We were so pleased with the quality of work and professionalism we got from Bobby and Ivan. They worked hard to complete our basement remodel within a tight time frame, and they stayed within our original budget. We had about 100 linear feet of drywall and framing constructed, sanded and painted. We also had about 515 sq feet of vinyl flooring installed along with a rubber base molding. These guys did such a great job throughout the whole project, we couldn't be happier with the results. We can be pretty picky, but Bobby kept us informed every step of the way and had practical solutions to any issues that arose. Bobby Simic and his guy did a very good job painting the main areas of my house, and it wasn't easy given the cathedral ceiling and the need to cover up drywall seams in the ceiling. They were careful, efficient, and fast despite it all. The price was competitive with other quotes, too. OMG, Bobby was my nightmare. His quote wan NOT best price but we got recommendation so we decided to go for him. That was wrong. We asked paint whole house and small handyman works. First, his quote is very unprofessional. He did some work items without telling us prices even though we asked. Also there is no description what he did and how much each project costs. He said he would paint double coating, but I can see a few places where the old paint can still be seen. And he did not take door handles before he painted doors but he charged us top price. Second, he did NOT do correct handyman work. We had to hire someone to re-do the work because Bobby DID NOT do it correct. Not only that, he charged us for the stuff he did not do. Third, he was unwilling to remove items from the bill even though they had not been done. Seven of the thirteen items he agreed to do he never completed. He install a light fixture without asking and demanded that it covered the work he had not completed. I sent him an itemized note listing what I thought would be a fair negotiation to the price, the next morning we received a threatening email from him that if we refused to pay in full he would put a lean on our property. He ripped us off big time. I feel very betrayed and sad. I will NEVER recommend him to anyone! If you will hire him, remember our experience. read more

To be clear Bobby and/or Top Vision Inc. is not a company I would recommend to my worst enemy. My advice, do not work with them. If you want to know more about my famines story please read the review. Unfortunately Yelp does not allow me to comment back to Bobby's response to my wife. Or I am a Luddite and have not embarrassed Yelp. I am the husband of Miho S. I do not want to turn this into a he said she said debate. There is nothing to be gained in that. I want to clearly state our experience with Top Vision Inc. and Bobby. In that spirit I will start with my role in this matter. I travel almost every week for my job and have only one car to support (2) boys with activities on Saturday and Sunday. It took me four weeks to get to the property, which we are trying to sell and do not live in, to inspect the work that Bobby had done. The delay in response to the shoddy work is 100% my fault. Bobby has exaggerated the six weeks but is truthful that it was too long. I will own up to that. Our dispute with Top Vision Inc. is we received an estimate for work of (13) items that were supposed to be completed. They ranged from the mundane to substantial. Only (7) of the (13) quoted items were completed. Of the (7) items completed we had to hire an additional contractor to fix (4) of the items Bobby claimed to have completed. Simple math - Bobby charged us to fix (13) things but only successfully completed (2) of them. At this point we had paid Top Vision Inc. over $9,000. The morning after I sent Bobby an email questioning the charges we sent a Chase Quick Pay of an additional $2,000.Leaving a debit of roughly $1,300. At this point we had paid over $11,000 to Top Vision Inc (Bobby). We did not agree with some of the workmanship but we had agreed with the contract and felt responsible to pay for the work completed. Our only question/dispute was about the (7) items not completed - we did not even mention the (4) items we needed to pay a different contractor to fix. Within (5) hours I received an email from Bobby threatening to put a lean on the property. One we did not live in and were tying to sell. Long story short. I was a bad actor because of my delayed response to the shoddy workmanship and lack of follow through from Top Vision Inc. (Bobby). Top Vision Inc. did not complete their contract and threatened legal action if we did not pay them the quoted price. We consulted with an attorney who recommended that the $1,300 was not worth the cost of not selling the property. Bobby had us over a barrel and took full advantage of it. Buyer beware. This is not a reputable company or individual. read more
