I went into my appointment with pictures of what I wanted, so there were no misunderstandings. Both with the color AND the cut I wanted her to do. Needless to say, I did not get what I paid for. I had completely let my hair grow out, so I could start over with a my highlight. For that reason, it was especially important to me that it was done right; since it took so long to grow out. Neither my cut or highlight were what I wanted. After all the time I spent in the chair, I was disappointed to say the least. Secondly, it needs to be said that my experience was TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Tabbie brought her 5 yr. old daughter with her because she shared that it was so expensive to get a babysitter. As much as I love kids, I didn't expect to babysit HER child, during my appointment. That kid talked and/or was within inches of my face for 95 percent of the time. Point: I wouldn't have minded if she was there and/or play quietly in the corner. Additionally, when Tabbie was cutting my hair, she started digging through her purse to find the "product " to use in my hair. Really? Did you bring something from home so you could do your job? In summary, I feel like I paid top dollar to have my hair highlighted and cut. Not only did I not get what I wanted, but I was very disappointed with the final result. To be totally fair, my stylist did ask me if I was happy I reluctantly told her yes, just to get the heck outta there . I WAS SO OVER IT AT THIS POINT. I cheerfully paid Tabbie, because I do consider myself a reasonable person, but never again. And as a warning, please don't make this mistake either
