The staff are nice, but not overly friendly - which is fine for me because I'd prefer silence over small talk any day. Where I didn't have a good experience is when the tech sliced the top of my toe and didn't say anything. It wasn't until I felt a BURNING sensation and looked to see my toe bleeding that she actually acknowledged it. When I pointed it out she simply shrugged and kept working on my feet. Nay a concern, offer for a bandaid, discount of service or and "I'm sorry." Besides that, my polish has only lasted about three weeks before it's chipped almost all the way off. Typically my the color on my nails can last all summer (minus the obviously regrowth).

The lady doing my nails filed my natural nail down with the Dremel so far it burned. She cut me multiple times. My moms lady didn't even cover her whole nail with the powder yet somehow got it all vet her hands on her skin. When I say it looks like a three year old did it that's a compliment. I regret going here and will never go back. Waist of money and rude people.
