No better quality or value!…read more We live in the Detroit area but have family in northern Indiana. We have had several custom pieces of furniture made for our home by the talented folks at the pumpkin patch. The quality and durability and, of course, the beauty of these pieces are unmatched. We would pay twice as much to have anything custom made by a Carpender in the Detroit area. (I am not exaggerating. We had something designed and priced out.) The similar pieces we found in retail stores were either more expensive than prices at the pumpkin patch or were neither as beautiful nor as well-made. If we lived closer, we would get more of our furniture from the pumpkin patch. The desk/dresser made for our son will last him a lifetime and hopefully become a family heirloom. Highly, highly recommend!

We purchased a yard playset for our three little kids after paying eight grand into it one payment…read moredidn't go through then we fixed it the bank had a problem when they switched brandings but still the pumpkin patch owner came and got the playset while no one was home tore down two fence panels to get the playset out broke them and didn't replace them so now we payed a little over 80% into the playset then they came and took it away from our kids this place is a scam please if you have children do business elsewhere I work with a few other people that had similar problems from them on yard furniture I don't even understand how people in the community can be so blindsided to not see all the shady business going on here now we our out over eight thousand dollars and yes we have the receipts to prove it

Their showroom in the Old Bag Factory had beautiful examples of hardwood furniture in various styles which can also be seen in showroom catalogs and online. Local craftsmen construct your choices from oak, maple, cherry and other woods. The choices of finishes and hardware are many and beautiful. I ordered a television cabinet, a sofa table, two end tables and a large circular dinner table in cherry wood with a cherry finish. The quality, the fit and finish of the pieces are awesome. Just like you see in the showroom. This is the kind of furniture you would leave to your loved ones. You can spend more money at other stores for imported furniture but nothing that is comparable to Legacy's. Dave S. is the salesperson I worked with. He is extraordinarily knowledgeable about their furniture and how it is made. He welcomed my questions and gave me detailed answers. You couldn't find a more helpful and patient sales rep anywhere. I recommend Legacy without any reservations whatsoever.

We have been customers of Lyle for several years. He's wonderful to work with. We have several…read morepieces of his outdoor Poly style furniture, some are approaching 10 years old and they look like new. We do not bring the furniture inside during the winter and, with a little spring cleaning, everything looks as good as new. Lyle uses great quality materials than have not shown any sign of rust, fading, or deterioration. This fall we decided to replace our twenty-year-old wood patio dining table with some of Lyle's furniture, he was very accommodating when we asked for a few alterations. Additionally, the old furniture matches the new, there's been no noticeable fading after close to ten years. We couldn't be happier with the products and service we've received from Lyle and B & L Woodcrafts. We tell our friends to be sure to check out what Lyle has before buying from anyone else. The quality and value are second to none!
