Long story short, he had to leave due to previous appointments but he scheduled a return visit and was able to track things down and fix the issue with minimal trouble. You could call it "minimally invasive surgery" on my house :). At all times he was polite, friendly, professional and he and his crew all got along very well (despite what Lauren H. had to say about him). They even swept my floors to clean up any mess they had made. I don't know what going rates are for electrician work but the fact that he came out on a moments notice on Saturday morning and charged what I considered to be a reasonable fee gets a big thumbs up from me.

I didn't know what the underling conditions were, but just knew that it was an emergency. It happened in the evening and I needed someone to come out immediately. That same day, I called Bernard at 4:30pm, just for him to instantly respond, and come over to my home by 6pm! He was able to properly evaluate the issue, give me a full diagnosis of the issue, and provided me a solution that would not only guaranteed my home's restoration but was also extremely cost efficient! Turns out he did and showed up on time. Very professional, asked a few questions about the circumstances that may have caused the issue. Once on the scene he proceeded to check the outlets and determined that the wall switch that controlled the outlets had been turned off inadvertently. Turned the switch on and power restored. Lyndy was here about 15 minutes and would not charge me for the service call. In fact he wouldn't take any money. Most contractors charge you for a service call and travel time.
