I went through Costco so I liked the benefits that got me. So for the longer version... I had a few companies come out to give me quotes. I had one lady who was super rude, got upset when I told her I was getting other quotes, behaved as if this was her first time in someone's house, acted like she knew better than I, what I should have in my closet, drew my closet out by hand with pen and whiteout (what is this, the 90's?), and tried to upcharge me on everything, all the while telling me I was getting a 55% discount. Renee came in, was very polite, friendly, asked me what *I* wanted and then drew to those specifications, was very easy to work with, wasn't pushy, didn't use used-car-sales tactics, and the pricing was way better than any of the other quotes. Plus the design was via computer software so it was easy to visualize. And in between the design and install, she was very communicative about everything. Leonel and Ivan came in to install. Were very professional, cleaned up and were such lovely gentlemen. They took the time to explain everything and asked me to inspect before they left, which I really appreciated. The only thing I was a bit unhappy with was that I asked for the closets to be a certain width, hoping that it would be the insides, but unfortunately it included the wood, so sadly I can't use the hardware/baskets I was planning to add to my closet. That said, I willl gladly use Closet Factory for my next closet!

As a whole, the built-in is sturdy and beautifully built; moreover, all of my computer equipment fits seamlessly inside with no unsightly cords. I especially appreciated the design support for this project; having Elizabeth's assistance was crucial in designing a built-in that perfectly fits my needs. Despite the delays during the installation, based on the design support and the quality of the finished product, I would not hesitate to work with Closet Factory in the future. Original Review: I contacted Closet Factory in early September to request a built-in bookcase and desk for my home office. After working with my designer, Elizabeth -- who was and remains great -- I was told it would take a couple of weeks to order and receive the required materials. I was given an installation date of 2-3 October. On the first day of the installation, the installation team discovered that several components were the wrong size, either ordered incorrectly or sent by the manufacturer in the incorrect size. The job is less than half-completed in my office (I work from home) while we wait for replacement materials. That was October 3rd. They did attempt to charge my credit card as if they had completed the job. To their credit, when I called about the charge for the second half of the total cost (I had paid the first half upfront), they promptly refunded the amount, pending the actual completion of their contractual obligations.

I went in for "a few things."…read more By that I mean: shelf liner, hooks (plural and way overanalyzed), a step ladder, a potato peeler, and a very specific type of hanger. The hangers were the main character. Everything else was supporting cast. Some people impulse-buy...shoes. I impulse-buy organization systems. I have been known to remove products from their original packaging so I can place them into more aesthetically appealing storage containers. This is not a cry for help. It is a lifestyle and an intentional choice. Yes, I could have ordered everything online. But convenience wasn't the point. I wanted to see the products. I wanted to be seduced by perfectly arranged displays of...systems. And frankly, I needed to get out of the house. Back to the hangers. A very specific type. A very specific color. Blonde wood. This was not optional. I walked in like a man on a mission only to find the display empty. Again. This has happened before. I felt that quiet retail heartbreak and moved on, primary objective unfulfilled. There is something uniquely disappointing about an empty hanger display when your closet vision depends on tonal consistency. Then an employee asked, "Are you finding everything okay?" I decided to be brave and answered with one word: "No." She paused. That was clearly not the expected script. After a moment, she said she'd grab the manager. Enter John, manager, who found me mid spiral, comparing approximately 47 varieties of hooks. I explained the hanger situation and mentioned that this particular stock issue felt...recurring. He calmly said he'd check the back for new inventory. I returned to my hook deliberations, down to about 12 finalists, when John and the original employee approached me carrying boxes. And boxes of MY hangers. It felt like a retail miracle. I may not have audibly gasped, but internally? Full on happiness. They were gracious, apologetic about past stock gaps, and genuinely helpful. John smiled and said, "All you have to do is ask." Well, duh. Sometimes growth looks like saying "no" in a polite tone at The Container Store. I left with everything I came for, plus more hangers than any reasonable person needs, and appreciative of the customer service. I'll be back. Probably for drawer dividers.

They have EVERYTHING your heart could desire for storage, in all shapes and sizes. Prices are fair. Sales are great. If you buy online and pick up at the store, you get 20% off. I needed shoe boxes, so bought a case. Oddly, they seem a little smaller, or maybe my feet/shoes got bigger? Will compare with much older boxes currently in my closet. They do have boxes for high heels and boots, but I am paring down my collection of very high heels and adding more walking shoes. The shoe boxes were brought out to my car by a cheerful, friendly woman. This was a very easy process. I didn't want to go inside, because I had more errands and really didn't want to find something that I want, but don't need, lol. This place is a huge temptation for me!

The organizing company helped me implement new strategies to keep up with everything and get my family members excited about keeping the house tidy too! I actually hired another organizer a few years ago, and she acted more like a cheerleader - she sat in a chair while i sorted through papers. My experience with the organizing company couldn't be more different! Our organizer (Christina) was very hands-on. She helped install shelving units, cleared out boxes, sorted things for us, labeled where everything went.. it was such a blessing to have her in our house! I watched my space transform from barely livable to a beautiful home that I was proud to invite my friends to. I highly recommend the organizing company. I had tons of large furniture, belongings, and a super difficult apartment to access (4th floor, lots of hallways, and no freight elevator). The whole process took about 3 hours. Not only were the rates so reasonable/affordable, but this was the only service in town that was able to help me on such short notice. The movers, (Steve and Trent), were strong, kind, and extremely pleasant to talk to. I appreciated their help so much that I am booking their moving services again to move the rest of my belongings from a storage unit at my prior apartment complex into my new storage unit at the beginning of August. I have nothing bad to say about this service and I'm really fortunate that I stumbled upon them. I just read some of the other reviews, and all of that combined with how great my experience was makes it clear that Lahni takes customer satisfaction really seriously. If you're looking for great service and good communication, definitely check these guys out!

When I reached out to the owner about being disappointed, she kept putting the blame on us, to say WE didn't declutter. WE never got asked. Still have cups with no matching lids, mugs we no longer use, multiple bowls we could of downsized, utensils we have multiple of. After MANY back and forth conversations and requesting a partial refund, she refused and all that was offered was for her and potentially one other to come back for another 5 hours. One of her people was judgmental and said a few hurtful things while here. You were here already for 7 hours, we no longer wanted you in our home again. Super disappointed as we have used their company for other parts of our house. Garage and basement, they are great at. Anything else, too expensive for the lack of promised services. Hired someone else at a fraction of the cost and in 8 total hours she has already knocked out 3 rooms. 1 single person!!! 3 rooms in 8 hours. This company, 3 people, 7 hours, hardly got through 2 rooms. Save your money.

They were responsive, had a ton of different color and texture options (hundreds of choices) and did an outstanding job with the install. We wanted to reuse our remnant piece of quartz from our MBB project that had coincidentally been done by the fabricator down the street from Out of Sight. The fabricator (Rock Solid - AVOID!) couldn't cut a simple rectangle correctly until their third try. Even though Out of Sight had no responsibility to install another vendor's product, they came back twice on our behalf to install it, even taking it back to Rock Granite (completely unresponsive to us) to fix their errors. And OOS didn't charge us for the trips. THAT's customer service. We're thrilled with how everything turned out from Out of Sight. Strongest recommendation for custom closet work.

I absolutely am a fan and endorse her work based on my experience. I originally called Organized by Keli because I was moving in from out of state and I had sprained my ankle badly right before the move. I knew I would need help so I interviewed via email and phone a few organizers I found via Google and Yelp in the area. I found Keli easy to talk with and liked how she worked. What I didn't have a good time with, however, was with the movers. Turns out my ankle injury was to have time to heal before our stuff would arrive due to a serious truck driver shortage and our belongings remained in a warehouse waiting for a driver... for 40 days. It was over a month before I can give Keli an actual date range when our stuff would finally arrive... at a time when my husband would be away and I would have to tackle it all solo. When I booked and pre-paid Keli, just knowing that she would be coming with her team helped me to be more relaxed about the daunting task ahead. When the items were finally piled in my house, Keli was able to work flexibly with me on getting her team out to help me. My ankle was healing but the arrival of our things means there was only two weeks before the kids start their school year! Talk about being behind an eight ball! Luckily Keli had a great team of people who put in 24 hours of man hours in a day. They were able to get the Kitchen AND Master Bedroom with 2 closets all done in the first day! Second day they worked on the office, basement, and kids bedrooms. Keli and her team are the nicest people who I definitely didn't mind around my house and around my kids. I ended up purchasing a few extra hours outside of my package to fine-tune things and I am also super thankful for the team helping to get rid of all the boxes that were processed!
