I was excited to go to my company Top Golf outing, and I have a service dog and called ahead to ask about their pet policy. The woman that answered the phone was so rude and said no animals at all and then hung up on me. Wow, that's great customer service! NOT! I called back and got a manager, and she said they do honor service dogs and apologized. Top Golf should train the employees that answer the phone and make sure they know company policies. New Day! I am impressed and happy that the management reached out to me within the hour and made me feel valued. I know that things happen, and we live and learn, especially when it's so positive! While visiting friends in the area we had to go check this place out. And we were impressed! Nicely laid out, lots of areas to sit and just have a drink or food and watch their big screens. You don't have to hit balls but it's worth it to try it out. We got a bay and after getting it all explained we played! You take turns trying for the targets. They supply the clubs and the balls come out with a swipe of your club. Nice system. We ordered beers and food and enjoyed everything we ordered. Food was yummy! So horrible horrible horrible experience on this top golf!!!!!! If I can give -0 I could 1000 times!!!!!! Please this place is ridiculous, I will never come back ever this location. My family and I came to celebrate my graduation and my sisters graduation from GCU we came from California. We reserved two bays with the "Book Two Bay Bundle" this was 250 food minimum and 2.5 hours of game play. We get there it was fine get to our bay order food and play. Time comes we try to get the bill when we were left with 30 minutes of playing, it took longer and once we gave them a card we were over charged over 250 dollars. Once we told the server she got a manger to help. They took over 30 minutes to figure out. Once we got the bill back we were reviewing and adding a tip when a female manager came up to the table telling us we had to leave because they had another party coming (PLENTY OF OPEN BAYS NEXT TO US). We asked for few more seconds to finalize bill and tip she said we needed to go and exact words "i'll just stand here then". She then as we were leaving continued to say rude things. The WORST attitude and even WORST customer service. Truly ruined what was supposed to be a fun celebrator time for me and my sister graduating. I love top golf this is my 4th location now that I've been to. Top golf is like bowling but with golf and way better food lmao! Top golfs I would say are all the same minus the one I went to in Vegas (over the top awesome). Horrible management. My ID expired a week ago on my 28th birthday and I am waiting to receive the new one in the mail and they would not honor the ID. Even the airport let me fly still because the ID still works as a form of identification so this is a ridiculous rule. We have come here sporadically for family get togethers and date nights over the years. It is a fun venue to play golf, eat, and enjoy some great beverages. The service and experience is very consistent so you can expect the same high level service and food quality. I would say the food is not 5+++ stars, but it is pretty good. The best thing on the menu by far is the Nachos. All of the toppings are perfectly a part of the crispy chip so you do not have to use a fork, etc to make a mess like traditional nachos. I am glad to be able to hang out with friends well I work on my driving and wanted to get distance and trajectory information like the one in Scottsdale. Alas, this venue does not have those features. Also we had several balls that didn't GPS track properly. When you're goofing around with friends and still trying to keep score for rivalries you do need to know where your ball landed and if it went in. The service in the food were fine. The lady forgot to bring our drinks, food took forever to come out, it took them over 15 minutes to just put the game on!!! They brought us our food and didn't bring silverware! I DO NOT recommend coming here for party reservations specifically 2 Bays. In my experience & after reading reviews others have the same to say... it's definitely NOT worth it, way overpriced, a terrible system which is NO SYSTEM in place for splitting or separating the bill, and overall very disorganized way to order and pay. For one, we were not given a way to pay the full reservation price up front.. we paid 25% to reserve the bay and that was the only option until our time was up. Our reservation included 2 hours, 2 bays & 12 players. HOWEVER we were still charged an additional $5 per player for a "membership" they had to sign up for but were given no option to pay on their own. Second, we discussed multiple times throughout the night we needed to split the bill. When the bill came, it was a SINGLE payment due. If you're thinking you can buy your drinks at the bar and open your own tab, please don't. We tried this as well & were "reprimanded" by an upset manager. So overall, if you're thinking of reserving and taking a big party be warned you are responsible for either nickle & diming the party or paying for everyone's drinks, food & membership. Advice to the business, give your guest the option to order on the screen, pay per purchase & include the "12 players" *which come with the 2-bay reservation* instead of tacking on an additional $60 for each of their membership fees. Advice to others or prospective guest, don't do a reservation... pick somewhere else for big parties. read more

We made ours later in the day, but thankfully they had a 10:30pm session open (with free reservation time). This was, by far, my favorite Top Golf experience, so far! I've been to the TG in Scottsdale and to the one in Gilbert but this one just has a better vibe. I'm not sure about the rest of the experience yet, but the reservation system is absolutely asinine. We made a reservation and arrived early to a nearly empty facility. We were told that the bay we reserved was occupied, but there were dozens of empty bays! In fact, there were far more empty bays than occupied ones.
