After sending photos and doing some phone troubleshooting, we were told we needed a part--and that we'd be lucky if it was fixed before Christmas. Then came a video call with Jason from the DMV area, from ABDB Home Services, who patiently walked us through the process. As it turned out, all it needed was a simple cleaning of a clogged duct--something we could do ourselves. And just like that, it works! We're beyond grateful for the kindness, expertise, and perfect timing. Warmth restored just in time for Christmas!

I found out on my last visit that after a month they had not even ordered the necessary parts for installation. the gentleman that sold me the stove never even remembers who I am. Over the course of a year they still never properly fixed my pellet stove. Each tech that came out thought it was a different problem. Then they said they're weren't able to find parts for my stove but in 5 minutes I found options online. I ordered the part I needed, replaced it and it works fine now. Sadly that was after wasting way too much money on this outfit. If you haven't engaged them yet, run away while you still can.

They told me that they had the measurements and that the office would call me with a new insert for me to buy. When the fuse was put in correctly, the unit got power.
