I will no longer use CVS. 3rd incident I've had here. the Dr changed my…read moreprescription for adderall to a less dose, 2-times a day.I had it filled and I noticed once I was home it was only filled with 30 pills. Should have been 60. But there was 1 refill. I thought I was good...when I called to have it refilled they would not honor the refill. Strange..left a message with the pharmacy and they called me back about a hour later and I asked her about the refill and she said that the refill is not valid.. I asked please explain my bottle says I have a valid refill before 3/20/2027. She told me that it's illegal to have a refill for narcotics (that makes sense) and then said your Dr should have never of done that, that's illegal and she can get in trouble. She said I will need to call the DR and have them write a new Prescription. So I did, and it was on Good Friday(holiday) so the Dr office was closed, but they had a nurse come in only to answer calls, left a message and she called me right back I explained it, and she said I have the script here and it's written out for 60 pills take one twice a day. She asked if the pharmacy told me anything like they were out of stock and I said no they said nothing to me no communication. She also said it probably will not happen until Monday. Monday I didn't hear anything allday so I called the Dr around 3pm. They sent another script to cvs. cvs sent me a message saying it's to early to fill. I went to the pharmacy (side note I was on my way to ER for Covid symptoms for over a week-test positive for COVID) I asked the pharmacist what is wrong with my medication? The story I got from them is that they made a error entering information he said they marked it as.30 day supply but reality it was 30 pills that will only last 15days. Got that fixed correctly and then he asks me are you out Justin? Really? Yes I'm out I take them as prescribed I was out all weekend And went without, luckily I do not depend on them for a healthy lifestyle but they do help. I know now I can't depend on CVS. They took drastic measures if the pharmacist took it upon herself to change my medication from 60/day supply to 30/day added a refill (which is illegal). No communication from them but they wanted to jump quick on blaming my DR. CVS is the one that illegally put a refill on my prescription and blamed it on my DR Not acceptable. Do better

The customer service varies, but it's usually pretty darn good. This store is different because of its location. That's about it. The store is clean, and the customer service is good. There's a pharmacy, photo printing section, and all the common accoutrements. Overall, Walgreens are everywhere, and there a good place to get an assortment of needed items in a hurry. Where do you run out of TP, or picking up a water or two for the road, Walgreens is a trusted name, and you know what to expect.

The lady became quite agitated when I asked her to obtain my discount. She said that she was not authorized to do so. My wife (employee) called her and straightened it out. I returned to the store and the same cashier slammed the product on the counter and said that she would have worked with me! I let her speak, got my deserved discount and left the store. I don't expect to be pounced on by an obviously undertrained 20 year old! She was belligerent and rude. Customers should not have associates getting rude and abusive to them.
