I noticed the socks came up $4-$5 MORE. So I had my kids go back to take a photo for proof to show Karen... I mean BECKY... and she said she needed a more clear photo to match it up With what I rang up. CLEARLY, in the photo my kids took, it had a HUGE red sale sign and the entire rack was filled! but NOOOOO. becky couldnt NOT argue. so I told her to have an employee go look this time because I'm not gunna have kids kids go back again for the THIRD time! so she got upset and said "well, then you're just gunna have to go to customer service and they can ring you up for the socks because I cant leave self checkout" I replied saying " no, I dont want TWO separate transactions I want It all on the same transaction, so I'll just have customer service ring it all up for me" becky said "they won't do that for you and there is no manager that is here to help you" so I replied saying "oh yes they will, and I took my cart and went to customer service where there were TWO PPL not helping A single customer !! I asked for a manager to speak to and as I was telling the manager named firew (I think was his name) and told him I was having an issue with Becky again And all I need is her to fix my socks that came up the wrong price.. then BAM out no where Becky shows up!! Wait, but I thought Becky Couldn't leave self checkout?? then she hands the suspended ticket to firew, and she tells him "she's a good one" EXCUSE ME!!??? don't you dare disrespect me in front of my children ! I was very polite, never raised my voice! and now shes going to come to CS and harass me MORE!? BS! and I told Becky I was going to do another review on her, her reply.... "ok good" firew didn't ask any questions , I showed him proof on my phone and BAM he fixed it , now., why was that so hard for BECKY to do for me? over $4 she's gunna get a bad review and a very angry customer... not worth it! Shame on you Walmart, hire people who are friendly and that are customer service friendly! and shame on you Becky! This was NOT the first encounter I've had with you being rude and disrespectful to me in front of my children! you're in the WRONG career! you need to be fired!

However, in my experience if you hit any roadblocks the pharmacy assistant is unhelpful and will speak over you when trying to convey information. I was told numerous times to call my physician when it obviously was not an issue of "no refills". After several attempts to convey why this was not appropriate and being spoken over, I gave up and asked why. The response was "People do this all of the time. We are busy!" I eventually bargained a call back from someone with the ability to investigate the issue. To CVS credit, I received a return call from someone who was much kinder and patient, and who informed me it was an insurance issue. After a call to my insurance company, it was fixed. Picking up the prescription was also an exercise in patience and humility. I give 3 stars, instead of 2 because of the enormous pressure pharmacies are facing in the current environment. Perhaps a bit of training in both stress management and customer service would be helpful.

The first time I used them, it took me 4 trips to get antibiotics because they "so behind". Today, I was seen in ER, scripts sent to this pharmacy. When I showed up 2.5 hours later, I was told that I can pick up tomorrow. It was meds that are needed tonight. They informed me that they were about to close ( at 7p even though the internet says open til 10p). I'm done with their games going to a different CVS.
