Roy and his company did a great job with a stucco issue we had. A while ago we had someone else open an existing garage static vent by cutting the exterior stucco... but we should have left it to Roy and his stucco professionals. You can see how it looked in the "Before" picture. Roy turned that sad state around and now the vent looks professionally done, and more importantly, it is now protected from the elements. The quality of work is great and they cleaned everything up afterwards. read more

The air conditioning set up at my house revealed that there was a leak and they had to open the wall to fix the issue. They referred me to Roy Meza who has done many jobs for them with great results. So Roy came out and gave an estimate and we picked him. He did a beautiful job closing the wall and matching the stucco. Prices were reasonable and his professionalism was superb! When I begin remodeling the interior of the house, he's the only one I'll trust to get it done right. I love great customer service and job done well and quickly. Highly recommended!! read more

When I moved into my home, I had a stucco wall enclosing the front yard and I said "that needs to be stucco'ed ASAP." Here I am, about a decade in, and I just got around to stucco my wall this year! I reached out for a few quotes and Roy Meza was one of the contacts who answered my request pretty quickly. He came out to do an estimate and gave me a fair price. He was no frills, which is what I appreciate in a business owner. Roy was pretty busy at the time of the job, but he and his crew were able to accommodate me. In addition to the stucco job, I also asked if he could add solar lights for me too, which he was able to do. I am pleased with the job and kept in regular communication with Roy to get the job done in a reasonable time. I showed my friends the before and after pictures here and one said that it definitely has boosted the curb appeal of the house, which it really has. I will definitely use Roy as a contact for future jobs and upgrades to my house! read more

Roy and his crew are reliable , communicate and do a real great job. I would highly recommend them. I contacted 4 different Contractors. Some call back , some don't keep there appointments . It was a nightmare to get a reliable quote from a reliable company that keep their appointments and will come to do a job. Roy runs a great company. They definitely went above and beyond their job. read more

Roy was attentive and very easy to talk to. He was quick to give an estimate through Yelp messaging with the pictures I provided and he was able to schedule the work for the following week. He did a very nice job of reconfiguring the stucco line to match the correct foundation lines and fix up some other sections around the house. Also helped put a house filter discharge line in the ground to hide it. Reasonable price for the amount of extra items I got him to do. Would recommend for future projects. read more

Roy was great to work with and a great communicator. I applaud him for keeping me updated via text when he was running late. Roy and his team did stucco repairs on an exterior wall for me. A small issue I had is with the color not matching as much as I had wanted. However, I understand that it is old stained stucco the crew is trying to match with new stucco. The texture match. So all in all Roy did a good job and earned the 5 stars. read more

Roy and his team did stucco repair, interior and full exterior painting on my house. Roy's team is fantastic, working around the rain and painting with a work ethic that is hard to match. The job was done on time and was amazing. The photos are exterior after. The interior was just as amazing as was the stucco repair. You can trust Roy which really makes contracting work easier for the customer. I fully recommend! read more

Our plumbing company did a kitchen sink drain line repair on a house in Carlsbad that required breaking out the stucco on the exterior wall of the house. Since our license doesn't allow us to do stucco repair, not to mention the fact that we just aren't all that good at it, we called Top To Bottom Construction to handle it for us. Roy was a pleasure to deal with, responded to my request for a quote right away, showed up when he said they would, and did a great job patching the stucco on our customer's home. In case you didn't know, they also do drywall repair! read more

There is not enough room in this review to sing the praises of Roy and his team. This team was prompt, hard working, extremely affordable and all projects were done in a timely manner. What started as a stucco project turned into a complete makeover of the property. The only word I can find to describe the quality of their work is amazing. Simply amazing. I'm talking from the start of stuccoing the entire house. Resurfacing and painting my deck. To extensive concrete work. From the minute they were on property the entire team was nothing but all business. All the work was completed from start to finish including trash removal. When Roy and his team were done. All you saw was the completed work. You could not even tell they had been there. I have been using contractors for years. By far, Top To Bottom Construction easily blows the competition away. read more

Roy and his team did a great job! We had a tough case- we have horrible texcote (thank you previous owners‍)on our house that was peeling away, leaving open patches all over. They were able to repair the patches and make it look amazing. They also repaired several other problem areas around our house and made them look great! We thought we had to sandblast and completely restucco our house, which would have cost us 20K. Roy and his team were able to save us so much and give our stucco many more years of life. read more

Roy's team did both out stucco repair including weep screen (our old house had no barrier to prevent water damage). They did s great job matching the existing texture. We also had his team paint with 5 different colors and as you see, they did s great job. His team also painted a separate building, out cabana and it looks great. Very happy with outcome! read more

Roy was really great. He came to my house and fixed mold that I had in my ceiling from a leak. He showed me all the parts of the drywall that was affected and changed it out. Roy and his crew were great to work with. He has done several jobs around our house including fixing a broken beam, patching a hole in our stucco, and installing a new fence. Roy is consistent, up front about cost and flexible. We had last minute changes in doing our fence but, he was great about accommodating our needs. He even had wood he was planning to use to replace his home fence and was willing use it instead of the identical wood that was wet from the store. One or twice they had to change our day due to a project running late, but he communicated when this was happening. All of his work is done at a professional level. I would definitely recommend these guys to a friend. read more

I reached out to Roy when we had our lumber delivery driver put a huge hole into our wall. I needed more than just a patch job, I needed someone who could make sure that there wasn't any additional inside damage. Roy came out the same day and provided a written quote. When I called him to schedule the work he was able to come within a couple of days. He was very thorough with his work, stopping by after each step of the process, paper/lathe, stucco, paint, to make sure his work turned out perfect and that was all good. We couldn't be happier with the result, you wouldn't even know there was ever a hole, the texture and color match so perfectly. Will definitely use him again in the future. Thank you! read more

I reached out to several contractors on Yelp about repairing a crack in the stucco. Roy responded saying he could come by around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday to provide an estimate. 3:30 p.m. on Saturday and came and went, and no one showed up. There was no message from Roy, either. I reached out to him a little after 3:30 p.m. to see if he was coming by. He replied, "how about tomorrow." I decided to give him another chance because of the other good reviews on Yelp. He told me he would come by around noon on Sunday. Well, noon on Sunday came and went, and, again, no one showed up. There was no message from Roy to explain his no-show either. read more

Had plumbing work done which required several sections cut out of the interior and exterior walls. Of the four other contractors I called, Roy was the only one who showed up to give an estimate to patch the stucco and drywall. His price was very good and he was able to start the job within 2 days so we went ahead with the work. He was able to match the textures perfectly and after painting you'd never guess that the walls were ever opened up. Will be using this company for any of my future projects, five stars. read more
