They worked as a cohesive team for the entire day, resting only when they were allotted their legal breaks / lunch time. They were clean and very organized. Each employee was dressed appropriately & had all required safety gear - harnesses when climbing trees, work boots, long sleeved shirts & long pants, ear / eye protection, and hats when needed. Their equipment was well maintained. Attention to safety is very important to this company & its staff. The staff who worked this day spoke Spanish only, but were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had access to the garbage bins (actually, they took my bags to the appropriate bins - thank you!!). They also made sure I could exit the parking area easily because they positioned their truck & equipment with attention to detail.
