He and his assistant busted their humps to figure out the problem but it turned out to be something REALLY odd that nobody had run into before. Long story short, he had to leave due to previous appointments but he scheduled a return visit and was able to track things down and fix the issue with minimal trouble. You could call it "minimally invasive surgery" on my house :). At all times he was polite, friendly, professional and he and his crew all got along very well (despite what Lauren H. had to say about him). They even swept my floors to clean up any mess they had made. I don't know what going rates are for electrician work but the fact that he came out on a moments notice on Saturday morning and charged what I considered to be a reasonable fee gets a big thumbs up from me.

Turns out he did and showed up on time. Very professional, asked a few questions about the circumstances that may have caused the issue. Once on the scene he proceeded to check the outlets and determined that the wall switch that controlled the outlets had been turned off inadvertently. Turned the switch on and power restored. Lyndy was here about 15 minutes and would not charge me for the service call. In fact he wouldn't take any money. Most contractors charge you for a service call and travel time. Stamp Electric is a great company. I highly recommend them.
