The first time I came here I had no bad experiences whatsoever. Jackie did a great job on my nails (Hello Kitty ghost design) and they turned out better than I imagined. She was very polite and did them faster than I thought was possible! I was very much in love with them. This was July 2023z Recently I scheduled an appointment to come in last Wednesday, because I assumed the experience would probably be the same. It was the furthest thing from that. I saw Liz to get my nails fixed from the last salon that did them. For context, I had them done Saturday. The gel had started coming off two nails a day after I had them done before I had even gone back to work, I painted the spots over myself to make it look less obvious. Liz kept saying how it's obviously my job that ruined them and I need to be more careful, yet in the same breath kept saying how they were "not that bad". Convinced me to get gel by saying that if I can't "take care" of gel polish, regular polish will come off faster. I know this was probably a tactic to get me to spend the extra $10, and it worked. I had asked if she could add glitter to the black, and she treated me like I was stupid. Saying that it's a "tiktok thing" that only works under certain lighting (I had actually saw this on display at the last salon I had been to, don't follow nail tiktoks) then she yelled at the lady across the room to ask her to "explain to me why it can't be done"... like I didn't hear her just tell me why a second ago. While doing my nails she acted like she didn't want me there, talked to me like a child and gossiped to the other manicurists around her. Ended up lightly hitting my nail against the table, then told me that I messed it up when I was sitting perfectly still.. this was all bad enough but the whole reason I decided to write all this was the last thing she said before I left. In the midst of finishing up my nails, she was complaining to the client in the seat next to me about how "no one wants to get designs anymore, everyone just wants neutrals, white, or black... it's boring." While I was sitting in her chair getting black nails. I was actually considering adding gems to them. Until I heard that. God only knows what she was saying in her native language because she was saying all of this in English right in front of my face. I felt like most of this was probably because I didn't buy a set there, just wanted a polish change. Whatever the reason, that's no way to treat a paying customer. I always tip very good but with her attitude problem, I decided to tip nothing. Silver lining is that my nails did turn out looking good but I felt unwelcome even coming here. read more

I went in after calling for availability, and they all were not helpful. I had never been in before and they did not help me. When i got my nails done i got acrylics with an almond shape. I only got red nail polish, and they charged me 80 dollars plus tip. I spent 90 dollars on basic nails. There website prices said 55 for my request. Not 80. Then when i tipped 10 dollars they still scoffed. Not to mention the lady i believe was Kim cut my fingers some what deeply when doing my nails. I will not return. read more

My pedicure was great. I went on Wednesday for their special $60 massage. Great quality massage. she was very knowledgeable and personable!

This was my first visit to Creative Touch. I found them when I did a Google search for salons near me that do the new Apes Gel X nail extensions. As I was talking with Nat, I decided to actually do the sculptures acrylics vs the Gel X. Nat was very knowledgeable and patiently talked through the processes with me. I am so happy with Nat's work and already have my next appointment scheduled. Here's the new set done yesterday. Thanks Nat! read more

Nope. $300 plus tip and now I'm on antibiotics. I'm humiliated at what my hands/nails look like. Not 1 hang nail in years and now I have skin peeling and fluid leaking. Do not go here. My daughter also got a dip and 2 off her dips came off the next day and a 3rd cracked down the center. read more

I spent my entire Saturday at Creative Nails on Toledo road as a day to pamper myself. My appointments were scheduled for 10 am and 11:30. When I got there she had me confused and tried to say I wasn't scheduled (thankfully I had the confirmations on my messages to prove I was). My pedi didn't even start until almost 11 as a result of this. Then she had me LEAVE or wait in between services THAT HAD BEEN SCHEDULED FOR WEEKS so she could see to a man because she booked herself wrong. No biggie I went and got food AT 2 pm when I should have been going home. Came back and due to all the commotion didn't notice in the salon that my hands and feet didn't match????? She even had the owner pull the same color dip for my hands as my feet so why wld I think it's wrong? I had my shoes on before my hands were done and didn't see the difference. She then got glitter on 2 fingers that weren't even to have glitter on them. Despite all this I paid and still left a $50 tip because she tried to make up for it with a hot rock massage. I was appreciative of the effort. When I left she called me back again because she forgot to put alcohol on a nail she fixed and so I had to turn around and go back. Again I said nothing as we all have those days. I got home in real light and saw the clear difference. Red nails and Florida colored toes. I told her I would try to get in there this week before I fly out. She texts me at 7 am asking if I am coming in I was like um no I have to work and told you anyways I could only come after work. She then puts me with someone else and since 2 fingers still have glitter on them and shouldn't I said I want my nails to be the color I picked out. She then proceeds to tell me I HAVE TO PAY MORE! Um. Had I not had to leave in between my services and had my shoes on I wld have seen the difference. I accepted the nails with the glitter as I had been there ALL DAY and she wld have had to take the dip entirely off and I was done being there. But if I am coming back for a 3rd time then why would I not have it done properly??? you would think you would want to make it right?!!?! Never again. Do better. So disappointed. Don't waste your time going there. I see why they only have a few stars. Casey Knight can they fit me in when u go in for your standing nail appt? read more

Best nail place I have been to. If you're looking for personal nail technicians with great skill and artistry, this is your place! Prices are very reasonable. I go to Venessa and she is amazing!! They offer mani, pedi, massage and other services. Once you go, they treat you like family. I highly recommend! read more

Worst place ever!! I took my daughter and dropped her off.. she showed them the design and told them the shape she wanted! They did the design but not the shape but before that they told her "$80 do you even have enough money" then they did her nails with the designed she wanted but not the nail shape she wanted, also left polish on her hands! They did not talk to her the whole time, nail tech was on her phone most the time, never said a word to her, but they talked amongst them selves, in English.. my daughter said the only thing they were worried about was $$$.. they asked her at the end about money and was going to charge her more but she pd the $80 and left out before they had a chance.. read more

I was already hesitant about going there because of where it's located but I heard such good reviews from friends. Location is right in front of a rough apartment complex that's had quite a few shootings and drug problems. So, I didn't feel safe. Location aside, I decided to make the venture anyway with an open mind. I was not happy with the service I received or the way I was treated. The waiting area wasn't very comforting or inviting. The colors/theme of the place was too busy for me. Just did not feel very relaxing. The pedicure chairs looked worn and did not do the trick at all. Let's just say there are much better out there. Even mediocre would've been a step up from those. The people that were in the shop were gossiping to each other and I felt like I was interrupting "their" time. I did not feel welcomed at all. Must've just been a bad day for that person. Won't be returning and will not recommend to friends or family. Gave 2 stars because at least they got the polish on my toes. read more

Went there to get my nails soaked off from a friend of mine and the owner was talking crap about me the whole time Right next to me! To another client! She said to the person "I don't understand why people always go to people who don't do good and pay more when they can just come here and get it cheaper." Very rude and horrible experience just getting my nails soaked off. Would not recommend. If I could give them 0 stars I would. read more

My nail tech must've been having a rough day, because she complained the entire time! I wasn't sure if she was annoyed with me, or just annoyed in general. Yeah the nails look great, but I got a stand off vibe. read more

$80. $80 for coffin nails, that they charge I believe $15 extra for, and plus "nail art" which was just squiggly lines, cost an extra $1 for each nail. $5 for a bag with a nail buffer, and nail file that they make you purchase. $45 for acrylic gel which is reasonable, and then $5 for getting cuticle cut. By far, the most expensive nail salon I've gone too that charges for unreasonable things. I guess don't get coffin or stiletto unless you want to pay an extra $15. read more

I made an appointment weeks in advance for 11:30 am. They changed it to 11;45 which is fine. I arrived at 11:42, when I should have checked my email before hand. At 11:19 am, BEFORE my appointment they emailed me an email stating I had been a no show. How can I not show to an appointment that hadn't happened yet? Nowhere in the email confirming the appointment did it state to show early sooooo? When I showed the girl at the front desk she said she would tell the nail artist I was there, she did not. She remained seated. The nail artist I was supposed to see, Liz, was working on someone. They canceled me to work on a friend I'm assuming. Not a single apology, nothing. I will never give them business and I will tell everyone what they do. read more

Recently went to Creative Touch for a walk-in manicure. They were able to take me right away, despite being busy. My manicurist, Lala, was wonderful. I will definitely be back to see her in the future. Highly recommend. read more

Walked in and was served right away. Nice ladies! I believe they are sisters. Took their time and didn't rush my pedicure. And my french pedicure was done very well. Decent prices and clean atmosphere. The massage part is my favorite and the lady helping me didn't rush my massage like most do. I will definitely be returning! read more

When setting up my appointment they were very informative and explained everything about their procedures. I felt they were concerned about health with regard to my nails. My pedi was excellent. She spent a lot of time taking off old gel job to put on new gel. I had one gel powder fake nail from another shop and they could have said it has to come off to do another for more money / but said it still looked very nice. They do a new and innovative dipping procedure into gel powder on top of your own nails. I was extremely pleased. read more

Reme was awesome and gave me a set of beautiful gel polished nails. Interior is nice, color selection is large too.
