She recommends products that will help my issues and I tried the deep conditioner recommendation and it left my hair with shine and no frizz. I explained my limited schedule and asked if I could come in on Saturday for a touch-up. The owner offered to squeeze me in but stated there would be no time for a blowout. I explained that drying my hair was necessary to confirm the color was corrected, but the response I received made me uncomfortable. I ultimately declined the appointment and said I would wait until my next scheduled visit. The owner then replied that I should find another salon that could better meet my needs. It's disappointing, as I truly liked my stylist and had enjoyed my experiences there up until this point. I suppose the moral of the story is that how a business handles customer concerns says as much about its professionalism as the quality of its work.

I accidentally went to here instead of the other location where my appointment was and the other location had to cancel my appointment. I was so sad because of how excited I was to get my hair done, but the manager came over and moved some things around to fit me in so I could get my hair done, which made me so happy. Madie did my hair that day and I was extremely nervous for judgment due to how badly my hair was damaged and the fact that I used box dye. She never judged me one and instead explained what we could do for my hair to keep it moisturized until we grow all the damaged hair out. She recommended products to help me, services we could do to help my hair be hydrated since it was so dry, along with other tips to help me at home. She was so understanding, helpful, and kind which made me look forward to my upcoming appointments with her. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially Madie

She's amazing at all aspects of the job; she knew what was best for my hair type, interpreted the style I was going for perfectly, and we had amazing conversation while she was doing so! I even got to meet her amazing kids for a moment as they showed up for a surprise visit for her, and they were so sweet? Case in point, it was one of the best haircuts I've actually ever had, I left a 25% tip and honestly wish I could afford to leave more! Angela is not only an amazing artist, but also a spectacular presence in general. I'm glad that we even have one being a "smaller" town! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and is always immediate on greeting. The store is clean and kept tidy every time I'm in. Although a beauty store, it is family friendly and inviting of those with younger children. I've been in a few time and seen little ones with parents and they have been welcomed as much as someone without. The worst decision of my life I went in for a haircut originally. She suggested a perm and I questioned the health of my hair. She assured me multiple times it was just fine and she "does this all the time" Tiffany, I pray you don't. I am left with hair so damaged I have no clue where to start. I have a BALD SPOT on the front if my head. How am I supposed to cover or re grow that?? 1. The hair cut was pretty bad, the layers weren't blended AT ALL. 2. My hair was literally burned off I have a BALD SPOT 3. She used a $20 treatment without letting me know then "apologized" for charging me All after me tipping her VERY generously for a cut the day before. Servicescape: From the exterier the salon has a plesant look, and is actually pretty cute. However, when you step inside you probably will have mixed emotions. The salon has a mix between salon/salon school feel to it. With that said, though, some of the staff are really nice and do try to help you feel welcome. In terms of new products or latest trends the salon is limited (i.e. no new keratin treatments, express blowout's, etc.).
