"I'm just getting started with my own window-washing business and bartending on the side," he said. "Oh??? I could actually use someone! Our other guy was quite pricey." He gave me his card, and I called later that week. Matt is professional and extremely thorough (even down to the fact that he puts on booties over his shoes when he comes in the house.) We've been calling on him for several years now, and love to see that his business has grown (and rightfully so!) He now has a partner Tyler, and they both do a great job and will go the distance to work around our schedules: My husband, sons and I all work mostly from home now and we're occasionally in their way or on calls, so I'm sure it disrupts their normal routine. Now that it's been a few years, I even trust them with our garage code and am comfortable with them just doing their thing if I need to run an errand - and for me, that says a lot. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors often and and happy to write this 5-star review. BTW - Wheble's also repairs screens and does a great job!

They subcontracted a guy to come out & do the job, took him about 6 hours to do inside & outside of the windows, window frames, screens & window tracks. When I called to find out what happened, I was told I had the day wrong, that we had scheduled for Monday, November 23. I got a call on that day at 5 pm, after our scheduled 3 pm appointment, that they got a late start due to the cold weather and that they couldn't beat the sun to make our appointment. They said they'd TRY to get to me by Friday, November 27th. Based on this latest interaction, I'm 100% positive that my original November 16th date was correct and they flaked out on me. When I called them on it, he claimed I wrote it down incorrectly when I actually repeated it and double checked when the appointment was originally made. I really wanted to get this done, so I let it slide. I've moved past "denial" to "acceptance". Their unsustainable business model is flaking out on customers who are trying to pay them for a service. In the midst of a global pandemic, where a buck is hard to come by, I've been lied to and back-burnered by an alleged legitimate business. I think I'll call somebody who doesn't try to gaslight me and actually wants my business.
