Been going here for 7 years, love it here! Never have gotten a bad haircut and always affordable. Highly recommend

I go here with my son for our haircuts. Top Cuts is a great place for a haircut at reasonable prices.

I took my daughters to Top Cuts for the first time last weekend and it won't be the last. Although the place was full, she was able to get to us quickly. She did a GREAT job and the price was unbeatable. I've paid twice the price for children's haircuts for less quality. This place is perfect! read more

Went to this place because i needed a haircut asap and saw many good reviews. The haircut was really fast and came out great! She's a very competent at her job and the price is cheaper than anywhere ive been to! read more

Always got good hair cuts till today. There is a new lady working there (stay away from the left chair). I asked for a two on the side blended LOW with a trim on top. She used the clippers all the way up the side of my head (uneven between sides) and trimmed half of the top. It looks terrible... Will have to wait months before its long enough to fix read more

No more hair masters, great clips, super cuts, sport clips, and any location that was nearby when I needed a haircut. Dad recommend this place when I first moved to the area. It was the first place I went to since moving back from Eastern, WA. I have never got a haircut from anywhere else since moving to this area. I had my haircut by Kim and Tuan. Both are excellent hair professionals. They go off your mood. I've been going here since May 2015 at least once a month or every two weeks depending on special occasions such as work, parties, or family events. I always tip and I always have a conversation with both of them. You have to start a conversation and get to know them they are excellent at customer service and they respond to how you talk with them. I am always friendly, respectful, and talk about random things with them. Say something...anything... Don't be silent because it creates a weird impression on the whole salon experience. They love to talk and interact with their clients. If you are a regular you will feel welcomed and truly cared about to the max. If you are not a regular they will welcome you. Don't be afraid to talk because you are worried about your haircut. I've noticed that negative attitudes will cause bad experiences. Thankful, friendly, and smiling goes a long way even if you don't tip, no problem. I've learned a lot from both Kim and Tuan. I've learned a lot from clients getting their haircut next to me. I've learned things like stock investments and places to travel to in Vietnam and around the world. I learned The best places to eat in Seattle and the surrounding area. They both know about me personally and always ask how I am doing. I prefer Tuan he knows my haircut and takes his time with extra care. I will be going here for years. Even if I have to drive a long distance. I will say that I could go here for 10 years or more and look forward to it. To me it's like a true barbershop. I even talk to them about business ideas and personal things out loud. Don't be shy and be thankful don't be critical it's not a haircut that makes you stand out. It's your personality and even if they mess up my haircut which has never ever happened I wouldn't care because I always have a outstanding and joyful and different experience and time there and I'm done in 15 to 20 minutes. read more

Top Star Cuts - Top Cut #1 haircut salon. 2nd to None l! My Dad pictured the one that recommend it. He needs a haircut :)! July 2016 - Barbers Near Me - Everett, Washington

I went to many different places for hair cut but I wasn't satisfied. I am so happy I found Kim. She is great and fast. Good thing about this place, you do not need to make an appointment. If you are looking for a good hair cut, see Kim:) read more

I am a male with irregularly thinning hair, which is easy to over thin, or miss thicker sections, leaving random long hairs, or a boxy, or bowled profile, but Kim pulled off a great cut in around ten minutes both times I went in. read more

This place is fantastic... I came in a few minutes before the shop opened and Kim dropped everything to get started on my cut and color. I was impressed how efficiently she worked, as she was the only stylist there at the time and had to squeeze me in between appointments. She gave me a great cut and color and even an eyebrow wax (while also taking the time to work on other customers)- and I was even able to get to work early! Thank you, fellow "yelpers" for recommending this place! read more

Inexpensive price with quality cut, can't beat that. I'll be back next year when I visit for the holidays.

GREAT place for a kids cut! No waiting, fast, quality cut, very patient with my active little guy and the cut turned out so cute! And the price - only $12 bucks! read more

It's a lot of fun getting my haircut here, and I was very happy with the cut. Pricing is straightforward and posted on the wall so there is no confusion. Ask for Tuan. Highly recommend. read more

We were looking for a barber shop that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for kids haircuts and stumbled upon this gem through yelp reviews! THANK YOU YELP! The ladies were fantastic!!! Extremely friendly to us and to our small kids, very quick and efficient, and we loved the end result. Will certainly be coming back to this establishment THANK YOU! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! My daughters hair was destroyed! Kim does not know how to do a foil touch up! She ended up with the entire top of her head completely bleached orange...I have never seen such a botched job. Within 2 hours a true professional had to be sought to fix the mess Kim created. My daughters hair has been severely damaged and will need to grow out completely! In addition, when my daughter started to cry, Kim became rude and defensive, blaming my daughter for her mistakes! I would not have even given this a 1 star, but had to in order to complete this review... read more

I am always pleased with the hair cut as well as the service! I have gone there for my last 6 hair cuts or so and do not expect to change that anytime soon. read more

I went to Top Cuts 6 weeks ago and can't say enough about the haircut I received from Kim. It was not a horribly long wait even though there were 1 1/2 cuts before me. She is really fast. My haircut is perfect and zero maintenance, just the way I like it. Also, I'm an introvert and it was really easy to converse with Kim. She has a great sense of humor so it was a fun experience. I'm heading over right now for a trim! read more

Very disappointed with what happened to my daughter. We brought in a picture because we wanted to make sure she understood what she was looking for. Her hair was all one length at her collarbone and she just wanted some long layers, that's it. She hacked her hair so bad and gave her a mullet! I was horrified. Her once long collar bone length bangs were up to her nose. I told her to take nothing off of her bangs! I had to take my daughter into a top salon the day after because it was a mess. The lady looked at me and said "what happened to her hair!?!" Never again! read more
