My facial started by laying on a heated table to begin the relaxation process, and the massage along with the products were great. For the pedicure, hot stones were used to massage the legs, which was a nice added touch. After or before your treatment you are also able to use the Wind and Water Sanctuary, which consists of a dry sauna, steam room, vitality pool, aroma therapy rain shower, and heated lounge chairs. We could have just stayed in there all day! And if that's all you want to do, you can purchase that instead of a service. Overall it was a nice experience and we will definitely come back again.

I explained that drying my hair was necessary to confirm the color was corrected, but the response I received made me uncomfortable. I ultimately declined the appointment and said I would wait until my next scheduled visit. The owner then replied that I should find another salon that could better meet my needs. It's disappointing, as I truly liked my stylist and had enjoyed my experiences there up until this point.
