The wait for a bay on a Sunday evening was less than 20 minutes to be on the third tier and less than 5 minutes to be on the first floor. I am glad I asked the YELP community what to expect, saved me from reserving a bay in advanced. The concept of the reservation fee not applied to the total bill baffles me! It took a few moments to stabilize our golf club swings, once we got into the groove, we all thought we were Tiger Wood apprentices'. Food was served quickly, I thought it was pricey, the laughter and time together was the balm for the check; the beverages were refilled quickly. Excellent venue for family or the gang. Food is good and choice are great. Compliments to the staff for assisting us with a wonky computer. I don't know anything about golf. I've been to a driving range about three times in my life, but I went to Topgolf and had a good time! People of all skill levels play here. Topgolf's building has three levels and the skilled golfers play on the third level. There are about 10 different computer games that you can play. We played a game where you get points for how close you come to hitting different targets around the driving range. Somehow there is a monitor that shows you how far you have hit the ball, which is pretty cool. (Sometimes I don't think the distance was 100% accurate though lol.) The range is about 210 yards long until you hit the back net. You play at a bay with couches that seat up to about 6 people. There is a TV at your bay if you want to watch a ballgame. Servers wait on your bay if you want to order food or drinks. There is a heater at your bay and an overhang so you will stay dry if it is raining. We asked the server to turn up our heat because it was about 45 degrees when we were playing. After the server turned up the heat, we actually felt a little warm and didn't need our coats. That heater really works! Some people were wearing short sleeves at the outdoor bays. Check Topgolf's website for pricing because the pricing changes. As of December 2019, prices are: $49/bay from 5pm - close $37/bay from noon - 5pm $27/bay from 9am - noon. All of these prices are 50% off on Tuesdays. The staff is really nice too. I have been here twice. We have come here as a group for company outings. We were able to reserve two bays for two hours. There is a bar that you can sit in while you are waiting and get drinks or appetizers. You can take anything with you to your bay. Someone came to get us when it was our time which was nice. They took us up to the bays and got everything started. There are clubs here so you don't have to bring your own. There are a variety of games to play. For munchies while you play there is a wide variety of food. We tried pretty much everything in the menu. My favorites were the buffalo chicken dip which has a smoky flavor, pretzel bites, and steak nachos. The flatbread pizzas are also good. I took two stars off because it was very difficult to get drinks while we were at the bays. We had a large group and at one point someone ordered drinks for several people. Another member of our group tried to order a beer and was told he couldn't have three drinks at the table. He didn't even have a single drink, but for some reason our hostess thought all the drinks ordered were for this person and argued with him. We constantly kept having some other bay's food and drinks brought to us by mistake. One person in our group got a drink by mistake instead of the margarita he ordered. He was confused and told this drink was "basically" a margarita. Surprise it wasn't even close. Later while he was hitting balls they just took the drink off the table and made him wait 30 minutes while they made the drink he should have had in the first place. This review is only for food. We came to meet friends for lunch. Two of us had the pepperoni flatbread, which was good. One person had the Cobb salad which looks very fresh and she said it was good (this is the second time she's had it) but hubby had the brisket grilled cheese sandwich was amazing! Service was a little off today, they seemed to be training people but everyone was very friendly so despite the glitches I think that they will be fine and service will end up being good. We didn't try to play golf but the people who were braving the weather to play seemed to be having a good time so I'm looking forward to going back to play golf. read more

He's got a real big attitude for how little he is. our bay froze up and wouldn't dispense a golf ball or let us play a game for 30 minutes just for them to take their dilly old time just to come over and say the battery is overheated. They really need to open a location in San Diego. I loved my experience here at topgolf! A group of three of us went on a Tuesday to take advantage of the half price deal. It turned out to be just under $100 for a mimosa carafe, an appetizer, 3 hours of play, and 3 new lifetime membership fees ($5). It was suggested by a friend that we choose the bays on the top level for a fun view and easier experience. I definitely would pass along this advice and also suggest the top floor for n00bs. There's a topgolf game guide at each bay/table which are categorized by beginner, intermediate, advanced, and expert. We spent about the first half of our game play on topgolf for beginners - basically hitting the ball into any target that you desire. With the microchip technology, your allotted points per ball will show up on your player screen with the yardage details as well. The second half we played the quick 9 novice game - which was perfect for short round games and players whose hitting range tends to be the closer target. In this game it's all about accuracy. You get three shots at each target (red, yellow, and green) - hence the quick 9 name of the game. Definitely a lot of fun, I'd come back! Ps with the $5 fee for new players, comes a lifetime membership meaning you don't have to pay another $5 even if you go to a different topgolf location. read more

I took my niece and nephew to Topgolf on Saturday January 23rd we made up there at 5pm. The weather that day wasn't bad at all very sunny Saturday. There are a lot of stairs going into Topgolf, and I noticed there was a wait to play golf outside which we didn't play Golf only ate food. All staff members were wearing their masks, social distance was in place, there are plastic dividers between each booth, and no one could sit at the bar. For, our appetizer we had cheesy fries with bacon it was so fresh, hot, and very delicious. Our dinner my niece had chicken tenders with fries, along with a margarita mocktail. My nephew had boneless BBQ wings. I had traditional BBQ chicken wings, side of tater tots, and a coke to drink. Since, we were out celebrating my niece birthday weekend our Server Ireland gave my niece donuts balls with raspberry and chocolate sauces to put inside the donuts balls. I love top golf. Me and my friends usually resort to bowling when we come into town and get together. This is exactly the same type of vibe. It is a bit more expensive than bowling but super reasonable. For four people we got an hour and a half of play time and two pitchers of beer on a Friday night for around $125. The facilities are super clean and the staff is very attentive. This is my second time at this location, their appetizers were a lot better than I expected and their drink menu is extensive. Topgolf is great for your sports OCD tendencies. During a visit for a business event, we ended up having open play for a couple of hours. We kept hitting ball after ball until our time was almost up. I think the convenience of game play at Topgolf fueled our needs to perfect our golfing skills, or lack thereof. Since this was our first visit, we didn't really know what to do when we approached one of the bays. Luckily, the staff we interacted with was very gracious and patient in explaining how everything worked. Each bay is equipped with a monitor to select game play and keep scores. The clubs are actually shared between a pair of bays to encourage more social interactions. Each bay has switches to turn on the heater and other amenities. While Topgolf is open year-round, I can see it might not be an ideal activity for some folks during the colder months. It was fairly chilly during our visit and some people had enough and went back inside. They do have a bar in the interior with food and drinks service, and a large open space for group events and meetings. read more

Split 4 ways the price is reasonable and if you had even more people it's even more so. The only thing is that reservations fill up super fast and i don't think they even take them on the weekends right now. We went right when it opened on Saturday and there was a line outside but we got a bay and didn't have to wait once we got in so that is definitely the right way to do it. On our way out I heard people saying the wait list was 5 hours. The food here is good! Also their alcohol selection is nice too. This spot is DOPE! This was my first experience at Top Golf and I had a great time. I visited on a Saturday morning for their breakfast/brunch specials. My group and I had a ball. The service was quality. Our waitress was always checking in on us and very helpful. We were on the 2nd floor, arrived around 9:30 am and the place was getting pretty full by noon. So after living here more than a decade and driving past this place several times a day we finally went last night for the first time. After reading the reviews my expectations weren't very high. As we were waiting to speak with the hostess I was nearly knocked down by one of the staff who was rushing through and not paying attention so I was just sure we were not going to enjoy this experience. The weather was bad so we opted to just have some food and cocktails. It's self seating so we sat at one of the high top tables by the window looking out to where they hit the golf balls. The table was right under one of the speakers so the music was really loud. I assumed the cocktails wouldn't be very good but to my surprise the one I had was probably one of my all time favorites and I've drank some cocktails in my day. I got the blueberry lemon drop martini and it was wonderful. I had two. They put whole blueberries on the bottom of the glass. We also had two of the spiked strawberry lemonade cocktails and it was really good too. Mine was better. They card EVERYONE so don't come without your ID. The music was like club dance music and we loved it. Everything we ordered came out super fast. Sometimes things came out while the server was still at our table. Very impressive. We ordered their chips and queso and loved it. They put diced tomatoes on top which were delicious. It was on the spicy side but we love that. We then had the turkey avocado wrap and the cheeseburger and both were delicious. My burger was hot and had great flavor. I had read a lot of reviews claiming this was just basic bar food but i would like to know what bar they been eating at because this food was good. Was it fine dining not at all but it was delicious and the prices very reasonable we thought. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because we didn't experience the outside golfing part. I felt like that was really overpriced. But even in bad weather it was full so I might be in the minority on that thought. I did get the app thinking you get rewards on food and drinks but I guess I was mistaken. We are nurses and the server did say they give 10% discounts to nurses EMT etc but they must be for golfing only because she didn't take anything off our bill. Okay so this part might be to TripAdvisor how come I can put family with teenagers, family with children, but not just family? Anyway. this is the second time I visited at topgolf first time was in Atlanta Georgia this time in Indianapolis Indiana fishers or something or other along that line. it was a stab in the dark that they actually had a topgolf since I had not actually looked around for it but since I had such a good time and was telling my son about it we've looked for it and that there was one that was close enough. Topgolf is set up the same in both venues that I've been in. this would be a fantastic event for business or dating or couples or family or parties or events or individual. if I had known that there was a topgolf so close by we wouldn't have ate lunch before we came. great service from the bartender great service from our Bay attendant the snack we got was really tasty beverages very good they have a full bar and the golf is just fantastic fun. think of is that as a driving range that is interactive and enjoyable for all ages and all skill levels. My main wish would be that we would have one in Central Illinois so that I wouldn't have to drive so far to find one although it is nice to do on a vacation. Okay. Do not come here during snow. At all. It really messes with their scoring system. That being said, we didn't realize how badly it messed with the scoring system and how frustrating it would be to deal with so we initially bought 2 hours of game play. About 30 minutes in, we couldn't deal with it anymore and asked if we could stop at 1 hour. They said sure no problem, well just stop you with an hour to go so you don't pay for that second hour. Which, great. They came over and told us with 20 minutes remaining that we only had 20 minutes remaining. Cool. Then at 5 minutes remaining they did the same. Then they completely disappeared?? And we had to actually ask for our checks and everything. Then our checks were a mess and our poor server had to go back and forth before a manager just talked to us and cut out the confusion. I don't really think any of this would have been a problem had the snow not messed with their systems. So I'll give it a try in the spring and update then. But for now, I'm not impressed. read more
