FABULOUS Powder Coating, even for someone as "picky" as I…read more We recently moved into a small apartment and needed a very specific sized dinette set. We looked at literally 100's of tables and chairs and could find nothing that matched our needs, which is small enough, able to seat at the minimum 4 people and maybe 6 people, and "white". We finally gave up and decided we would have to go with size and take whatever color we could get. We found our table at IKEA, metal and black. They advertise it as their GRANA dining room table and chairs. After we got the table and chairs home from IKEA ($179.00), we left it in our car overnight to be put together the next day. After sleeping on it, we decided to contact someone to powder coat the set in white. Then, we would have our "dream" dinette set. My husband called around and got estimates and some input from the professionals in this field. We chose El Dorado Sandblasting because Bob seemed to be the most thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done. His estimate was not the highest, nor was it the lowest of those companies we talked to. We took the table and chairs to Bob that afternoon (a Friday). He gave me several "white" choices (samples) to bring home and think about over the weekend, as "white" is not a single choice. Monday, I called Bob with my "white" choice and they went to work on our set. We had hoped to have the set back by the following Friday as we were having our first visitors to our new place that weekend. The following Wednesday, Bob called and said the set was ready. Wow, Wow, Wow, FAST, FAST, FAST. We went and picked the setup, still in pieces (not put together yet). We were impressed with how thorough a job they had done, right down to all the screw heads. We brought the unit home, put it together, and realized what a beautiful job Bob had done with this set. Our final bill was $385.00, which included taking the set down to the steel, priming in white, and powder coating in white. They took the drab, black set and made it absolutely beautiful. We could not be happier. It was worth every penny!

Same-day service is impressive on rims on its own, but the finish is what really stands out. The powder coating on my Tesla Model 3 rims came out flawless--smooth, even, and better than factory. Victor and Hector were outstanding. Their professionalism, kindness and desire to do the right things were so refreshing. They ensured us it would match and they even took into account what part of the house got hit by the sun more than other parts - complete care :). I did not know a thing about this company before i called them and they just did a fabulous job. So much so, my neighbor is already calling them - gotta love referrals. Thank you Rapunzel, Victor and Hector - you are an amazing team and i am so glad we found you. Our house looks great - i hope we do not need to call you again but if we do, you are the only person i am calling. You will be super impressed with their work. Thank you, Thank you thank you Kathy

Their work is impeccable. I'm in love with my railing that they powder coated. What I didn't love…read morewas their lack of communication. I was told 7-10 day turn around time. On day 8, I called for an update, and was told I'd be called or emailed back...nothing. Called on day 10 and was told 2 more days, maybe. I had to call every time I needed an update. As the consumer, this is unacceptable. They came highly recommended by someone who uses them frequently. And maybe that's the key to good service, being a regular. If they had better customer service and communication they'd be 5 stars.

Even the specialist at Holland's Bikes of Coronado commented on how well they did on the powder coating of some pretty intricate parts. You'll be glad that you took your items to RW Little! Pay a little more? Hmm, not really. It's all worth it in the end! Brenda kept me posted on the status of my project and gave me a courtesy call when it was complete (under promised timeframe). I have ZERO complaints for RW Little and nothing but praise for their staff and their finished product. It was a pleasure doing business with RW Little and a big kudos goes to Brenda for all of her help; she stayed a little late for me one day while I was trying to get situated. It's attitudes like hers that will keep people/me coming back for years to come! ~Allen
