He uses a tile safe media called Max Strip, works great to remove the calcium without damaging the tile surface. When he was done, another guy came & vacuumed out the sand from the pool. I scheduled the service to be done a week later and I was provided with two courtesy calls, one day before and one hour before arrival, very nice of them. Two men arrived and performed the service and cleaned up after it was done. The took care to mask all of our windows and any areas that could have been damaged by the process. If you need sandblasting done I recommend this company! A couple words of warning: Sandblasting is a very loud and somewhat dusty process so warn your neighbors before having the work done.

He responded to my yelp request and was so professional and easy to work with through text messaging. I could tell immediately he was a hard worker who cared about my business. I waited on going through with it because Life got busy - and when I reached back out, I found that he had left the business he was with when we first started texting and went to start his own business. Both his former establishment and he... Were so professional about the fact that he had left one business and started his own. The other business even referred Connor to me at his new location.
