Like literally I run the pad of my fingers over my cuticles and I can feel it catch on the pads of my fingers. I also have hang nails now because when she was cutting cuticle she also cut around my nails. - The polish was old and gunky so every nail was lumpy and/or had dustish stuff in the polish. So ... unclean. - No warm towels or really anything that really give that spa experience. Just a big no. I won't be going back. Sad.

Not only do they get your feet super soft, but they massage your feet and legs and at one point even use hot rocks to do so, which felt amazing!
