Ladies BEWARE! The salon stinks of chemicals the second you walk through the door. That is what you are breathing and putting on your skin! Their customer service is basically non existent. I called at 9:15am to come in and they said sure, I got there at 9:25am and they told me to wait since they were busy. Not a problem. I waited for over 40 minutes and then they rudely REFUSED me service because they were too busy. Who runs a salon like this?? Who can run a business that way!? Would NEVER go back and will tell everyone I know. There's another GREAT salon that is just 8 minutes away and uses much better quality products. read more

First, let me start by saying my experience has been good up until this day. Aside from the last two visits, and my nail breaking within a week, it's been good. I always get two or more services, and I tip well. So, today, i go in and request pedi, acrylic fill-in and eyebrow, lip, and chin wax. I waited about 10-15mins and then was told to go sit for pedicure. The pedicure went fine, and the tech did a good job and was using the light lamp to dry my polish. At this time, there was no one waiting, and 3 other people were actively being serviced. 2 getting pedicures and 1 lady getting her nails done. 2 of the techs sat playing on their phones when 3 young women walked in and asked if they could get full-sets. The tech stood up and looked over and saw my feet were under the gel lamp dryer. He then told the girls to have a seat, and both free techs began their full-sets. Once my toes were dry, about 60 seconds later, I was told to sit and wait. After waiting 20 minutes, I got up and requested to pay for my feet and left. Everyone knows the gel lamps dry your toe nails in seconds. He clearly could see i was less than a minute away from being finished, but still made the decision to make me wait and take the 3 girls that came in instead. They were walk-ins and should have been made to wait in order of arrival just like me. This is disappointing because I liked this nail salon, but I won't be returning or spending my money in a place that treats people this way. I will gladly drive out of my way and pay more for respect and good customer service. read more

I was pleased with the work. Not so pleased with the cleanliness. The place is filthy. Seriously filthy. I received a UV Gel fill in. Middle aged male nail tech. He was good. With that there was nothing done to my cuticles, no hand cream or hot towel which Is standard at any nail salon in New York. The pedicure was nice, complete with a short massage and moisturizer and hot towel. My appointment was on time. Overall the quality of the work was very good. Doubtful to return because of the cleanliness. I could not snap photos of the work stations because I didnt want to look obvious. But enjoy the photos of the bathroom read more

My nails come out great every time. Wish they did a bit more such as cleaning under nails, more cuticle trimming, more pampering for manis but the paint job itself is great. read more

So I was panicking trying to get my nails done on short notice, they fit me in like a thirty minute time slot in the evening and I was shocked. When I came in I asked for almond shaped acrylics with gel and I had a specific design I wanted. I'm gonna be honest I was probably such an irritating client choosing colors and trying to explain so I'm glad they were patient with me lol. I was astounded the nail tech did my nails in like a half hour and they came out beautiful. I came in with bitten down nubs and left with a fantastic full set I record time. And the price was very, very reasonable. I don't do my nails often but next time I will definitely come back here. Quick, efficient, great results and they feel hard and durable. 10/10 experience. read more

1) No sign of sterilized instruments 2) "Master" had here nails dirty, no gloves 3) Was doing three people simultaneously without washing hands in between. 4) No proper cuticles, nails clean up and prep (no attention to obvious dirt under old acrylics coat, no cuticles push down and no decent clipping, no PH bond for keeping gel in place for weeks) 5)No proper ventilation inside the salon. Raw business focused on quantity not quality. read more

Pretty typical nail salon set up. I had a spa pedicure and a regular manicure. There was no attempt at small talk which was fine with me. The massage chair was comfortable while I got the pedicure. The lady that did my toes did a good job but there wasn't much of a massage afterwards. I don't know for sure that they even usually include that but everywhere else I've ever been does. Same with the manicure. Overall they did a good job on my nails but nothing special. read more

They do a good job but NEVER take you at the time of your appointment. Been coming here for 3 years and make my appointments well ahead of time. It is always at least a half hour to 45 minute wait. Why bother making an appointment? I will have to find another place. I am an excellent TIPPER compared to most. It is a waste of my time, and very aggravating. In doing this, you give the message to your customers that their time is not important to you. Walk ins who are on vacation should not take precedence over regular loyal customers. read more

Best pedicure so far and almost comparable to the pedi's I got in NYC, I am definitely spoiled by the foot and leg massage included with a regular pedi. I don't do nail polish so I was a little disappointed I paid full price for a manicure when no polish was included but all in all I was happy with the overall service and plan on returning. Nice place. read more

Waited over an hour for rushed mani pedi with an appointment !! Very disappointed !! read more

Very clean place. Nearby to me, cordial, efficient attendants. I was very pleased with the job they did. Will definitely return again!

will not return to this salon, nails done by the person at the front desk. The manicure was horrible, she was not happy with her tip, attempted to get double from me. The 2 gentlemen working there provided decent manicures in the past for me, i returned for that reason and the fact it was close to my home. After experiencing the woman's attitude about a tip which is the customer's decision, she or the establishment will no longer receive my business. read more

Had a hard time finding a place after moving from Long Island. So glad this place opened. Tammy and her husband are lovely people. Reasonable prices, fast, courteous and clean. I just hope they start to hire more people because they are going to have LOTS of customers! read more

I go here for spa or regular pedicures and there are fantastic! Tammy is the best - but many others are pretty good! I can't wait to be back again and maybe try an acrylic set again. So happy to have a salon close to home :)! read more

Great place... Derek/his wife are from another local place, and are now here. It is clean and they always do a good job. I would make an appointment during busy hour. read more

First & last time I'll be going there.. they get 2 stars bc the staff was nice. Powder dip was a half assed rush job & too much too coat so now my nails are lumpy. Two women that were there were complaining about having appointments but waiting for hours. Definitely not a relaxing or enjoyable experience. Would suggest doing a better job at scheduling and turning down walk ins to ensure the level of service is on par. Good luck! read more

Wow, getting a pedi and manicure in one day never got easier! price: great , affordable location: close by, lots of parking emloyees: friendly, professional I am not rushed, I don't the results are wonderful. read more

I am a pretty understanding person, however this place was horrible. Two days in a row the wait time was horrible even after making an appointment. They overbook and double book appointments and do not have enough staff to handle the client load. Will not be coming back. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. read more

Horrible! Went in yesterday as a walk in and it was so busy as expected. However, no one asked me what I wanted or even said hello. I sat in a chair by the reception for over a half hour. Being frustrated at that point I made an appointment for the next day to a mani and pedi and expected that I would get in right away since I made an appointment. The next day came and again I sat for a half hour by the reception desk even after having to find someone to tell them that I had an appointment. Now that I am in the chair for my pedi I have been sitting here for 15 mins. They do not have enough staff working for them to handle the amount of people or maybe they are double booking appointments. I won't do my mani here considering that I am waiting this long for a stinking pedicure. I don't have hours and hours to wait. Unprofessional! STAY AWAY!!! read more

Called, spoke with someone and scheduled an apt for powder gel and pedi. Was told to come at 12:30. Came, sat next to another woman that had an apt and been sitting there for half hour. After the staff taking 2 walkins ahead of myself and the other woman that was waiting for about half hour. I Kind of tried to figure out which was the gel options vs dip options and a woman finally asked me what I was doing there. I said I called this morning and made an apt for a sns mani/pedi. She asked me who I spoke to. I said I didn't know. She then said we don't have time for you. I explained what time I called, even went over the actual conversation and that I had driven 40 mins just for the apt. And she just stared and shrugged her shoulders. Zero apologies. Zero accountability. There are too few places in the area that offer sns and moving forward, I will drive an hour to be treated like a customer and not like I'm disposable. read more

Great new place. Terrific mani and pedi. Lovely people. My go to place! Beautiful job, highly recommend

Family owned business. The owners are nice and hard working and seem like good people. Gets very busy at times and even with an appointment you may find yourself waiting for bit - especially since they overbook, don't always turn away walk-ins and are only 3-4 people staffed. They can typically have your nails done pretty quickly but the outcome may not always be the best. Tammy is the only one that knows how to do nail designs and waxing and is usually also multitasking between customers getting pedicures. Don't expect a city type mail job done here. No hand massage or much cuticle care. I go here for a basic gel manicure when I want someplace locally convenient and nothing too fancy. They are still fairly new to the location so I'm sure they'll improve with time and experience. read more

I called and they got me in right away for a pedicure and manicure. I was nervous to go here given the reviews on here that I have read. I wanted to give them a solid and fair shot because I live right down the road and it would be conscientious to go here. It was very clean, I got a gel manicure and pedicure and it was wonderful! I had Andie and he was very thorough. I had a wonderful service and it was inexpensive. Give this place a try! Some of these reviews don't justify the experience I had. Perhaps they have cleaned up their act? I'll be going back. read more

This is a highly talented salon. One of the best manicures I ever experienced. Lovely people work there and are genuinely sweet. I highly recommend this business. The technicians work hard and are not there to entertain clients. The idea is to keep to appointment times which they try to do. read more

I hate spending hours in the nail salon but this place is amazing I made an appointment and they took me right as soon as I came in they were very professional and didn't rush me like other salons we had a good conversation and my nails came out perfect and were a lot less than I was expecting will definitely be coming back here and probably get a pedicure next time and see how that is read more
