I was very embarrassed when I remembered, and I emailed Don to let him know the situation. He assured me that the lapse was no problem, and thanked me for keeping him informed. I might expect this caliber of treatment if I were living in an expensive, posh condo. That is certainly not the case however. He signed off that repairs were completed before closing. When I arrived, it was obvious that the water heater still didn't function and the new garage door was broken. He referred me to the plumber who wanted to charge me $598 to complete the repair (and possibly more work needed). I asked if he would contribute $500 to additional repairs since the 3 of us missed this at closing. It wasn't the money, just for good will as he clearly sold me a house and failed to fix items he agreed to in the contract. I was surprised he didn't agree to this as he asked me to change closing date to after 2024 because he needed a tax break for selling too many homes in 2024. Client satisfaction is not a priority to him. Also, do not use Integrity Plus Plumbing.

Aborrent management company that is unable to resolve any isses faced by the HOA community. The wildly unprofessional community manager, Mark and Joris (unaware of job title) continuously spoke over me during a phone call and also at HOA board meetings violating my rights to speak for 3 minutes as a homeowner per the CC&R's. I have been requesting for the contact information to file a formal complaint with this company since January of 2025 but still have yet to be provided the information. I cannot ensure that my questions or concerns are being viewed by the HOA board as Mark does not respond for 2 weeks or more at a time, does not provide information requested by residents at HOA meetings in a timely manner, and removes the CC for Admin when responding. Additionally, almost every HOA meeting is regarding the same issues, l.E. paint issues, storage doors. For paying $1,800 a month, something should be accomplished within a reasonable time frame. Extremely rude employees that cannot answer the most basic of questions. Highly disappointed and I will be posting this review on every page I can find.

I have had three contacts / property managers since I started working with them. My last property manager just quite with no notice and I can see why. This has to be the worst company in the valley with real estate and property management. I can see why they have so many bad reviews.
