Overall Top Gold is the same concept of bowling except you're not alternating turns in a specific order. I'll start with the good. The food was great! I had their wings and fries and loved them! Wings were fried to a crisp and saturated in a sweet BBQ sauce. I had extra took them home and they were just as good as the first day on day two. The menu looked delish! I want to go back in the morning just for breakfast! We reserved two lanes. When reserving the lanes they pointed out they won't be directly near each other, but at most 1- 2 lanes apart which was fine. Unfortunately, the point of a reservation is to have my lanes ready upon arrival. We arrived 30 minutes early and at our scheduled time of 9pm we still had to wait 40 minutes. They then offered two lanes on the opposite ends of the room away from each other. We had to get a manager to rectify the situation long story short have enough in your party for one lane because two is a headache! I was going to have my daughters 20th here not sure if I still want to do that due to the confusion and disorganization. The waiter was friendly, but overwhelmed. Not the best first impression. May consider one more chance. read more

HORRIBLE! Waiting over an hour to be placed. Employees are very rude and they have ants crawling everywhere!

Went here on my bday on the 2nd with family and friends and we enjoyed ourselves. I had heard all of the hype and was ready to see if it was all true. I enjoy going to the driving range back at home and playing a few holes and all. But this was more exciting. The atmosphere was great, I believe we got here right at 5 and it was just getting packed. The prices were a lil high but I believe it's worth it at the end of the day, we paid for 2hrs and got three games out of it. Looking forward to the one in Birmingham opening up next month read more

The food is so bad. Save your $ and don't eat there. It's clearly a sports bar type of place so I would limit the experience to ordering a beer. Neither the menu nor the service were anything special. We were in fact pretty disappointed. The cold and uneventful food took forever too... read more

I love top golf! Went for a client event and had a blast. Drinks were great! Food was good as well!

This place is awesome. While the wait was decently long it only took us 30 min to get in to a hitting area and the bar was open so we were able to start there and move to the hitting area. The waiter was awesome helped us take our unlimited salsa and chips down to the hitting area and was super kind. The bartender was like no other and made the best drink. This is definitely a great place to go and blow off some steam by hitting golf balls. read more

I've heard a lot about this place. So after my Labor Day beach plans fell through. My friends and I decided to visit. That weekend was a huge football game and many were gathered at the bar and other viewing areas to watch the game. Those that weren't interested were split into two lines to wait for Top Golf Player cards or schedule a bay. You couldn't schedule a bay without a player card. Somehow the staff there neglected to mentioned that this could have been purchased online to help with the process. Once that was handled about about 15 mins. We ordered food and about 10 minutes later the bay was ready. By the time we got there it was $45 per hour, but as little as $15 and $25 earlier in the day. The facility is large. Lots of parking. However, the valet was full the entire time. There were 3 levels of bays that could accommodate at group of 6. There was a waiter on each level to get food and drinks to the group. Several golf games available at the bay. Overall, I enjoyed the food and playing the games. I'll shall return. read more

We have been here several times. Once you get your bay everything is much better but till then it is like the keystone cops trying to figure out what line to stand in. They need someone who can organize that. Prices for food are high for the quantity but the quality is good. Also , service at the bay can be good or not depending on the day. All in all, it is an ok afternoon read more

not knowing what this "new" location would be like, I was in for quite a surprise. this place is rachet! I wasn't expecting this place to be the way it looked on Saturday night. yes, I expected busy but omg. there's tons of parking spots, but none were available (and this was around 10ish). when you first walk in, the place reeked of weed. how is this even possible? do the cops patrolling the place just not care?? the restrooms are the worse. it's even stronger in there! then aside from your full parking lot, this whole building is swamped with people. there's barely any room to even get around. and guess what? 3 HOUR WAIT for a freakin' bay. WTF. no thanks! we decided to walk around instead and find a table. for tables, we had to put a name down with our phone number. the host tells me that they DON'T call you, but they TEXT instead. well even if we left (not like they would know), the host NEVER even texted me. WTF again. so had we stayed, we would have NEVER gotten a table. I WOULD NEVER REVISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I'd rather drive further to hang at the Roswell location. read more

We went for my friends 24th birthday and the service was absolutely horrible.. the waitress wouldn't even bring everybody the first round of drinks out causing half our group to go get them from the bar ourselves since they were just sitting there melting, she had an attitude with us the entire time for no reason and was snappy with us, she also forgot half of the groups food and NEVER brought it out but tried to charge us for it which we called the manager to take off for us. She visited our table a total of 2 times but had enough time to sit and talk to her coworker behind our table for 15 minutes about how we went to the bar to get out drinks. Also my BIGGEST ISSUE is the fact that we all had to open tabs, when she was checking us out I decided to pay my tab in cash which was a huge mistake because she decided to charge my card and keep the cash for herself as a "tip". I did not even get receipt to sign therefor they do not have my signature to authorize. Definitely disputing the transaction because that was a nice $40 tip she decided to keep for herself. My friend paid almost $700 for this event to get treated how we did. read more

Love the place. I just wish the music choice was better. It's all pop and not even recent pop songs. Rock, hip hop, rap, country anything else can be added. It sounds very anal but when one is drunk and golfing you also want to hear your kind of music. read more

Dear Topgolf.... I. AM. DONE! I have been here since 7:15p (almost 3hours). I waited in a long line of cars to park, only to have you tell me there was only valet left even though I could see your empty parking lot... I have waited in line for a "card" that I have bought 3 times now. I have ordered, and gotten wrong food and eaten your crappy food and I still have not played golf! During this I have watched more that 2 bays sit empty for more than 20mins at a time! It seems to me you business model is off and well you have lost a good customer and a big tipper! read more

Let's me say the good the bad and the ugly about Top Golf. First let me preface by saying this was my first experience here and I have been anxious to try it. The good is this place is a great activity especially this time of year. I enjoyed the golfing aspect and the scoring system. The bad is the food is subpar even for bar food. Now the ugly was the food and service. I ordered grilled chicken requested no tomatoes, of course it came with tomatoes and they forgot the Dijon. Next my lettuce was withered. My friend order the chicken and waffles, and in Georgia you just can't mess up this dish. The chicken tasted like it had freezer burn and was just bad. We mentioned to the waiter the food was bad, and he took off the sweet tea. We expected the dish to be taken off since she only had one bite. All in all I will come back just maybe not to eat. read more

Hello, I ask that if you are considering going to Topgolf that you seriously reconsider and here's why(I know it's long): This evening my friends and I went to Topgolf Midtown for an evening of fun. Everything was great until one of my friends ACCIDENTALLY broke one of their golf clubs. It was a complete accident and we immediately let one of the attendants know about the broken club. The hospitality manager, Scott, came to our table and questioned us about the incident. My friend explained that the club was broken when he attempted to swing the club to hit the golf ball. My friend also explained that the incident was a complete accident. Scott told us, "just be careful." There were about 8 witnesses total who could vouch that this incident was an accident. The video camera could vouch that this was an accident as well. I thought this was the end of the incident until about 15 mins later the Operational Manager, Brad, came to our table. He approached my friend and asked him what happened. My friend explained again the incident and how it was an accident. We were even prepared to cover the cost of damage due to the accident. And then Brad did the most offensive thing ever.. He told my friend, "I'm going to give you a chance to tell the truth because an eye witness said that you intentionally broke the club over your knee." I WAS COMPLETELY SHOCKED AT THESE APPALLING AND FALSE ACCUSATIONS. Brad then continued to tell my friend, "I am going to go view the tapes, but I gave you a chance to tell me the truth." Brad and Scott approached my friend in a rather offensive and embarrassing way. These allegations were made publicly in front of all the neighboring customers of this establishment. Brad told us that he would go view the tapes. So we sat and waited on him to return. We for 35 minutes and heard nothing from Brad. We sat with our one-year old daughter for half an hour waiting on an apology for this false accusations. Did Brad return? No. Did Scott return? Sort of. We caught him walking by and asked for Brad(after we had stopped 4 other employees to inquire about his whereabouts). Scott didn't apologize but rather have an excuse for their accusations. Even though they were aggressively presented and completely false. He also informed us of Brad's (THE OPERATIONAL MANAGER's) whereabouts. He HAD LEFT FOR THE EVENING ! He didn't apologize or even return to share what he saw in the film. I have never felt so disrespected as a human being in my life. To wrongly just to conclusion and accuse someone for something in public... Deserves an apology! We NEVER GOT IT. I want to know why TOP GOLF IS PROMOTING THESE MORALS. Does Topgolf truly care about its customers? Are these managers (Scott and Brad) truly qualified for these positions of leadership if they can't even admit and own their mistakes? What kind of business is this? Would you want to give you hard earned money to a business that clearly doesn't believe in respect for all regardless or race, gender, or social status? TOP GOLF MIDTOWN will never receive another penny or positive review from me. I was offended and felt threatened, embarrassed, and disrespected. I encourage all of you to think TWICE before supporting this establishment. read more

This wasn't my first time here. I've been a few other times on different days/times. This review is for a Friday night (6/24/16). Went for a friend's birthday. We got a bay quicker than I am used to but we were there early. Initially myself and another friend were there first (around 7 to wait on everyone because it was sort of a surprise party). We sat at a high top table back near the bar. The waiter was initially cool but then once a few more people arrived we felt as though he was trying to rush us away or something. But then it was like he was trying to help too with making sure we got a bay before the Friday night crowd came and the hour long waits started. So idk- maybe he had a twin that he switched with and one was nice and was was rude. Lol. But anyway, after we'd gotten a bay it took foreverrrrr for a waitress to come service our table. Once we ordered it seemed as thought it took foreverrrrr for our food to come. The food was good (when it did arrive) so no complaints there. And the food isn't overpriced like one may expect. I didn't have drinks this time but have in previous visits and they are okay too. So after the first party was done and leaving I had another, separate party to go hang with at a different bay (so I was really at top golf foreverrrr this night. Lol). After hanging at the second bay for a little while me and one my friends decided to go up to the bar area because it was hot as hell as the bay on the lower level (the fan wasnt working at that bay- 118). We were about to sit at the bar the one of the bartenders rudely told us that we cant sit there because they dont want patrons sitting on that side- although it was two barstools there. Then we walked on the the host standing at the end of the bar to attempt to get a table. Then we saw two other walk over to the bar and sit down and we looked to see if the bartender was going to tell them to move. He looked at them and said nothing. My friend then went to ask him why and in a nasty tone he told her he was going to tell them to move too- but he didnt. Another bartender proceeded to move them after my friend told him why she wanted to speak to a manager. We eventually got a table near the window but buddy at the bar was rude af. The waitress that served us at the table was nice and she didnt take too long and made sure we were good. So basically if this was my first time at top golf I probably would have given one star. But because I have been before and had better experiences previously, I'll be a little generous and give the three stars. But the service from the first waiter and bartender and the length of time to get a waitress at the bay are the reasons I will not give four or five stars at this time. Will I return to Top Golf- sure because I know its not always a bad experience. read more

Driving range with score keeping for accuracy. Good time. The score keeping could be a little tricky if you're entertaining and drinking.

This would be a great place to put a functioning bar. Group of 14 came here. Ordered drinks multiple times and nothing arrived within 1 and a half hours. "Drink Runners" wandered around aimlessly, rarely carrying a drink. This place should be avoided if you're looking for libations or service. Either Stick with Top Golf Alpharetta or pre-game hard before you get to this place. read more

Not happy about this place! The overall experience was great but the crowd and the wait times were AWFUL. I didn't like the group we got seated next to because they were playing volleyball drunk, so they kept hitting us and our waitress wasn't willing to do anything about it. I've heard the Alpharetta location is amazing so we will definitely go to that one next time. Also food isn't worth it at all! Don't eat here! read more

Came out to Atlanta for a birthday party. I came straight from the airport so I still had my suitcase with me. I appreciate the extra help after a long trip. read more

Dropped by to check it out as a first time customer. Understand it's a restaurant but Im interested in the golf component and wanted to just hit balls for 1/2 an hour. I paid the highest rate which is ok but now I can't even get a bay even though more than half are empty because they don't have enough food staff? I don't even want any food. Just want to hit a few balls. If this is supposed to be a gimmick I guess it works but the staff attitude and inability to just check it out for 1/2 an hour is extremely disappointing. read more

I went here with some friends a few days ago. The customer service was great and I really enjoyed myself. They are very accommodating when it comes to offering golf clubs for people who are left handed like myself. The Citrus Cabana and Pineapple Punch Golfbags were very fruity and had just the right amount of alcohol in them. In addition to how great the drinks tasted, they also came in these cute golf bag shaped cups with two club shaped straws that you can take home. We also ordered the Proscuitto, Artichoke & Olive Flatbread, which had a nice flavor to it but it was also overly salty so I could only eat two pieces. As for the Craft Beer Queso, it also had a nice flavor with a slight beer after taste. Overall, I would go back again in the future. read more

This place is great for family and friends for an outing. There is a pool table, shuffleboard, and a foosball table for those waiting for a bay. They have a variety of alcoholic drinks to choose from as well as many dinner options. They serve brunch on several days of the week. Pricing for hourly golfing varies depending on time, so definitely check to verify the price. read more

Our bay host and server Chris was fantastic and took great care of us. We arrived on a whim to see if a Wednesday night bay was as available and were told two hour wait minimum so we went to third floor bar to hang out and wait. We ordered three drinks and three appetizers. The bartender did not have ingredients to make drinks and it took 20 minutes of scurrying to find everything. I was super thirsty by the time drinks arrived. Good thing I wasn't hungry because food arrived at least 45 minutes after ordering but only 2 of 3 items. Also at this juncture (well under the two hour mark) our bay opened so we carried food and drink over to bay. We had to ask multiple times about our third appetizer and finally got it about the time we were ready to leave. None of that was sweet Chris's fault at all. He patiently took multiple photos for us and refilled our waters with a smile. The golf is fun too even tho I'm no good at it. Come to TG once for the experience. The service is above average and the food and drinks are okay. Make sure you bring fun friends who can roll with the ups and downs and you will have fun. read more

I had a really really great time here. The set-up of the whole establishment is pretty awesome. We came on a Sunday night, it was pretty laid back. My family and I went to Topgolf Midtown on 2/2/2020. We had a great time. We received excellent service from our bay host Mo. Muhammad (Mo) handle some minor technical issues with grace and ease. We ordered the jumbo pretzel board. It was on point with the fresh and plenty of fruit, cheese, and meets. With kids meals that include the drink at $6.50 and $4.00, Mimosas Topgolf Midtown was a hit. Serious prompts need to go to Mo, for his outgoing personality and his 5-star service. read more

Awesome experience. I surprised my husband by taking him to Top Golf for his birthday. We came here around 8:00 on a Saturday night so the lines were very long, but the staff made sure to direct and help those of us who had never been here before. You'd think with there being thousands of people moving around there'd be chaos and confusion, but the process was very simple thanks to the amazing hosts & hostesses. We were able to get our membership cards & reserve a bay in about a half hour. And then we were surprised to be seated at a table in the restaurant immediately. The drinks are very tasty (I had the orange dream cocktail) and the burger & fries are good. We were called to our bay before we finished eating! So we took our food & drinks outside to finish eating while we played. The concept is awesomely unique. And the music was great. Now that we're members, we will definitely be back! read more

We had a so-so experience. There were a lot of disappointments and some good things. I wish I could have given more stars. Two weeks prior to my experience at the midtown location, I went to the Alpharetta location and was thoroughly impressed. I decided that this would be a great place for a company/surprise birthday party. I strategically got balloons and a cake for our 70 year old birthday girl. When we arrived I felt like we were immediately confronted about our balloons. Literally we were confronted outside in the parking lot and the balloons were confiscated. (I will spare her name, as I think she was really young and naive). Wow, balloons? What a way to make an impression or start an experience. They said it was a security issue and they took them away. I had then remembered vividly that 2 weeks prior at the Alpharetta location, there were several balloons placed throughout our seating area. I questioned it, and felt as though we were brushed off. Then when I asked if we could place the cake in a disclosed area, that was just another "no" to continue to crush our excitement and experience. Because of this non stop drama, at this point, the birthday girl walked in and it was not a surprise anymore. After expressing myself to a waitress, I wish I could remember her name because she was actually very sweet, she had enough common sense to get a manager. The manager came along, his name was Aaron, and he took the time to explain to us why balloons and cake were not allowed. He probably even broke the rules and gave us our balloons back. He instructed David to secure them on the side of the birthday girl's chair. He immediately got us a couple of bays to use, and had David help us set up. Although the surprise was ruined, I appreciate Aaron for even trying. Our waitress was Sarah, and she did an awesome job. She kept us fed and happy. However, the ladies at the front desk were not informative nor did they care. I felt like they were ghetto robots and severely lacked customer service. At one point during our time at Top Golf we were in an ear shot distance of the front desk and the girls gathered to talk about our party. They made tasteless comments such as, "I effing work here, of course I know the policies." Suggesting that our party made a big deal out of nothing. This conversation was unprofessional. Now that I think about it, I should remove another star for having bland people at the front desk as the greeters. Yet again, there are individuals who should be placed in the back or on the field and just catch the golf balls. If your customer service are within poor levels, these employees need to remain out of contact with patrons. There was only a little confusion at the end when the bill came out. There was no structure and someone in our party ended up paying twice. Which was not fair. But I could tell Sarah was trying. There should be a rule that if a party has more then six people, there should be one waitress for each bay. I will go back to Top Golf but the one in Alpharetta for sure! The one in Alpharetta knows how to have pop up parties, how to entertain guests, and has waayyy better customer service. The Midtown location was not professional and a major let down. Professionalism goes a far way. read more
