I went here twice and everything was amazing while visiting Maryland. Everyone is so nice and the service was always good here. I wish I had a top golf near my home. read more

I was there for my birthday recently, it was a great time. Our server was very attentive and nice! He was personable and went above and beyond. Thank you Top Golf for a great time! Im sorry I don't remember his name but was there Aug 8th around 6pm bay 303 He deserves credit! read more

This location is amazing! The staff members are the differentiating factor for me. From the moment I walked through the door, the first employee (I think he also teaches lessons) was such a nice, helpful guy. The day I visited this location was on February 22, 2020. They'd been open for a little over a month. Everyone was obviously very well trained because they did not give off the "we just opened and have no clue what to do vibe" at all. William was such a gentleman when I was being a very annoying customer who wanted the impossible set up during peak time. Dallas was wonderful because he really tried his best to assist with the request. When I came back and asked Dallas for even more of the impossible, he made it happen. I clearly know how much work he put in to help me with the large group I had. He never gave me the look of aggravation (he should have, I deserved it lol) and just tried his best to help. Excellent customer service. As for John, the bartender, he too was great. He handled lots of guests during the time I waited for our bags and didn't miss a beat. Everyone got his attention and he engaged with everyone. That's a difficult task, I've been in his shoes before! The two servers, Connie and John were so awesome! Perfect personalities and very attentive to my party. They successfully navigated the night, despite the various requests from the 10 of us! Connie even joined us for a line dance. And, John arranged the birthday song for the guest of honor. Great team! All in all, Germantown is my new favorite location. read more

Service was not up to par, wait time was twice as long as expected. Not a great experience at this location.

I made a reservation online and managed to get the Bay that had lounge seats. It was only $5 to reserve on a Wednesday! We arrived and checked in with the folks in the reception area and were told the Bay number. We walked over and waited for our full group to arrive - the timed session doesn't start until you add players and pay for the amount of play time. There was 5 of us in total plus a baby :)! We opted in for 90 minutes but I recommend 120 minutes if you have a larger group. We added in players and if it's your first visit you have to pay a $5 lifetime fee. Otherwise we were set to go! There are also different game options as well. We ordered drinks and appetizers for the group. Our drinks came in a timely manner, however the food order that was placed took a while and we were almost done with our game. We flagged down our waitress and asked her about the food. A manager came back with her and apologized that our food order was never placed and decided to compensate our game for us. That was nice! The food finally came out and was fresh. We added another 30 minutes and wrapped up our game. There is a rotating fan since the weather has been hot! It helped but I recommend drinking plenty of water to cool down. read more

We went out with our friends and, while the golf game was a lot of fun, the food from the restaurant was terrible. All 4 of us got sick and we will never eat there again. The burgers seemed microwaved, old and dry. The chicken sandwiches were OK but we think the guacamole made us all sick. The service was slow and the servers looked like they wanted to be anywhere else but there. I would definitely go golfing there again but not eat the food. read more

I've been an avid Topgolf customer for years now down in Alexandria, VA. Tonight was the first time I went to the Germantown location. It was mediocre and over priced. Almost $50 for an hour of play is ridiculous. Was double charged for a membership and also charged for someone else's bay. When I called to have it corrected I was told I couldn't receive my money back to my checking account for 3-5 days. I was also informed I was charged extra on my bill and was told there was nothing they could do about it at this point. Terrible customer service and managment. I will not be returning to this location. Left feeling rushed and robbed. Do not recommend. read more

I kept seeing people posting pictures of this place so we decided to try it out for ourselves finally. It was three of us in a bay (although you can have 6) and we used my $10 off referral discount so that was nice. We played for about 2.5 hours until close and I'm not gonna lie it was a work out but A LOT of fun. I will say the food and drinks are pretty pricey and we didn't get much of a buzz from it but I would still come back and do it again, just maybe eat beforehand lol. Regardless we still ended up paying about $55 each, before tip, for lots of golf, some wings and fries and I think about 5 drinks total. Not bad! Can't wait for the Baltimore location to open! Btw masks are required currently while walking around & while swinging, but not at your table!!! read more

Today was Thursday, January 6 playing golf at 1 PM. at top golf. paying $40 an hour and 35° weather wasn't bad but when the equipment malfunctions and would not register your balls. and you manually had to put them in. The wait staff was wonderful. The manager was a total a-hole. couldn't care less if I was gonna write reviews and put them everywhere did not care about the company. told me I should've stopped and looked for him while I'm getting charged $40 an hour. I will never go back to top golf. Daniel Bass read more

My business partner purchased a short-term Platinum Membership for our company to try out. The first time we attempted to use it the limitations and "sorry we can't do that" came out. I may go back for a single-use but keep your Platinum Membership. Too many restrictions. Message to corporate management: Top Golf is providing a product, you make it hard to do business people will go where it's easier to do business. My gripe is with company policy, the local people in Germantown were OK. After that, the service and food are well worth the experience. read more

I always have the BEST time at Topgolf, whether it's a date-night or a happy hour with friends. The servers are really on their game in terms of keeping the drinks topped off. For appetizers, I recommend the nachos and the macaroni bites (which comes with a tomato dipping sauce that is pure heaven). Main-dish-wise, the fried chicken sandwich is life-changing, honestly. SO GOOD. Pair that up with the tots and you'll be one of the best food comas of your life. Fun atmosphere for a good time with friends, great food, and good drinks! *Waiting for this pandemic to pass & the warm weather to come around to go back!! read more

Been going to top golf locations in the area for 4 years now. Last night I was celebrating my son's graduation at this location. I'm the middle of of celebration the power goes out. With all the confusion from the night my designer sunglasses were left behind. I show up to retrieve my glasses because I'm sure they didn't clean the tables until this morning or last night. Nobody seems to know where the glasses went there is no lost and found there is no trace of the glasses which is very annoying and unprofessional due to the fact that we were celebrating in your establishment and due to the power outage no one could see the table. At this point they were stolen by an employee and it's very frustrating all they said was we don't have them with no apologies. So unprofessional I don't think I'll be returning to this top off. read more

Horrible service, the game is faulty and there is something wrong with the food. For mediocre bar food, it tastes ok, but there is something wrong with it. Each time we go, my husband and I eat totally different things and yet we both get sick to our stomachs that evening. I was hoping that during the winter and spring they improve so we retuned 7 months later with hopes up. Sadly, the service got worse and while the food tasted ok (aka very salty) it caused severe stomach upset for my husband on our way home and sickened me too. The waiter was inattentive, the beer was warm and we had to ask 3 times for our coke and 2 glasses of water. In the 98 degree heat they brought out water with no ice. Eventually the manager had to bring us cups of ice. So the food and drinks and the service are bad but there is still the fun of playing golf, right? Wrong! During my 2nd round of 20 balls I finally realized that 1/3 of my shots that landed in the targets were not counted! I started to pay closer attention and I watched with disappointment as the ball clearly landed in the target net (green mostly) but showed up as 0 points. My friends also noticed the same during their turns. After trying the place many times, and giving them the benefit of doubt again, i will not go back. read more

It's fun but make sure you have a reservation or hours to wait for an open bay! We recommend downloading the app before making the drive.

Absolutely love this place. The top golf venue is ginormous with a lot of space in our golfing sections. I think the perfect amount of time to be there is about 2 hours. We had the opportunity to extend our stay by 30 minute increments for a small nominal fee. Wait time was about 1.5 hours without a reservation for a group of 15, so please make one! Drinks were relatively good! We had three pitchers of Blue Moon for about $65, a Moscow Mule, and a top golf drink that we got to bring home the cup. The food was brilliant. I enjoyed the crispy wings and crunch fries. Nachos were pretty good too! Overall a great experience on a Saturday night. Will hold more events here. read more

Perfect place to play golf and get a comfortable night with friends. The food was perfect. The hot chocolate good but they give the chocolate when the play finished. The heathers very poor.. read more

Went to TopGolf with some friends when we got there everything was fine. Until we all got to the bay. It was six kids and 3 adults We all were trying to watch our kids and help them pick clubs. One of the ladies on the staff came and snatched the club from my kid and told them he couldn't touch them. So I grabbed it and passed it to my kid. I was trying to teach one of the kids to hit the ball and they kept coming at me saying that I couldn't be over the red line. After that the lady wouldn't stop hovering over us. Wouldn't leave us alone. Then they started coming over to us and telling us that some of us need to go because we were over 8. We can't leave our kids alone and we just took a step out of the bay so we could still see them. kept telling us we needed to back up and wouldn't stop repeating rules and policies. Staff was rude!! read more

I would say my experience @ this Topgolf location was okay. We made a reservation in advance, but still had to wait to be escorted to our couch. When we got to our couch, it was completely dirty and disgusting. Stains. Crumbs. The table was also disgusting and dirty as well. I'm so glad I brought my own sanitizing wipes because I wouldn't have felt comfortable sitting down or eating. This is extremely concerning because we are in a pandemic and they did not clean the area to the best of their ability. Our waiter was nice, very pushy. His pushy behavior made us feel completely rushed. I did enjoy the tacos and drinks! I also enjoyed the golfing experience as well. read more

The one in Leesburg is good and they provide good service. And the atmosphere is good there.

We went for the first time yesterday and we were very excited to go. However when we arrived our hostess was anything but pleasant or accommodating. She would frequently snap at people in my party when they asked questions about the menu and even after I talked to the manager she came back over to us and made another remark concerning our discussion with the manager. I am not interested in returning even though the manager apologized. This hostess made our first experience there extremely undesirable and I will not go back. read more

Great place to have a celebration with friends! The golf was fun and the service was excellent. Would recommend.

Didn't have the most pleasant time. Came In and got our bay for golf and had a fun time but that was it. Service was not good at all. Both waiters, very nice, but forgot to write down our orders and gave out the wrong drinks four times. Ordered wings and they were never sent through until I had to ask again. Lemonade was watered down, tasteless. It was a very hot day and no refills on water. I went to go wash my hands and I see like two to three people just chilling at the bar area not asking people outside for more water or checking to order more drinks when you could get more money. I say that because my friends and I wanted to order more. Overall golf was chill but lack of service and forgetful service really cost this. Hope it was just a bad day but still not what I expected. read more

- So I came here on a Friday night. It's my first time coming to Top Golf and let me say, I was excited to come here. We went inside and put our name down for a walk-In and was told it would be about 45 minutes. Adam was our bartender for the night. Adam was busy he wasn't attentive , but he apologized for the wait after we tried to get his attention too times. I'm assumed weekends they be the busiest. My husband ordered with him and got our drinks and food. We ordered the Cobb salad and wings and shared the pineapple punch $16 shareable. The drink was okay in my opinion. I'm in the restaurant hospitality industry. There was no coming back to us to make sure we was good/ check up on us to see how we doing. I mean okay cool. We ended up playing top golf finally. I enjoyed myself and it was fun. I usually don't enjoy golf mini golf. It was Interesting to say the least. Some of my balls didn't register with the color coded holes. Which was frustrating. But me and my husband enjoyed the game regardless. read more

Its a really fun place to hang out and food is good. Poorly managed, bunch of high school kids are running the place. We went 3 times after work with clients. All those times, we hardly ordered 2nd drink. Find a waiter if you can. This place is walk-in distance ro us so we thought we can enjoy few drinks. But, it wasnt the case. Servers were busy to socialize and hang out with each other. read more

My friend, his son and I had a really fun time at TG. We had a reservation and I received a text to inform me my bay would be ready in 15 minutes but we were running late so had the option to delay by 30 minutes which worked out well. We were courteously greeted and then had someone from guest services explain how the process works. We enjoyed 2 rounds of golf and ordered food/drinks. The food was basic pub grub and the drink prices were reasonable. My only issue is the $25.00 reservation fee was not applied to the golf fees. At the very least it could have covered 2 drinks and I would have been happy but overall it was a really fun time and I will go again! read more

I'd leave 0 if possible, again I never write reviews unless it's warranted. Meaning your service was absolute shit. This is coming from someone that has spent 10 years in the hospitality industry. I'm still sitting at my table right now, waiting for Mac and cheese bites after waiting an hour for nachos with no cheese. I'll probably die of thirst before I can get my check if my waiter has anything to do with it we dead the only ones in here. Annoying as shit bc we asked for wings, nachos and Mac & cheese bites. I guess they thought we couldn't tip well? Now they'll never find out. Shoutout to Edward for being a useless bartender that stood at his computer the whole night. read more

I have been to top golf before, but I was in Virginia. I came to this place establishment to hang out with friends. I love the way it is structured. Indoors and out. I loved the DJ that's was playing all the good music. I also liked the course. To be able to go outside and with a vented heat system, and order food and swing a golf club you can't beat it. The waitress was on point with my vegetarian black bean burger. I really couldn't complain about anything. I hope to return back soon. But until then, please show them some love they deserve it. read more

So as being the menu being smaller due to covid as other places too, they still have choices that would be able to satisfy most guests. The wings are nice and the tacos are delightful, especially the steak ones. The pizza being mediocre but still something to eat. The Top Golf here in Germantown was a little disappointing. I usually go to the one in PG County or in Ashburn both of which had better service. The food was not good at all. We ordered burgers/sliders and Other Apps of which neither was very good. My sister in law took a few bites and stopped eating. The three stars are because we had fun at the gold area. They're very COVID friendly but the food is the only downfall of this place. The other locations have much better food. Even the nachos which are usually good were soggy and not very good. read more
