would be a 25 to 30 minute wait time to get a bay. So off to the bar we went. We ordered 4 various "Golfball" alcoholic drinks. At $16 a pop we thought we'd get a bang for our buck. We were even forewarned that they were strong and we could only order 2 pp maximum, sounded good to us, right? Wrong! When they arrived, they could best be described as a fruit punch served at kid's birthday party. Perhaps the only positive was getting to keep the plastic light-up cup it's served in as a souvenir for your kid. Once the front desk texts you that your bay is ready, you check in, they scan your credit card and the clock begins straight away. Something no one even bothers mentioning. We paid $100 for 2 hours of playtime but, by the time we walked to our bay, entered all of our names on the computer monitor, ordered a round of drinks and appetizers, we had lost 25 minutes of playing time. Not cool, Top Golf! We ordered a few orders of macaroni cheese bites, wings, along with their signature nachos. Sadly, there was nothing special about any of those items, there was absolutely nothing "signature" about the nachos at all. The best part of our evening was probably the camraderie amongst us and the time we actually spent playing our competitive games. Not sure, if I'll return. read more

I love this Topgolf! The food is pretty good and even though I can't play golf I have fun every time I go there. The only downside is that it's pretty busy. So plan accordingly and try to go when it's not too crowded if possible. I've been here numerous of times and it never disappoints. read more

First of all I arrived at 6:10 and was put onto a wait till 8:20. Horrendous, inexcusable, the stewardess was an absolute d bag and very unhelpful telling me my estimated wait time wouldn't exceed 10 minutes then another guy told me 30 minutes. What is going on, where's the communication? Second, I ordered fries and cheese on the side and that was extraordinarily disappointing, I paid 10 whole washington's FOR A FRY CONTAINER THE SIZE OF TWO GOLF BALLS. Absolutely ruined my day nonetheless my experience. i regularly come to this location since it is the closest Topgolf near me, however I will not be returning due to the lying, incompetent, insubordinate, and disrespectful employee at the guest check in.
