Quality service and well priced. Highly recommend.

Walk in service provided and I was not disappointed. Great customer service and nail tech experience. Recommended if you are seeking nail art.

I made an appointment at Top Nails for yesterday (the day before Valentine's Day) and I received top quality service from Kathy. She's the sweetest nail tech. She gave me the exact design I wanted for a great price. The nail salon is so calm and relaxing. I'll definitely be returning!

The lady was extremely precise with the image I showed her for my acrylics. :) Definitely better quality and skill than I've seen in other locations.

Love this place! Downloaded Yelp JUST for this review. Jimmy and Xu are awesome! They give you exactly what you ask for, and are very efficient and skilled!

Went to this nail salon today! And I absolutely love my nails. "Jimmy" is the one that did them today, he took his time but did an absolute amazing job! My first time here :)! Thank you again. Great people working and communicates with their customers!

I asked for number 485. The number on the bottle matched, but what came out of the bottle clearly doesn't match the swatch I'm pointing to.

The first time I came here, the service was great. The nail tech was really thorough and she did a great job and the gel lasted for just under 3 weeks. The second time I came here, I did NOT have a good experience. I came in for a gel mani. During the nail trimming I asked about a gel matte top coat. I was told it costed 5$ on top of the gel manicure. I thought that was really expensive in comparison to other nail shops so I declined to add it. My nail tech didn't speak very much English (not a problem), it seemed, so the male nail tech next to her kept interjecting in our exchanges and interrupting his own client to answer my question. I appreciate the help with the language barrier but I felt bad that he kept stopping the work he was doing on the lady next to me. During the whole matte top coat exchange, he kind of laughed at me for saying it was really expensive. Then he translated to my nail tech and they giggled together. I know they were talking about my question because he specifically said "matte gel". Then when the owner (I'm guessing) came over, the male nail tech told him about my question and they all giggled again. It was rude and kind of off-putting. After my nail tech had done the first coat of the color I'd chosen I noticed that the color on my nails had more of a pink hue to it than the neutral grey/beige I had picked out (see photo). So I told her it was really pink and asked why it didn't match the gel swatch I had picked it from. Once again, the male nail tech interjected and told me that it's the manufacturers fault. He asked if I wanted to take it off but I honestly didn't have time to start all over again. Usually a nail tech will show you the color on your nail after they've done one nail to make sure the color is what you were looking expecting. My nail tech did not do this so I didn't realize the color was wrong until it was too late. I was visibly disappointed and held up the swatch next to my hand so they could see that it didn't match. They just kinda shrugged and asked, "so it's good?". No. It's not good. Now I'm stuck with a color I don't like and the nail techs didn't even try to fix the situation aside from starting over. They did not offer a discount or a credit or any kind of apology at all. I'm not looking for a hand out, but at least try to make your customers happy, instead of laughing at them. So now I'm stuck with a color I don't like and the polish seems kind of thick, so I don't think it will even last as long as it's supposed to before it starts lifting. This visit was not worth the money. And I probably will not go back or recommend the business to friends.

What a horrible experience my daughter and I had at Top Nails. We both came in for a full set. We had an appointment at 3 and weren't seen until 3:30 and 3:40 since it was so packed. My daughters nail technician cut her and mine rushed through everything. Pictured is what I left with. Absolutely horrible work.

Jimmy did my mani and pedi. I was a walk in and he worked very quickly but he knows what he's doing! I'll definitely keep coming here and requesting Jimmy each time.

Decent salon for the area. Got a mani and pedi there for the first time. Caroline did a very nice job. I thought the place would be empty because there are no recent reviews but I think people go by word of mouth. That was the case with me, at least. Prices are ok for the area. The place is clean. Nothing outstanding or horrible. Just your average salon for a small town.

Full set w/UV Gel and pedi. Kathy is back! She was away for a while but she's back now and she does such a great job! I love how attentive she is and you can tell she really cares about what she's doing. Always love her customer service. Thanks Kathy!

The guy who did my nails did an awesome job! Definitely recommend this place! I had them give me a pedicure and it came out really nice!

Came here with my sis and her daughter for Mother's Day. They were happy with their services tho I think the gel polish is uneven. I got a gel pedicure and the tech was very rushed and did a pretty crappy job on my polish. Her nails kept pinching my skin, she filed my skin off and kept twisting my toes in painful directions. She ended up getting most of the gel polish on her hands and the inside of the light box. I would have asked to have them done over by someone else but I'd already been there for an hour and a half and was pretty fed up.

Definitely recommend. Laurie was my nail tech and not only did she do a good job, she was welcoming and warm, I'll definitely return. Thank you!

Eyebrow Sculpting FAQ: What will they look like immediately after the procedure?

Your brows may be a little swollen, red and sometimes a bit white. This is all very normal. They will be considerably darker for the first week, before they begin to fade out to a softer color.

Eyebrow Sculpting FAQ: How do you choose a color?

We choose a color together by applying small amounts of different colored pigments to the skin near to your brows and selecting the best match for your skin tone, features and personal preference.

Eyebrow Sculpting FAQ: How do you choose the shape?

We choose a shape and style together. At the beginning of the microblading procedure, our techs will draw in a suggested shape for your new brows and then we work together to perfect this to your preference and measurements are taken to check… Read more

Eyebrow Sculpting FAQ: Do I need a patch test?

Yes, all clients need a patch test at least 48 hours before the procedure. This can be posted out to you, if you live a long distance away

Eyebrow Sculpting FAQ: What if I don’t like it?

There are several things we can do. Your eyebrows can be modified to a point. Our techs will work with you until you are satisfied with your results. Additional charges may apply.

Eyebrow Sculpting FAQ: What kind of pigments are used?

All the colors are iron-oxide based and have been FDA approved. A wide range of colors are available so that our techs can help you choose what works best for your facial and hair color.

Eyebrow Sculpting FAQ: What can’t I do after the procedure?

The number one thing Lyna cannot stress enough is please DO NOT TOUCH your microbladed brows for at least 7 to 10 days! Touching your brows interrupts the healing process and you will be left with a less than desirable result once your brows have… Read more

Eyebrow Sculpting FAQ: How long does it take to heal?

Healing time varies from person to person. Usually, it takes about a week to ten days for the epithelial crust to form and slough off (just like a tattoo). Your skin will be considered healed after that happens. Then, the pigment takes some time to… Read more

Eyebrow Sculpting FAQ: Do I need to take time off from work?

No. There’s no downtime associated with the treatment. Redness and swelling will dissipate within an hour after. Your brows will appear darker initially, but not so dark that you will be prevented from your activities of daily living.

Eyebrow Sculpting FAQ: What should I do after the procedure?

Follow the aftercare instructions given to you. You will also receive an aftercare kit once the treatment is complete.

Eyebrow Sculpting FAQ: Does it hurt?

We take every precaution necessary to ensure the micro-pigmentation application is as pain free as possible. A wide range of medical grade anesthetics are used for your comfort. Some clients find the procedure a little uncomfortable, whereas other… Read more

Eyebrow Sculpting FAQ: How often do I need a touch-up?

Touch-ups are recommended every 6 months, to keep the color fresh and the strokes crisp. Some people can go longer before getting a touch-up, so it all depends on you.

Eyebrow Sculpting FAQ: How long does it take?

The procedure takes roughly about 2 hours, depending on how you want your brows to be completed. Please allow a solid 2 and a half hour window for your appointment. We likely won’t need that much time, but Lyna likes to take all the time a client… Read more

Eyebrow Sculpting FAQ: How long does it last?

Your microbladed brows will last for as long as you maintain them. Usually about 2 years.

Eyelash Extension FAQ: Do you do a spot test prior to application to check for allergic reaction? Is the glue you use single use?

We do not do a spot test prior to application and glue is for single use. We have the ingredients that are in the glue. You have to let us know if you are allergic to those… Read more

Eyelash Extension FAQ: What questions should you ask when searching for a reputable salon or professional?

Because of the sensitive nature of the lashes and the surrounding area, finding someone who is certified to apply the lashes is definitely a must. Professionals use professional products and have been properly trained to apply the lashes without… Read more

Eyelash Extension FAQ: Is it okay to also wear mascara?

If you are planning to wear mascara in addition to the extensions, only use it on the tips of the extensions and with a very light hand. This will be enough to give your eyes that “pop” along with the extensions. Using mascara at the base of the… Read more

Eyelash Extension FAQ: Can you shower or swim right away? Are there products you should absolutely avoid?

Keep water away from your lashes for the first 12 to 24 hours after application or touch-ups. Water can weaken the adhesive before it is set and cause lashes to fall off. The after-care varies depending on the glue used. For instance, with glue for… Read more

Eyelash Extension FAQ: Do lash extensions fall out over a certain period of time?

Since each lash extension is attached to a single eyelash, they will fall out naturally along with the natural growth cycle of each lash. We recommend a touch-up every three to four weeks.… Read more

Eyelash Extension FAQ: How often do you need to get lash extensions redone?

Lash extensions last through a full growth cycle of natural eyelashes, typically six to eight weeks. That said, because each person’s lash growth is somewhat variable (just hair growth), I suggest light lash maintenance every three to four weeks to… Read more
