Connor is the best! It's important to point out that the…read moreonly way I ever even knew about this business was because I asked Yelp to help me find someone to take the old tint off my windows and apply new tint. He responded to my yelp request and was so professional and easy to work with through text messaging. I could tell immediately he was a hard worker who cared about my business. I waited on going through with it because Life got busy - and when I reached back out, I found that he had left the business he was with when we first started texting and went to start his own business. Both his former establishment and he... Were so professional about the fact that he had left one business and started his own. The other business even referred Connor to me at his new location. I thought that was really respectable! You will not be disappointed... Connor was quick and very efficient and even took the time to show me the difference between the tint he took off my car that was bubbling and purple and the new tint that he put on. I was concerned about the color of the tint from inside the car and that it would be dark, but not too dark. He did the best job ever! And he used a special steam process to takeoff the old tint. The location is very nice and there was a nice waiting area for me while they did the work. I could see them working right in front of me and trust this place completely! This is the place you want to go... They also offer a lifetime guarantee for their work, and even if I sell the car, they will uphold that guarantee to the new owner!

This company would never send any personal information regarding inquiries they have had. What this woman fails to mention is that I was already aware that she would try to copy our parts and knew who it was long before she ever requested a quote from AP. They stood by me as a long time customer and politely told her that they would not use my tools that I paid for to manufacture parts for her. That is integrity. They will not take a dime at someone else's expense. They never once gave me any of her personal information, not even her name. She went out of her way to locate my manufacturer with the intention of having my products copied and it was handled poorly on MY end, not by AP. I want to take the full blame for that review, as I should not have posted about it publicly.

They are also the supplier of another company that sells aluminum blanks. Instead of just kindly declining my request for a quote, be sure the shapes were to similar to what they already provided to another company, they instead sent screen shots of my request to the other company, which therefore posted it on social media, and I can only assume sent private messages of my information when they said they would "PM you the info" in order to try and negatively impact my business. I WILL NEVER recommend this company to anyone! So unprofessional to share my personal information with another competitor of mine. Not to mention, when I sent them what they said about me and the screen shots of it, they never responded with an apology or anything. This resulted in my name being drug in the mud as well as the other company messaging me to tell me to leave their supplier alone and harassing me. What a headache that could have easily been avoided had this company kept their mouth shut and not spread my information around publicly, after I specifically asked if my inquiry would be private. Very unprofessional company.

I hit something on the expressway that bent my drivers side front wheel on the inside lip causing a…read moresmall leak. After a Google of "bent wheel repair" I got several places and simply began calling the closest to me. I had to provide pictures of the damaged wheel so I removed the wheel and took several pics. After providing pics with details to several local wheel repair shops I was quoted a high of $450 and low of $200. AFW was actually recommended by a guy I called, because he only repaired wheel rash, not bent wheels. On AFW's website, I scheduled an appointment and though I did get an email confirmation, I called the morning of the appointment to confirm if they have a pickup service and if I can drive in or have to bring in the wheel. No pickup service. I only had a slow leak, so I was able to drive in and they removed the wheel for repair. Everyone I spoke with there is very friendly, answering all my questions concisely. The shop can be a little difficult to find as their main entrance is on the side, not visible from the street. It's a much larger shop than I expected with hundreds of wheels neatly stacked on shelves. There's a small lobby and waiting room, but after being told approximately how long it would take, I took a walk down the street to the Omelette Factory Santee. BTW, good food and super friendly staff AFW kept me informed of everything, from the time they started on my wheel, their assessment, an estimate and how long the repair will take. Approx 2-hours for my wheel damage. In short, American Wheel Factory is professional and absolute experts at their craft. My wheel is good as new and they were the least expensive. I highly recommend!

American Factory Wheel diagnosed it correctly right away. Turned out I had two bent wheels and a third that needed balancing, and they repaired all of it expertly. These guys genuinely know their stuff. They're the real experts, which is exactly why they came so highly recommended, including by high-end performance shops that don't send people just anywhere. Darren in the front office took impeccable care of me. I was in and out in a few hours, and the waiting room made it easy, comfortable and with solid wifi so I could actually get some work done. One thing that stood out before I even walked in: the owner, Josh, posts great videos walking through the repair process. That kind of transparency builds real trust and confidence. You know what you're getting before you hand over your keys. If you've got wheel damage, skip the guesswork and go straight to American Factory Wheel.

I removed all but 5-6 screws to keep the panel in place during transport. When I dropped off the doors, they gave me a reasonable price and assured me they could complete the job within my time frame. When I picked up the doors, they were wrapped in plastic. However, when I got home, I realized they had never removed the inner panel and had powder-coated over the screws, making it impossible for me to unscrew them and assemble the doors. I respectfully notified them of the issue. The staff handled my complaint professionally, with understanding and compassion--until the owner called me. He told me they don't remove screws and that a mechanic should have removed the three 1/4" screws beforehand. He also stated that I had signed a contract that didn't specify they would remove the screws. Okay, I get it. He offered to powder coat another product for free but refused to fix the doors. Again, okay, I get it. So, I asked if he would instead refund $500 of what I had spent. That's when he literally told me to "pound sand." I remained completely kind and professional throughout the entire process, but Phil, the owner, took it to another level. I own a business, and customer satisfaction is my top priority. Clearly, that is not the case for Phil. He is an unprofessional, arrogant man. Be careful when dealing with him--his employees are great, but Phil... not so much. Yikes. Oh phil you're a silly man you really earned this review.

It looks fantastic and It completely made the truck look brand new, huge difference. I didn't say it, but I was not stoked, I'm thinking, day ruined- We get there and 3 to 4 guys are helping with the forklift to carefully lift it onto his truck. They set it on there perfectly and then they proceeded to help him bolt it. Something he couldn't do by himself and there was zero possibility that I'd be able to push those things into place.
