I didn't know what the underling conditions were, but just knew that it was an emergency. It happened in the evening and I needed someone to come out immediately. That same day, I called Bernard at 4:30pm, just for him to instantly respond, and come over to my home by 6pm! He was able to properly evaluate the issue, give me a full diagnosis of the issue, and provided me a solution that would not only guaranteed my home's restoration but was also extremely cost efficient! I had 3 rooms in my home that's were all connected on the same circuit breaker (very old home) causing constant power overloads constantly and wire burn outs. Bernard, said that he would separate these rooms into different breakers on my panel.
